This place is awesome, they care for their patients and always make you feel welcomed. Erica the receptionist is great she makes sure you get the most convenient day and time to come in. Aaron the PTA is also awesome he makes sure you feel better at the end of the day with the exercises they make you do. Wes, the PT is also great he interacts with his patients and makes sure to hear all there concerns. Franco is also great to work with, his energy lights up the room. My daughter had to attend therapy twice in her life. Both times I chose Tier 1 Physical Therapy for my daughters needs. I really love this place. Aaron is usually the therapist she worked but she have worked with all the staff members before. I have no complaints. The owner Bobby is also very amazing.

I've ridden motorcycles since I was a kid and was fortunate to not have ever been involved in an accident until this past August. Although I am on a military installation, I was referred from my primary care provider on base, to Tier 1 Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. My ankles, hip, my wrist and thumb were still swollen and limited in range of motion as a result of the accident. For starters, my pain was about an 8/10 (which was high for me). With the treatment routine schedule given to me by the amazing staff, I began treatment in September and concluded treatment mid November. The receptionist was always kind and very communicative with upcoming appointments and closures affecting the normal routine. The treatment specialist always greeted me with a smile and asked my level of pain before beginning our sessions. The facility was always clean and organized. The staff always engages in positivity with both the patients as well as one another. I really felt comfortable as I was receiving treatment. Student athletes from the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) are there rehabilitating all of the time...and that says a lot!!!
If anyone in the El Paso area is in need of physical therapy, Tier 1 Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine should be your first choice!

Wes and his team are amazing! They have helped me tremendously with my knee and my neuropathy problem. I can now live a normal life. They also helped my father as well, and were so caring with him. After calling several places and not getting calls back I called Tier 1. Erica helped me through the process of getting me help with my insurance. She was very helpful and very cordial. She would call me when she said she was going to. All the therapists are very professional and very nice they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

The physical therapy has helped. Now I have good days and bad days. When before it was just bad days. I'll take that any day.

I was referred here by my healthcare insurance upon asking for a PT practice closer to home. I had already heard good things about Tier 1, and the practice came highly recommended.
From the intake phone call, to scheduling, to intake appointment, to treatment and graduation from treatment, I was treated by professionals all the way through. They cared about my well being and did everything they could to help me heal and feel better. It's a quiet, yet wonderful place, with an atmosphere geared towards healing.
I rarely recommend places this highly, but Tier 1 and the staff deserve all the praise.

Wes and his entire staff are phenomenal, even the students were friendly, curious and motivated. They did a fantastic job addressing my vertigo (BPPV) and taught me maneuvers to use to ease these unpredictable episodes in the future. I walked out 100% better at the end of my sessions (5). I know results vary per individual but I'm so grateful to have been referred to Tier 1.

Wes and the entire staff at Tier 1 has been fantastic! My doctor referred me after I was experiencing hip pain and ankle swelling when running. Within a few weeks I am running consistently and back to training for half and full marathon distances. Tier 1 does not simply tell you stretches to “help” but assist to treat the injury and solve the issue long term. Each session had me up and moving towards my goal of continuing to run.
