As a customer it’s very important feel welcome and be treated with respect, so far I do not have problems with classes or teachers but the lady in charge of reception she doesn’t treat people with kindness she is very rude and uses tone at the time she telling you something even with the little ones! Hope someone let her know she needs to fix the attitude because the school may be good but that person doesn’t make me feel welcome, so I wouldn’t mind to look for an other school.

My niece dances at this studio and absolutely loves it. She has made friends and definitely stepped out of her comfort zone. I am impressed to see the way this dance studio is ran by the owner (Zelene). The girls that attend this studio always seem excited to be there and enjoy being taught to dance while having fun at it. Experienced this studio at a competition in CO. Extremely rude dancers. One bumped into me didn’t offer an apology and instead turned to me and scoffed and offered a disgusted face. Second occurrence, the competition threw little promo gifts onto the stage and my dancer caught the item and their dancer snatched it from her (fine maybe they both caught it) but when the other child got the item their dancer again gave a nasty face and made a nasty noise as to indicate they were better for snatching the object. Also clear coaching from the side of the stage in addition to placing their dancers in a beginner level when they at least belonged in intermediate in order to gain more awards.

Por segunda ocasión tuvimos una mala experiencia. La maestra nunca da la cara nisiquiera para saludar a los papás. Hace años la maestra sugirió que sacara a la niña porque no participaba. Ahora, años después, la niña me dijo que la maestra solo se enfoca en las niñas que son flexibles y que si pueden hacer los ejercicios. Que la misma maestra dijo " ustedes esperan aquí, y después de trabajar con las avanzadas...volvió con el otro grupo que no estaban haciendo nada y que les dijo, ustedes ya se me habían olvidado " las niñas de ese grupo de principiantes se sintieron muy mal. Ahora quise darla de baja, después de mandarle un mensaje para avisar que la niña faltaría y nunca contestó. Tuve que ir al studio y no quiso reembolsar la mensualidad de diciembre, que porque no le avise con 2 semanas y que ya se había cobrado el mes....y eso que fui todavía en noviembre. Muy mala experiencia, yo no lo recomiendo.

We had to stop due to managing hers and her siblings practices was a bit of a challenge, but this year she’s back and I would not think about looking into any other place to enroll her at. My daughter only went to a few classes, she said it was "just ok." I didn't like that we could not watch her EVER! Not that it is ALWAYS necessary, but it is nice to see what your investing in if you choose to... If you are able to sneek a peek in - you will see that your child is mostly standing & waiting as there is only 1 true instructor.. The other staff member can not accurately answer questions about dance - so I'm assuming she's not an instructor? They are nice but we will check out other places instead, at least during these young age years.

My daughter has been attending The Stage Dance studio for 2 years and a half and has been part of their competition team since last year. She will be performing her first Jazz solo this year and let me tell you that she has got this far thanks to Miss Zelene’s studio. Her technique, flexibility and most important self confidence has improved tremendously. Coming from another studio where I was over paying 30 dollars + than I am now and my daughter couldn’t even do a proper hand stand or a full split. Is a WIN WIN for me!!

I found this studio through facebook and it was one of the best decisions to put my daughter in it. She has more then a year and has learned so much apart from that her confidence has grown so much since being there. The teacher's are amazing, kind, and they love working with the kids. They have kept up to cdc guidelines and maintain the studio clean for out daughter's. They also have some of the best prices! Instructor/owner need to stick to her word and be truthful. Was not professional to agree to having a possible new class and the Friday before stating 3 excuses not to keep her word and follow through.
1. Stating she never received my messages, but I was receiving replies 'Agreeing' by replying 'Yes, that's Fine'. Before I posted event to groups of Home Schoolers.
2. Stating I never called.
3. Stating she will be out of town and back at 3pm the Friday before AfTER I told home schooler famies to come to studio by 11am to register for Monday classes.
