I have attended a variety of classes over the year, at the 3rd eye location. I really enjoy the professionalism of the teachers and the diversity of classes offered. This combination is wonderful, and makes 3rd eye a tremendous space in which to learn and grow!

I really love this place — it has such a calm, warm, and special atmosphere. The cacao is wonderful; you can feel that everything here is made with care and intention. When soft, relaxing music is playing, the whole space opens up and feels truly harmonious. Sometimes I just wish those gentle melodies played a little more often. Thank you for creating such a cozy and peaceful place. 🤎

Wow! This place transported me into another dimension haha - in the best way ever. I took JJs breath work workshop while I was in town visiting my bestie. It was my first breath work class and I couldn’t have asked for more. It’s such a healthy practice and you’re in the best hands!
On top of that, this whole location is so magical. The aura, energy and landscaping alone puts you at ease. If I lived in Austin, I’d be here all the time!
Thank you!!!

This studio has the most diverse palate of mindful classes I have had the pleasure of attending. Their membership is very affordable, their classes are unlimited, their events although understandably more expensive are immaculate. The facilitators are very skilled and intuitive and devoted to their offerings. This is a wonderful studio to meet mindful family in the community as well as build a lasting base for your own sustainable practice and self transformation. From pranayam breathwork, yoga asasa, soundhealing, journeying, hypnosis, trauma resolution, somatic practices, and more; there is something here for almost everyone if they are open and ready to do the work for their best life and deepest wellbeing. They also have a volunteer work trade program for those who cannot afford a membership. This is how I started and I was able to get so deeply familiar with the space and the practitioners that it now feels like home. After several classes setting a safe and reliable foundation for my own growth I have had several breakthroughs in me beliefs and core image of myself so much so that I even stepped back into my own role as a facilitator after almost a year. 🙏 if this finds you well, please come experience for yourself. My words can only do so much here. Thankyou and Namaste!

This place is my holy grail , whenever I need a strong reconnect with my spiritual self I come here to find my inner wisdom . It always reenergizes me and helps me find my center when I’m feeling lost.
The variety of different classes and teachers is incredible each one is so knowledgeable and intentional in their approach.
I also love that there’s an elixir lounge right on site, offering healthy drinks to round out the experience.
The only thing I haven’t quite figured out yet is the parking situation I usually end up parking where I probably shouldn’t be 😅😅

I was looking for slow, restorative, and healing yoga options, and 3rd Eye caught my eye. I initially tried it during the 30 days for $30 deal, and I have really loved every class. They offer many breathwork, sound bath, and yin style classes, and every teacher has truly been a guide. The sound bath and meditation classes are an especially great addition to any mental health practices you might be working on, such as therapy and restoration of mental and emotional health or mind-body connection. I feel renewed every time I enter the space, and often follow up with a walk around Town Lake.

Second Saturday holotropic breathwork is not subtle work.
It the brutal ripping away of scars to heal what’s underneath.
2 hours spent with a spiritual guide providing unbridled safety, a place where one can truly give up the veils we clutch every day to like a stepford to her pearls. Just let it go, Sam and the other attendees don’t know you but they want to, in every bit of your you-ness. A place where years of therapy happens in an evening of artfully instructed instinctual movement triggered by your own breath and thumping vibe. It’s to your nervous system as 2 hours with a scrub daddy and a bottle of CLR is to your dingy bathroom.
Be prepared, Do not plan to return to normal life for a couple of days. Second Saturday of holotropic breathwork is the start to a radical shift, if you let it.

I’ve been coming to Third Eye for a couple of years now, and I became a member about a month ago. This place is truly a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The moment you step inside, you can feel the calming energy.
The staff and community are incredibly welcoming, and I love grabbing a cacao before/after class and connecting with such grounded, self-aware people. If you want to find your soul tribe, this is where you find them. The yoga and meditation classes are invaluable resources for me to access my higher self and stay balanced. It’s become a key part of my routine, and I always leave feeling more centered and peaceful.
Third Eye is more than just a yoga studio—it’s a deep, supportive community that nourishes the soul. I feel so fortunate to have found such a beautiful space to grow and connect with others.

This place is such a hidden gem in Austin, so much so that I'm scared to tell people about it for fear that it gets crowded and overrun! 3rd Eye is in the beautiful oasis of Casa De Luz. You've got a great variety of yoga and breathwork classes, the majority with absolutely top-notch instructors, and if you're hungry after class, why not eat at the delicious Casa De Luz cafeteria? I cannot recommend this place highly enough, but please, keep the secret safe with only the best people 🤫

Amazing kundalini and hatha yoga classes. I have also deeply enjoyed the breathwork and meditation offerings here. This is a special, multifaceted space for those seeking growth, comfort and peace. The Kava bar and cacao shop are lovely. And, an appointment with Mama Strange (located at 3rd Eye) helped heal ongoing skin complications I was having. The kind of place where you go and find what you're looking for, even if you may not realize what that is.

I am trying the first month offer and it has been great. This was the first time I've ever tried breath work, and the two classes I went to really opened my eyes. The yin yoga and sound baths have also been wonderful. While living in Austin for years, in a few different neighborhoods, I always go to whatever studio is closest to me, but this place has a feeling and community I hadn't come across before. I would recommend going and trying the different classes, because I was surprised at how much I liked some things I'd never tried before.

I recently moved to Austin, and one of the top things on my list for what makes this city so special is 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge.
I started my own personal practice with Cacao 4 years ago, and it’s surreal to walk into a full service cacao elixir bar where I can connect to self, read a book, and meet other people in this resonance.
I also really appreciate the variety of classes they hold in their studio space like Quantum Clarity and Art of Clairvoyance. Making these tools, practices, and transformations accessible has empowered me to deepen my relationship with my mind, body, and soul.
Thank you Neil & the entire 3rd Eye Team for making ATX so special 🙏🏼🤎🦋

This is a great place with great classes and teachers. I was looking for a studio with a more spiritual approach than the usual studios and have found it at 3rd Eye Yoga. My favorite class so far is the Vibrate the Cosmos Chanting class on Tuesdays, but I have also tried Kundalini and Honey Flow Yoga, and they both were very good too. I like the atmosphere and feel of the whole place. I have yet to try a cacao.

The late-night meditation and yin sessions are the only types classes I have attended, both of which are eminently relaxing and enlightening as someone who has a hard time loosening up. I highly suggest the candlelight yin yoga class to those who struggle with mild insomnia and mindfulness. There’s just something so zen about controlled movement at night to the sound of crickets and meditation bowls.
Only disclaimer is to those who aren’t really into new age yoga and are sensitive to incense.
Beyond that, the teachers I have encountered are all very warm and approachable, and I have had nothing but good experiences here!

I feel so lucky to have found 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge and Yoga. The lounge itself has the ambience of a cozy, 90's era coffee house that I LOVE. The classes in the studio vary widely. I love that the focus isn't on your typical yoga classes but truly a variety of healing arts. The affordable price is unbeatable and so appreciated. I highly recommend trying several classes if you're new- the first class I took here was not for me (but everyone else in the class seemed to love it) but the second class was EXACTLY what I've been calling in and I felt connected immediately to a new community. I've had several other great classes sense then and one not so great, so definitely check as many out as possible to find what works for you. The energy here in general is incredible. I love it at this flow location. Of all the flow branches it is by far the most peaceful atmosphere with it being right next to the 3rd eye elixir lounge in the middle of casa de luz. Super easy to come by and grab a cacao right after class and chill out on the lawn afterwards.
Ive done a lot of the breathwork classes at this location and they really feel like a great way to tap deeper into your own psych and thought processes in a way it can be hard to reach in daily life. Doing breathwork in a group like this is a great way for anyone to start and the teachers are great about encouraging you but not pushing you to take up more than you feel comfortable. The yoga teachers ive gone to here are all fantastic and i feel like i am able to grow in my practice every time i come.

It wasn’t until this past month that I stepped foot in this place and tapped into this beautiful community. Although not every class and facilitator resonates with me, there are those that do. Every teacher and experience is unique and different and I appreciate their offerings. I began exploring breathwork after my physical therapist recommended some basic breathing exercises to reduce tension causing my shoulder issues, but the benefits I've discovered are well beyond reducing tension!
I recently signed up for the "30 days for $30" deal and have been attending a few times per week during this trial period. I am fairly new to my meditation practice, and attending Somatic Breathwork on Tuesday nights and Restorative Breathwork and Sound Healing on Thursday nights has helped me develop a new healthy habit where I prioritize myself and my inner work on a weekly basis.
Some of the initial benefits I am experiencing in just a month of going 2-3 times per week, I notice that I can drop into meditation more easily, and I've released some past trauma in a meaningful way. Breathwork has helped me calm my mind and spirit and tune into my intuition. I leave feeling incredibly relaxed, present, and lighter in spirit.
If you are curious about breathwork, 3rd Eye is a beautiful place to explore this practice in a safe and welcoming community. As a generally introverted person, the first visit can be a little intimidating if you don't know what to expect, but the class facilitators always explain things well and other attendees are kind and friendly, but not overly social if you want to keep to yourself.
There's something very special about experiencing healing and release collectively with others who are focused on personal development and peace for their lives. Do something nice for yourself and check out a breathwork class with Kris or Mandy! I also like Flow & Sound on Sunday nights with Jeannine. It's a great way to wind down before starting my week.
