The management/ manager of this gym is awful.
It is impossible to get a hold of them,I left message after message and no response. Finally I went in person to the gym to put my account on hold waited there for 10 mins the gentleman at the front desk didn’t think it was even necessary to greet me.
Good luck trying to get in touch with them .
Will definitely not recommend it .

My experience at Box Title was incredible! It had been over three years since my last class, but getting back into it was amazing. I’d love to see more locations, maybe in the Irving area. Other than that, keep up the great work—your team is absolutely fantastic and full of energy!

It has been a month since my original post. Yet, I wanted to revisit this to ensure future potential members know what to expect prior to signing up for a place that steals their money.

I had a frustrating experience with TITLE Boxing Club regarding my membership cancellation. After submitting the required cancellation form in July and being told my last charge would be in August, I was unexpectedly charged $119 in September and October. Despite repeated assurances from their team that my membership was canceled and refunds would be issued, no refunds were ever processed.

When I contacted them again, they simply told me to resolve the issue with my bank, showing a lack of accountability. This entire ordeal has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I’m still waiting for the $238 refund owed to me and contact back from the corporate team after multiple emails and correspondences. If you value transparency and efficient customer service, I would caution against joining this gym.

They make it impossible for you to cancel your membership. Won't return calls, texts, or emails and then pass me off to someone else who never gets back to me. Absolutely frustrating.

My stepson started classes in May he went several times but he moved from the city and decided that he did not want to continue the classes so we sent him to cancel but the person in charge of the place convinced him to pause the classes after that I went to the place I talked to Demetrius and so far everything was fine but they kept taking money from my account and then I called the place again and on this occasion I talked to Antonio he said he was out of town but that the classes were already canceled and he say he will return the money ,)but to be sure he told me to call back on Tuesday. I called him and left him a message and he never returned the call and he didn't return the money either, what a good strategy to steal from people 🤬

In town for football game. 30 dollar drop in fee. 10 dollar wraps. 10 dollar shitty glove rental. Several open bags. 50 bucks for a 45 minute class? You guys come to Wichita and visit Rebel Boxing. We get that you probably need a work out.......and would offer you a place to do your thing with welcoming smiles. And it would cost nothing except if you wanted to buy wraps. Sad face Title Boxing.

This gym is going down hill, no consistent trainers anymore, most new trainers that come seem to not have any experience in this field at all. I would appreciate if I can get my money’s worth with better consistent training staff!

I always look forward to coming to my classes! Each class is so fun and challenging in its own ways. Boxing has been such an amazing challenge for me, it’s a mental and physical workout and I love it. Title boxing has made my experience so fun, and the coaches are super helpful if you aren’t getting the hang of anything or confused about something. They will take the time to show you and guide you which is very appreciated.

My friend and I signed up for a free class earlier this year. We both were looking for a way to destress through exercise, and definitely found it here!

Before boxing, I used to go to CrossFit which I loved but it was also very hard on my body. I was also always worried about getting injured. With boxing, I love that it's still a high intensity workout with less of a chance to get injured vs CrossFit. I enjoy the challenge each time I go, even though it does take some time to get used to the intensity of each workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging! Definitely recommend trying it out if you're looking for a fun and challenging workout!

Ah! This place is a mess. I had requested to cancel monthly subscription in the beginning of July for my daughter as she is going away for college and won't be able to attend anymore. I was asked to send the email to request cancellation, that I did and let the manager know as well who assured that would be taken care of. Well, that wasn't the case. They had setup recurring charge on my card and I saw the charge happened for July even me sending email and talking on the phone. When I saw the charge and upcoming recurring charge, tried contacting them through calls, left voicemails, sent emails and I literally stopped by at the studio, they didn't have any one at the front desk to help, I left the note for them to reach out, again, never happened. Can't believe how trashy this Plano location customer service could be. So frustrating!

I was a member of Title from 2013-2014 and visited 3-4x a week. It was my favorite place to exercise. However, due to an injury, I had to cancel my membership.

I recently returned to Title to take a class through ClassPass. De introduced himself to me when I walked in and also said he was the GM of the location. If his style is indicative of the current state of the gym, I have no interest in returning.

His style of motivation included a lot of loud yelling mixed with belittling. Telling a group of teens “This isn’t just for TikTok, you’re here to work”, telling a younger student “you want to be on the football team you’re gonna have to be stronger than that” and so on.

He never learned my name or if he did, he never addressed me with it. Instead, he called me “ClassPass” over and over. At one point, he alluded to the idea that I might be resistant to committing to the workout since, as a ClassPass member, I wasn’t into commitment.

I understand this type of degradation as motivation in a military setting, a football team, etc. And if that works for you, by all means please visit this location. I personally don’t need to be treated like a second class just because I’m not a member.

If you don’t like ClassPass members in your gym, De, don’t participate. I treated you with nothing but respect and you should do the same for ALL your clients.

Let me start off by saying, I don’t write reviews but this is the only way I feel I can get through to this facility. I joined this club back in July and it is completely my fault, but I have only used the club once. I went into cancel my membership end of December and was told by the owner that he would send me the cancellation forms but it would take 4-6 hours for them to come through to my email (not sure why that long) but I said ok. 3 days later I still was waiting on my cancellation form.. I called and the same manager told me that he sent it and wasn’t sure why I didn’t come through so he sent it again. (This one came through instantly).

I went through my cancellation form that day, and actually submitted it twice because at the end of the cancellation.. the form blanks out, you get no confirmation #, no email that says the form was received, absolutely nothing.

Again, I should have followed to make sure they received it but I figured and wanted to believe this was not that kind of place that would take advantage.

A month later I was billed which was fine but I wanted to make sure they received my cancellation form and come to find out they did not…

I called again and was resent a the same form to submit but after entering my information it again blanked out, no confirmation of any sort.

I’m now still trying to cancel and was just charged again, when I reached out to the club last week he told me I was “all good” “I’m cancelled” but yet again that’s wrong.

Be cautious, I have donated $1000 dollars to this club now and have used it 1 time. I understand this is on me, but what I have gone through now the last few months is no way to do business.

Title Boxing Plano is the only fitness center I've ever stuck by for over a year. In the past, it's been difficult for me to stay motivated because the workouts were always the same. At Title, it is completely different! I'm excited to go to class and get a workout in that is not only fun, but extremely effective. Within several weeks of starting at Title (with absolutely no previous boxing experience) I saw a significant difference in my weight, stamina, and strength. Not to mention, boxing is a great outlet after a tough day. The trainers are passionate about what they do and they each have their own style which provides a lot of variety. I would highly recommend Title to anyone at any fitness level!

“two-A- day” schedule. It’s a total body workout; you’re sure to get shredded in no time.

The staff in this location is friendly and helpful; I can say with all confidence that each and every one of them has contributed in some way to my wellness in the 4 months I've been going there.
Each workout is powerful and intense. Far from boring, there is always something to learn: for your technique, for endurance, and for self-improvement.
Boxing, as I see it, can shape you not only physically, but mentally as well. It brings life to your inner fighter and that permeates to other aspects of life. I gave it a try, out of curiosity and a desire to improve my mental health through something new (to me). Turns out, I fell in love with it. :)

To clarify, I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 only because the dressing room/bathroom area could be better. Other than that, TBCP is a place I'm happy to go to.

This company is shady and untrustworthy. After cancelling a membership they continued to attempt to charge. Then a year later they placed a collection for $1200. As a member for 2 months the total should have come to $200, maybe $300 since they require 30 day advance notice to cancel a membership. Curious as to what that years worth of charges is for.

The trainers are great and it's my favorite workout by far. However, they said I would be able to move my membership to another club when I moved. After several weeks of phone calls, emails to corporate and visitations to each club, nothing was done and I was no longer valued. I canceled my membership altogether just to later receive a call saying I owed $500+ dollars. What started out as a great experience turned negative so quickly and turned me off to the company as a whole.

Short review: DO IT.
Long review: I was an active lad back in the day but since working a 9-5 job, I've had to rely on a traditional gym for my fitness. Over the last couple of months, I had become saturated with the monotonous and mechanical workouts. I became lazy. I knew I was gaining some unwelcome weight. A friend of mine suggested I try out the free class at Title Boxing (Plano) but I had my apprehensions about boxing. However, when she said the punches were directed solely at the bags, my interest was piqued. It's only been a week...and I-LOVE-IT. At the end of every power hour, I am drenched in sweat. It's something my body had been missing for a while. The trainers are kickass, especially Chris D. (tchu-tchu!) and Francis (ha-ha!)! The workouts are challenging yet accommodating for every level. I already feel I've toned up in a week and can attest to a feeling of satisfaction! I am very curious to see where I will be in a couple of months. There's only one way to find out!

I visited because I had a groupon for this company and I was looking for something for my husband and myself to do. Kickboxing and boxing are really something that isn't new to myself nor my husband, but we also haven't done it in a long while so a refresher course would be more our style. We had no idea what we were getting into when we went.
First of all, my husband and I work retail, so I personally love that they do have quite a few classes scheduled throughout the day to make it fit our schedule. The classes vary from location to location though, so check your closest one for their schedule.
The class is fast paced and a great all around work out. The warm-ups really get you going and then straight into the boxing or kickboxing maneuvers. This was fine, except for the fact that my husband and I have been a little lazier than normal and so this hard/fast start up, really overwhelmed us. There was no explanation once the punches began either. Whats a cross, whats a jab, hook, upper cut? If you don't know, you kinda have to watch and figure it out. We probably would have been better off taking a beginners course, but there are none listed on the schedule.
We asked, and we were told there was only one on a saturday (at that particular location) in the mid morning time (right when we are both at work). So, needless to say, it was a little bit of $40 wasted for one class and a couple pair of hand wraps.
I only marked down one star due to the lack of more beginner classes available. If you know what you are doing and are looking for a good all around body work out, that keeps you going for the full hour - This is the place for you. The vibe is up beat, and you really do want to work out... if you can keep up. :)
