Nate is a great instructor and his routines are well planned for every session. The place is great and the instructor follows posture and routines carefully and gives lot of confidence while training. Nate is the best instructor I have come across for personal training.

I’m so glad I made the decision to start training with Nate at Three Wheels Strength. As a beginner, I felt overwhelmed and intimidated to start strength training, but the environment right from my initial session has always been positive, supportive, and welcoming. Nate is excellent at communicating proper form and listening to feedback to ensure I'm getting the most out of each set and lifting safely. It’s been very rewarding and exciting to see my strength increase each week with his guidance!

I had the pleasure of doing an intro training session with Nate and was thoroughly impressed. His gym is immaculate with quality equipment and an open and welcoming feel. Right away, Nate took a consultative approach to understand my fitness background and goals. Nate was professional and knowledgeable and during our session, he carefully watched my form and offered tips to ensure I would get the maximum benefit from my lifts while also avoiding injury. At the end of our session, Nate also included a customized 4 week training plan so that I could continue making progress towards my fitness goals. Whether you’re new to strength training or just want some tips to help improve, Nate is your guy.

Nate is an incredible trainer with lots of knowledge! After 3 weeks, I feel stronger every week and appreciate the 1 on 1 custom training model instead of training in a packed gym. Coming out of physical therapy for some injuries I was nervous about working out, but Nate takes the time to make sure my form is correct so I know I won’t re-injure myself. Overall highly recommend, and excited about progressing at Three Wheels Strength over the next few months!

Nate is a master of his craft. Knowledge is top notch. Takes his time to explain in great detail the exercises you will be doing and shows you the proper form and everything. Nate is super passionate about what he does, super knowledgeable, transparent, humble, and just good energy. I learned in an hour more than I’d learned in the past year about my lifting problems and he gave me a detailed tailored plan to help me hit my goals strength and health wise!
10/10 Recommend, get in with him while you can he’s gonna be very booked, very soon. Really good trainer with good communication skills 🙌

Just finished my 4th week and I have already been able to see so much improvement! Every week I get stronger. My personal goal was to gain muscle while losing fat and I sure have! The gym itself is spotless and overall a very welcoming environment! Nathaniel is super encouraging and pushes you to be your best! Excited to update at the end of my 8 weeks!

I recently attended an introductory workshop at Three Wheels Strength Gym in Leander. Nate, the owner, gave me a tour of the gym and I have to say the equipment is top of the line, the layout of the training areas is perfect and the place is immaculate.
We talked about my fitness goals and he customized a plan for me and gave me a real time frame in which I would achieve them. We proceeded to training and he explained the benefits of each exercise and equally important to me, how to do the exercises safely. I’m new to weight training so I appreciated his knowledge and insight. Looking forward to a healthier me!

Just completed my first workout with Nate at Three Wheels Strength and it was amazing! Nate created a very structured plan so I can focus on improving my squats, deadlifts, and pull up’s. I’m not new to the gym, but he helped me improve my form and learn better cues to enhance my lifts! Super excited to train with him twice a week!

I have been strength training with Nate for over a year now and can honestly say this is the strongest I have ever been in my life!
I started as a beginner to strength training and didn’t know how to build an effective program to get the results I wanted on my own. Since training with Nate, my workouts went from being aimless and inconsistent to now being goal-oriented, process driven, and have become a part of my lifestyle.
When I first started training with Nate, I have never used a squat rack before and I always stayed far away from free weights, not knowing how to use them and didn’t want to injure myself.
Now, I can squat 145 lbs for 3 sets of 10. Easy.
Now, I see my body physically stronger and muscle growth that I have never had before.
Now, I look forward to my workouts, even when I know it’s going to be hard. It’s always worth it.
Now, I am more focused and confident in my strength training journey than ever before.
My form and focus improved immensely month over month, and I am able to incorporate healthy habits throughout my day to support my training goals. I used to never pay attention to nutrition - but now I learned how to prioritize foods and track macros to fuel my body, build muscle, and recover properly.
Training with Nate completely transformed my approach to strength training, now it is part of my lifestyle, and I absolutely love it.
