I joined and have been attending Titan Fitness Gym for the past three months and my experience has been awesome and positive! All the staff as well as members are very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have the support of the coaches to help me along with my fitness training and weight loss journey. Everyone seems to really care and I am seeing this pound slide off as I have now lost 12 pounds since I started. I especially enjoy the small group and fit camp classes that I have been attending 2 to 3 times a week since I started. If you want a fun and helpful environment, you should join too!

Do not come here.
They do not cancel your membership when asked and continuously charge you month for month even when you’ve requested to cancel. This is the worse experience I have ever had in my life with a gym membership: they have now gotten over 250 dollars from me for a membership that I don’t use and have asked in multiple occasions to cancel

Below is their response- I canceled and gave no updated information as I didn't step foot in that place after I requested to cancel. They have zero accountability as long as they continue to get their money from people.

This place is absolutely amazing! The team of workers they have are so kind & patient and some of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. I go for tanning, and the tanning rooms are always so clean & always working! Very blessed to have such an amazing place filled with amazing people so close to me!

I enjoy working out here.The staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is never too crowded, plus it’s a 24/7 operation. I gave 4 stars because the equipment could be maintained better. For example, a lot of the more frequently used dumbbells don’t have the weight displayed on them so you have to guess how heavy they are. It may seem insignificant, but that’s important when you are trying to gradually improve your strength.

I think Titan fitness is a great place to get comfortable working out for people who might be timid starting out. Everyone is very friendly and I have made many gym friends that I talk with daily. Staff and members are eager to help and answer any fitness related questions. Some equipment is old but I think it gets the job done for the most part. I started at Titan 7 months ago. I have been going 6 days a week since, and have managed to put on 45lbs. I look forward to the gym every day, not just for the workout, but to socialize with other gym lovers and friendly staff. Also the front desk workers are amazing.

Clean, never crowded. I have been going to this gym for less than 6 months. It has everything you need in a gym from free weights, machines and classes. The place is clean and it's never crowded like other gyms. The front desk staff know you by name. The people who come to work out here are here to really work out, not just pose in front of the mirrors and sit on a machine for 30 minutes while they play on their phone, if you've ever been to other gyms in Waco you know what I mean!!

I called to find out pricing information and schedule. The person I talked to did nothing but keep trying to sell me something and dig for personal information. I had to say 4 times (in one call) that I do not want to come in and talk, just tell me the information I asked for.

Then I get a text message from their business telling me to come in and talk about the gym (this makes 5 times). I did not give them my number and I got signed up to receive text messages.

People should not be letting companies get away with shady business practices.

It's a lot of trouble to cancel a gym membership. Had to send a certified letter even after paying cancellation, plus for a cycle that I would never use. I don't recommend this place unless you have a lot of money and you are truly committed. You need to pay nearly 40 dollars just to use the equipment.

I used to go to the gym almost 2 years in and out equipment is Never upgrade half of treadmills is not working.building have a smell like a some kind of mold and half of lights not working very dark. Very expensive compared to the other gyms in Waco area. Cancellation policy is very tough you have to send them certified mail to cancel you cannot cancel in the office. Before you sign up make sure you check it cancellation policy.

Worked out with a trainer today.....it was horrible and wonderful at the same time!
When you are on vacation and your cousin asks.....do you want to come work out with me and my trainer????
1) when she handed me gloves I kind of got scared 😲
2) after warm up and round one of the 8 exercises I thought I might die.....our trainer on the other had was looking happy and cute as a button! 😫😁
3) after round 2 of the 8 exercises Christy and I needed WATER!!!!!!! 🤪
4) after round 3 of the 8 exercises although my face was redder than it's ever been and I pushed myself past limits my mind thought I had, I felt better than you could imagine!! 😍

OK, this gym is pretty good. Not all of the cardio equipment works well but most of the weight machines are in good working order. There could be more free weights as when it gets busy they are hard to come by. I'll be honest, I like the gym but if it was any further from my house it wouldn't be my first choice. I'm more into lifting weights than anything else so take that into account when you read my review.

SCAM!!!! We signed up for a year contract. It expired in February. In April I called in and cancelled the membership. Not one person(out of 5) has been there since. Get an email this month telling me that my stolen credit card number did not process the payment. Stated to them that the membership was cancelled. They said "there is no documentation to support this". WOW!! Next words they said blew my mind. "You have to notify us via certified mail at least 15 days prior to the date of the bank draft". If not, we will continue charged you until the end of time no matter if you come in or not. Super scam if you ask me! Protect your wallet people!! Go ANY other place than this one!!

Titan Fitness, I recently had the pleasure of visiting this locally owned fitnes center. I was there particpating in a ZIN Zumba Jammer, I just wanted to say that the place was clean, lockeroom well equipped and clean. I only interacted the Zumba Team and it was be said. They were great, enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend their Zumba classes to anyone visiting or interested in taking Zumba. They were welcoming, full of zest and love for Zumba. After our ZJ, we were invited to stay for a master class and my group had to get back the base, so we only stayed for the first a couple songs, but had a great time.... Great job Zumba Team from Titan Fitness, ya'll are the BOMB
