Great experience with beginners yoga. I've been out of practice for quite some time and it was a great place to get back into it. Very welcoming and chill experience but very thorough. I'll be back! Already booked my next session.

There is no yoga studio like this one! The space is just beautiful!!! It is right next to the lake, some classes are out on the balcony so you can oversee the water. The classes are smaller which makes them more comfortable for beginners or those wanting to learn new skills! Ashlyn was my instructor and she does a wonderful job! If you are in search of a yoga studio I highly recommend this one!!! It is worth it 🫶🏼🙌🏼

Received wonderful classes here, the environment is perfect for really getting into the head space and receiving not only the physical, but mental benefits of yoga! The location is also great, right by the lake with a great view! Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re into more personalized sessions!

Oh I forgot they have a gorgeous balcony overlooking the lake! On pretty days there are classes on the balcony! They offer a promo code for service providers.
