Our trainers are certified with CSCS, NSCA, and USAW, and degrees in Exercise Science. We are located within Burnet Business Park, down the road from Q2 stadium and the domain.

The Strength Warehouse is an amazing place to start or build your strength practice. The atmosphere is welcoming and so supportive, and Sean and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable. I started training here three years ago, and I have learned so much. I feel really strong and great overall. Strength warehouse has really helped me transform and grow into new strength challenges. Highly recommend!

Highly knowledgeable and effective! Sean and his team are there to not just train, but teach you how to move! As a former college athlete, I thought I just needed some accountability on improving my strength, but at The Strength Warehouse, I improved my holistic heath too (ie: nutrition, mobility, back pain…etc). Not only that, it is conveniently located and incredibly accommodating for all goals. From working on balance/strength while standing up to complex Olympic lifts, Sean and his team address it everything! Cannot recommend The Strength Warehouse enough!

I cannot recommend The Strength Warehouse Personal Training Gym highly enough! Sean and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. They create a motivating environment that pushes you to achieve your best while ensuring you are performing exercises with the correct form to prevent injuries. As a chiropractor, I am very particular about where I refer my patients, and I send all of my patients interested in getting in shape to this gym. I highly recommend Sean! He truly has a gift and has been amazing for my personal fitness journey. I was very anxious about getting started but he created customized workout plans for me based on my goals but also made sure they were safe for me to perform based on my skill level. He always explains why we are doing certain exercises and how they will benefit me in the short and long term. The Strength Warehouse is a great spot for any level of fitness looking to work hard but smart with a super nice experienced trainer. After a few weeks with Coach Phil, I can only say great things about the gym and the team. Everyone I’ve met there is super nice and made me feel comfortable from the start even though I had little to no experience and was starting with simple workouts. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to build routines with weights and equipment that targeted my goals of building muscle and losing weight. His encouragement and positivity are contagious and I always felt I was being pushed to perform in the right way. If you have ever been on the fence about trying a trainer or find it intimidating, don’t worry and give Phil a shot, he is extremely nice and great at getting things started.

Phil is what all trainers should be- highly-educated, motivating and passionate about his client's outcomes. Plus, he will make you feel comfortable no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. Bonus is the fact that he is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and overall wellness and walks the walk.
His intake process surpassed that of any other trainer I have worked with and he picked up on weaknesses I never knew I had and then structured my workouts to correct those issues. The results have been amazing.
I not only use Phil as my own personal trainer, I recommend him to my nutrition clients and they all rave about him too. Highly recommended!

I have been training with Phil for about a year. Phil's dedication to his clients and his knowledge about nutritional science, exercise and physiology is second to none. He is extremely sincere in his desire to get results for his clients. Phil has taught me techniques like Emom (Every minute on the minute) and compound super set circuits, that help me burn on average 700 calories in a 55 minute time period. Phil is very generous with his time and he genuinely cares. Love The Strength Warehouse!
