I have been training with Jonathan for almost 2 years. During that time I have seen my strength, range of motion and endurance steadily increase. Jonathan constantly encourages me to do more.
I really hate all forms of exercise, but he does his best to make it fun. The benefits are so worth it!

My high school age daughter wanted to improve her strength and agility for volleyball. Another parent recommended Jonathan Hardy to me for training. Her and a teammate started working with Jonathan and we saw positive results throughout the year. We could definitely see the improvements in volleyball, but she would also "show off" and do a set of clapping push ups for us and teammates. Jonathan is super supportive and positive. My daughter developed great habits and a passion for training. My oldest daughter, who's not an athlete, saw the positives and signed up to work on her conditioning and flexibility. Highly recommend this business!!

My name is Tom Jernigan and I have had Jonathan as my trainer for over 3 years. When I started with him my BMI was about 38%. I am now at 25% and for a 73 old man I feel pretty good about that. My muscle mas has increased as the fat has melted away. Jonathan will push you in all aspects of training but knows exactly how far to push you so as not to hurt you but you get the max from a workout. He is always conscious of your form and makes sure you always are doing the exercise right! I cannot say enough good things about this man as a trainer! Regardless of you age you can know your health and fitness are always his most important aspects of the training.

I have greatly benefited from the workout sessions with Jonathan. I had suffered from hip and shoulder pain and he was able to focus the workouts to strengthen and re-align those areas .
I suffered a back injury and broken ribs (at different times) and would have probably not continued my overall workout, had it not been for Jonathan. His knowledge and ability to focus on the injured areas caused healing much sooner, relieved pain and allowed me to get back to normal daily activities.
His knowledge and training skills are excellent. I think I would not be an active grandparent if not for Jonathan’s assistance.

For years I didn’t need a personal trainer!  I worked with friends at the gym challenging them to pushups and pullups.  I knew Jonathan from the gym and sent a friend to work with him.  After watching her progress, I started working out with Jonathan.  He had to teach me how to walk!  He said we that sit at desks lose the ability to activate glutes, the same thing my physical therapist told me.  For months we worked on glutes, stepping up on a bench, squats with low weight, lunges, and man was I sore.  By the sixth month I was able to activate my glutes – now I could pursue my dream career as an exotic male dancer!  LOL  But the thing I like about Jonathan is that he never lets me injure myself.  From the first day, he wouldn’t let me break form.  If I got tired and starting raising my shoulder on the pectoral press, or let my knee get past my toes on a squat he would shut me down and move on to another exercise.  He even has the ability to do point massages on my shoulder.  I have a spur in the shoulder joint and protecting it, I tend to irritate the muscles of the shoulder.  At times it gets so painful I can’t finish the set.  Jonathan asks where the pain is, drives his thumb deep into the source of the pain, which may not even be where the pain is, and within minutes, I’m back at doing reps.  And it doesn’t hurt that he has a sense of humor.
