Love The Source and both the privates and duet sessions. The level of knowledge of the body and movement combined with the clear communication of the cues is some of the best I’ve ever had. And this is after 30 years as a student. Plus they adapt each session to what my body needs are for that day while constantly keeping it a challenge. Mallory and Lauren are the best!!

THIS STUDIO IS GORGEOUS! It has been carefully curated to maximize each spaces greatest use. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the latest and greatest in Pilates apparel, not to overlook the FULLY stocked mini fridge with the tastiest beverages. The Pilates studio is gorg. Great mirrors, beyond clean and of course the AWESOME equipment. If you’re looking for your new favorite place for Pilates, look no further than The Source, you will not regret it!!

I've been going to see Mallory and later also Lauren at The Source for over a year. I've always been active, long distance cycling, weight training, etc. But I neglected my core strength which affects everything in one's body, especially the back. These two pilates trained instructors are the best thing that's ever happened to me after a lifetime of hard physical exercise (but not always taking care of my body intelligently.) They have changed my life by patiently and consistently building my core strength where I, at 75 years old, still continue to be very physically active. They are extremely and incredibly observant, always matching the pilates exercises to the issues at hand, and constantly working to strengthen the core muscles and all the "little" muscles that most of us never work on, or even knew we had. They know their client's bodies and what they need to work on. If you want to start feeling 100% better and notice the results, commit to at least 90 days of doing this twice weekly. I love what they have done for me (with my active participation) and so will you. If you want a substantial improvement in how you feel day to day, get a strong core which is essential to proper physical function, make the commitment to get over there twice a week. You won't regret it.

I am so glad I started taking pilates with Mallory. I am old with old people problems but am also fit and Mallory knows how to address these issues plus I get a challenging workout. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. The other instructor at The Source is Lauren. She also is very very good.
