I get my meal preps from SPOT Fitness. They are so delicious, well proportioned, and they have such a variety of meals!!! It's always a little surprise for me every time I open one of my prepared meals! HIGHLY recommend!! 10/10

I've worked with Jamaal for about 6 months now, and I've gained so much knowledge about proper form and how certain exercises work particular muscle groups. He's a very dedicated trainer and truly wants you to succeed. What I really like about training at the SPOT fitness is that I feel comfortable and relaxed. During my training we've kept track of my progress and he's given me meal guidelines to stay on track as well. Jamaal is great at what he does!

Jamaal is an amazing coach! Prior to working with him I had always struggled with my aesthetic. Using my own training program and methodology I could never lose enough body fat to make my six pack consistently visible. Over the course of 90 days with Jamaal's help and guidance I was able to lose around 35lbs of fat and make my six pack more visible than it has ever been!

By far the best trainer I have ever had! Jamaal is awesome! He is encouraging, challenging, and is a fitness professional!! I can see the muscle definition coming through and definitely feeling more confident. A plus is that the work outs are fun so it makes the sessions go by fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Worth it! I went to Jamaal for weight training as a beginner and ended our sessions able to hex bar 225lb max π€―. I also couldnt do any pullups before going and now I can do 5 pullups! Super proud of myself. Jamaal is also knowledgeable about nutrition and really allows you to take his knowledge and use it for a lifestyle of fitness, like knowing where to keep my personal HR in order to burn fat and keep my weight under control! Use him ladies!!!
