At TK Fitness we provide small group personal training classes along with private one on one training. We offer Nutrition Coach to help you achieve success in your weight loss while creating a healthy relationship and understanding of nutrition and food quality.

TK fitness is more than a gym- it is a place where women can get together and support each other and lean on one another as we all work out.
I have never stuck with a gym at all- but I have made it one year and I don’t see myself stopping. I love this community and Coach Trisha is absolutely amazing!

Looking back over this past year at TK Fitness, I can honestly say it has been one of the most impactful seasons of growth in my life. When I first started, I was nervous and unsure of what I could really do, but walking into TK quickly felt like coming home. Joining TK Fitness Gym has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Over the last 9 years I have struggled with my weight, feeling weak and tired, lots of underlining heath issues. I would join a gym and try to workout and get in shape on my own and from the time I walked in I felt like I didn’t belong there. Fast forward to 10 months ago. I found TK Fitness and decided I would give it a shot, that was the best decision I’ve ever made! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome, I felt I was right where I belonged. Coach T encourages me to keep going and not to give up and to do that hard things! When I feel like giving up Coach and all the other ladies step in and push me to keep going! There’s so many wonderful things I can say about this. TKfitness changed my life. I was at my heaviest when my niece told me about the gym. I called Trisha for my consultation and we talked for a few minutes and just from speaking with her I was so comfortable. I told her what I wanted to accomplish and she told me to come to her fundamentals class. I was super scared at first but when I got to class she is very welcoming. After going through class I decided to sign up. I am so happy I did it has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I lost weight, gained more confidence, made great new friends and had fun! Trisha is a wonder coach she will push you and she believes in you when you feel like you can’t. She’s a great mentor! She also throws the best parties for her members. I have been through a few fitness programs, and Trisha is by far the best coach I have encountered. She took the time in her fundamentals class to go over every piece of equipment, every movement, and proper form to prevent injury. I really haven’t ever had as in detail coaching as she offered. That was SO helpful & I felt really set up for success, even being a beginner. I have enjoyed every single workout and feel the programming is very thoughtfully planned out! I really appreciate the all women environment. It just puts me personally more at ease than a co-ed situation, and all the ladies have been super friendly and helpful!!! I think TK fitness is a hidden gem for all Lindale ladies!

I joined TK Fitness a little over a year ago! I can’t say enough about the accountability, community, and guidance. In all my years of working out, I have never had such a drastic change in my body composition. I am able to lift more than I ever have and feel more confident than ever!
