I like this gym. I joined specifically for the amazing Latin dance (Zumba) class.

This facility needs to do a better job with updating their FB page. The instructor has been out for 3 weeks. It would be nice to know what classes are happening in lieu of Zumba.

Also, this gym is NOT cheap. Is it too much to ask that they hire a real Zumba instructor to sub the class?

Price of a larger club for less amenities. It’s a step above an anytime fitness. The main draw is the open 24 hr gimmick that you pay extra for. The equipment is nice and clean but a day pass is 10 bucks so bringing a buddy isn’t really worth it. They do have have child care and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. i would give a 2 1/2 star if i could, it’s a good gym your just feel like your missing out/not getting a good deal

One of the two showers has been missing a shower head for over a month, low water pressure in the showers, and having two TVs dedicated to fox news is an... interesting vibe.

I visited Zoo Health Club as a possible place to train & build clientele. The moment I walked it I fell in love with the place and thought to myself this place is perfect!

Right away I noticed how clean it was. I was immediately greeted by Laura (manager) who keeps the place in tip top shape and is wonderful along with the other staff members I have met so far.

I was blown away by the size of the place (didn’t know it was that big) & offers things like tanning, kids room, locker room w/showers, equipment is in tip top working order…what more could you ask for?!

Well there is more! My favorite area of the club is the huge open area in the back with a tire, sled, DB’s, multiple bosu balls, punching bag, wheels, kettlebells, etc…you name it they have it & I LOVE IT!

I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I walk in. And all of the members that I have met so far have been super friendly and I hope I am able to work with some of them on their health and fitness goals along with new members who are looking to live a healthy LIFESTYLE! 💪🏽🤙🏽

This gym was my home gym for over 4 years! Some of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met throughout my adventure through fitness! Sad to leave due to relocation, but I highly recommend giving this place a shot at calling the home gym!

This gym needs more strength training machine and less cardio machine no one uses. Expect finding old creepy men who stare sometimes. The hack squat machine needs fixed, it's broken on the shoulders and it irritates/breaks the skin. At least they have a decent hip thrust machine.

The customer service I received when I first walked into this business was so amazing! There’s a variety of equipment, classes, and trainers for assisting you with your body goals. The owner Laura is very personable and makes you feel at home. Her entire staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Natalia on the cleaning staff is so sweet and a pleasure to chat with. I’ve been going to this facility for almost a year now and I’ve lost 60 pounds since I’ve been a member here! Laura( the new GM ) is phenomenal she is so nice and warm and honestly cares about her members success! I love the 24 hour access, i appreciate the towel service, I love the group fitness classes, AC has one of the best fitness classes I’ve ever taken and the Saturday morning classes are my favorite! Plus they have great child care which is a GAME CHANGER FOR ME! If you’re looking for a gym in the Woodlands look no farther! My journey has been tough but very rewarding and I could not have done it without the staff year the trainers Nate and Brandon are very good at what they do and I have to have a one conversation with them you will see that they are very knowledgeable! Love you guys keep up the great work!

I’ve been working out here for 2 years now and love this gym. Everyone working here is happy to help with any questions. Prices are honest and they have great packages to offer that include everything as far as fun classes to great child care. The fridge is stocked with healthy things for pre or post workout. They have towel service. Staff that is easy to find right at the front & the owners are super kind and always take in suggestions that the members have. I couldn’t be with a cleaner more family oriented gym.

Ever since Josh left the place had gone down hill. With the exception of 1 trainer Brandon the rest of the employees are rude have very little customer service or care for the other members that have been coming here for the past 3 years the new GM is rude and stuck up her own self. Cleanliness lack of gym sanitation supplies and overall welcoming is at an all-time low. The only good thing remaining is the convenience of being 24hr access. Which is why the 2 star.

Newer gym with newer equipment. Actually was one of the first 3 members at this location. They have a good selection of equipment along with a good layout so your not bouncing all over the gym to get your work out in. They do also offer a plethora of classes throughout the week as well.

I was hired to sub for a fitness class during a new summer schedule (the kind nobody can make it) I showed up every time, on time and waited 30 min in case somebody comes but nothing happened. I talked to the manager to see what's the future, he said he was gonna tell me next class that they're gonna cut it for the summer.
Weeks later I called for my check and they said that they will not pay me because there were no students during those clases. Eventhough the teacher I was subbing for said they do pay no matter what. Anyways, I don't see how people like that can run a fare business, if they don't respect other professional's work. I live far from there and spent car, time and gas to get there. It's just a shame!

State of the art gym equipment. Have everything you would need to get into shape. One on one fitness instructors if needed. Watch tv while you work out. Awesome floor plan so it's not cluttered.
