The most beautiful Pilates studio that I have ever seen. Classes have always been unbeatable too - every instructor I’ve tried has been phenomenal, especially for this chick who truly hates to work out. Definitely will be cancelling my other membership to start coming here.

I've taken over 40 classes at The Well and every class leaves me breathless—in the best way possible. The workouts are thoughtfully designed with cardio intervals that elevate the heart rate while building long, lean muscle. I finish each workout feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.
The studio itself is beautiful with gorgeous green tones that add to the overall vibe. The reformers are clean, and clearly well-maintained, which makes a big difference in both safety and comfort.
Every instructor I’ve had has been top-notch: clear, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable. Their cues to make small adjustments have really helped me improve my form and technique over time.
If you're looking for a challenging, high-quality athletic pilates experience in a stunning space, The Well is it. Highly recommend

The Well Pilates is an absolute gem! The space is gorgeous, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The instructors really know their stuff and bring amazing energy to every class.
This is not your traditional Reformer Pilates — and they don’t advertise it that way. It’s ATHLETIC Pilates, designed to completely exhaust the muscles, build strength, and improve cardiovascular health. The slightly warmer room encourages a great sweat, and you’ll definitely feel the burn!
I find this to be the perfect 2x-per-week complement to my traditional Reformer Pilates practice. It pushes me in a different way and helps me feel stronger overall.
The owners (also instructors) are caring, genuine, and truly passionate about what they do. Their website clearly describes what to expect, which I really appreciate.
If you’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven workout in a beautiful space, The Well is a hidden gem and an incredible find!

The Well Pilates Studio is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, the energy is so positive and welcoming. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive — they take the time to correct your form, explain movements, and make sure every class feels intentional. It’s such an upbeat vibe and you get 100% out of each class. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a calming atmosphere.
Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more centered, and refreshed — both physically and mentally. You can tell they genuinely care about each client’s progress and well-being. I can’t recommend The Well enough — it’s more than just a workout, it’s a community!

Another example of an “aesthetic” workout class masquerading as Pilates. I was so excited to try this studio, but left extremely disappointed. There was zero focus on form, no attention to meeting people where they’re at—just fast, sloppy movements and slamming the reformer around to off-beat counts.
The class started late, and the instructor rushed us in with no welcome, no stretch, no demo of the flow—just straight into random moves. The music was blasting so loud I could barely hear her headset, and when I did, the cues were often wrong which just increased confusion.
I had to keep modifying to protect my lower back injury (which I also told her about), but instead of respecting that, she repeatedly tapped me to come off my knees and onto toes. At no point was there any care for alignment, rhythm, or safe instruction—just noise, speed, and chaos.

I missed two classes, and to my surprise, the instructor Heather not only deducted my class credits but also charged me an additional $25 for each missed class. I understand losing the class credits, but being charged an extra $50 on top of that feels excessive — that’s a total of $109 for missing two classes, which seems unreasonable. On a positive note, I’ve had great experiences with the other instructors — Krista, Kristin, and Kate are all very kind and professional.

I tried it and left half way through in tears. I have been going to pilates for over a year but this was bootcamp/tabata. I felt so uncomfortable, although the staff is nice. Doesn’t give you the capacity to truly work on form or even get to the level required to properly complete a class without putting yourself in a position to be injured. If you are in extremely good shape this may be for you but you need to be extremely fit cardio wise. If you like high intensity heated pilates this is for you but for someone who does more traditional pilates you probably won’t like it. Do not make the mistake and buy a package like I did without trying a class first.

What gem in the heart of Memorial! I am so excited to have such a beautiful Pilates studio open so close to home! The Well offers classes that are great for everyone! The staff is super kind and the studio is dreamy. As a teacher, I really appreciate wide variety of class times! I can’t recommend The Well enough!

The Well is a welcomed addition to any workout routine! The girls behind this gem-of-a-studio are intentional, welcoming and encouraging. My first visit felt a little intimidating learning how the Reformer functioned but the staff took time to educate me and make sure I was comfortable. The class times are convenient, the classes are challenging and make you feel strong, and it is conveniently located off of Memorial Drive with lots of parking. You won’t be disappointed.

Walking in to this little beauty of a studio brings a smile to my face. You don’t normally hear that about a workout that kicks your booty, has your body shaking and your head twisting “NO” as you are dripping sweat but I do because I walk out feeling stronger and prouder each time I tackle one of those well written workouts!!!!! The Instructors are the best in the business and connect with you while you are digging in for one more rep or one more hold. They make me want to work harder not only for myself but for them as well!

This studio is exactly what the Memorial Area needs. After taking at least one class from each instructor, I can confidently say this studio harbors a warm community feel while encouraging clients to push past their comfort level.
The aesthetic is beautiful and clean, the team is friendly and encouraging, and the work outs are challenging yet rewarding. Owners Kate and Kristin both have done a fantastic job making everyone feel welcome and included.
After 15 classes, I already see my muscles toning, this xformer method clearly works.

Tried this studio with a friend today, and it was an amazing workout! I've been doing Pilates for over 5 yrs now, so I had to check it out once I heard about it—especially since it's so close to my house. I love the Well. It is above and beyond any class or studio I have been to. It happens to also be the prettiest studio in Houston. The classes are challenging but they are so good at helping and addressing with form and techniques if you are new. It is such a good work out and I feel stronger each time I go back. The staff is great and I have taken classes with Kristin, Paige, and Kate and they are amazing!! Wait until you see their reformers!!! They get all the heart eyes if I were to put an emoji to their picture.

I recently visited, The Well, the new Pilates studio in the Memorial area. I can’t say enough great things about it! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a stunning, thoughtfully designed space that feels inviting. The atmosphere is bright, airy, and calming—perfect for a great workout.
What truly sets this studio apart, though, is the incredible team of instructors. I have taken classes from both Kristin and Kate and they’re both 5 stars. They are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind, patient, and supportive. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, they take the time to guide you through each movement, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident - while they kick your butt. Their encouragement makes this very challenging work out worth it! Can’t wait to take my next class.

Before entry into a the beautiful and aesthetically appealing studio, The Well Pilates, the location has visible placement and parking.
The owners and team of coaches greet everyone with a smile, personally check you in, gain insights into a client’s familiarity with the Lagree practice, and set you up for success.
Kate, Kristen, Krista, and Paige bring their knowledge of the Lagree practice to the forefront, know the muscle groups to tell you where you should be feeling every move, and offer handson support to support longevity and to feel a sense of accomplishment.
Their demos at the beginning of classes, verbal cues, subject matter expertise, upbeat and uplifting attitudes, coupled with high energy playlists make the experience challenging, sweaty, and memorable.
This team has applied a thoughtful approach to a method that pushes you while offering modifications and amplifications to get the most out of the format.
I look forward to checking out the new and incoming instructors for future classes.

I've been to several Pilates studios before, but The Well truly stands out from the rest! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire team.
My instructor, Emma, was absolutely fantastic! She provided expert guidance and adjustments throughout the session.
The studio itself is beautifully equipped and immaculately clean, with a serene and calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The reformer X machines give you a workout unlike anything you’ve done before!
I've already signed up for a membership and can't wait to continue the many and that The Well has to offer. If you're looking for a Pilates studio that truly delivers a full body workout, look no further!
