My issue is not with the gym itself — the facility is nice. My issue is with the predatory payment practices this company employs to maintain membership fees.

I had to leave Beeville suddenly due to a death in the family and have since been traveling for work. I contacted them to cancel my membership and was told I have to do it in person “for security reasons.” That makes no sense in 2025 — if you can sign up online, you should be able to cancel online.

I’m the authorized account holder and can prove it, but after that, my messages were ignored and they kept charging my account. I’m now on the other side of the country with no return date, and it’s unreasonable to expect someone to fly back just to cancel a gym membership.

This is an unethical and predatory practice, and I’m considering legal action over the continued unauthorized charges.

Tier 1 is hands down the best gym in Beeville. The facility is always clean. The equipment is always sanitary. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. They are also very understanding and do the most to take care of their consumers, that are treated more like family! The cost associated with being a part of there awesome gym is hands down the best in the area. Thank you again!

Tier 1 Gym is top notch with a variety of equipment. The facility is very clean and organized. It's also equipped with two saunas(gender specific). Even the staff there is super friendly. Memberships are available to accommodate anyone's needs. Definitely recommend giving Tier 1 a try.

Tier 1 is a great gym, always cleaned, staff keeps the weights put up and not all over the place, staff is willing to help, plenty of room,benches, seats, machines, cardio machines, spacious in general and very color coordinated, black and red, with a sauna that's open till 8pm, there's no reason you cannot reach your goals at Tier 1.

Tier 1 has been has really helped me achieve my fitness goals. I love how clean the gym is no matter what time you are there, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The owner Jake is top tier when it comes to keeping his clients happy. I love supporting locals! They are still adding new equipment, so there’s always something new to try. Definitely recommend trying them out, they offer day/week/monthly memberships with no contract, but trust me when I say you’ll be hooked by the first visit so just get that monthly membership 😉

Easily best locally small town owned gym in gulf coast area!! Great vibes with everyone when working out!! Amazing top tier equipment!!! I mean it is called Tier 1 haha, but all in all it's gotten me back on a great path since opening and the communication between the owner Jake and his employees are always smooth!! Jake never seems to disappoint and he's done something great again!!! The gym is definitely different with the red, most gyms are always the usual black and white. The lighting is really nice, definitely plenty of that, has all the equipment you'd need as well as great perks. I'm not just saying this cause Jake is a buddy of mine, but this is hands down the nicest gym Beeville has, it's Jake's so of course it'd be the shit. 😎
