If you are looking for a intense but sustainable workout this is the place. Love the energy of the trainers and the atmosphere. Working out during these times can be difficult but at TKFIT there is a lot of space so you can be spaced out from others and I felt super comfortable. I felt like they listened to me and pushed me to go for more. 🔥 I love it!! Always excited for my next workout.

The trainers are beyond motivating. They will push you to your limits and then some. High energy very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’ve done similar training when I lived away from El Paso but hands down this has been my best experience yet!! Definitely recommend you to join and get a great, safe , and very effective workout. Regardless of your physical fitness level they will get you in shape and definitely make your body transform in what you always wanted to look like.

Man I can not say enough it’s gonna be hard enough to put in a few words so might be long. First off so clean, so nice, so supportive of my journey and getting to my physical goal which actually helped me reach an incredible mental goal. When I started I didn’t know what to expect and honestly was scared but the instructors/couches made me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for there insight and lessons to help me reach my goals every week. I honestly don’t know what I could have done without them. Now I’m healthier and have more energy I can’t wait to get back there and back to work.

When I gained weight because of my divorce I decided to hit the gym. When that boring I needed to go somewhere to get that extra push and it won’t become routine as just lifting weights. Also as my life is super busy the AM morning classes are perfect great workout and great employees would highly recommend it!

I was visiting the area , I was on a small get away from the Dallas area. As a pro fighter I needed to find a gym that could satisfy my need and my daily calorie out take.This place was it!
It was fast paced, extremely positive , and encouraging queues where said and done!
A great workout led by a great instructor!
I highly recommend this as a go to gym.

I had high hopes for my training with TKfit but i really just feel scammed by kai. He pushed and pushed for me to pay for a month, i accepted but i got nothing out of it. I went every day and the trainers that are hired are not good at all. No one cares. Not kai, not the trainers. They just want your money. Now learned he’s also a thief and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon last month i really hate myself for falling for it. Such a scam.

I am a doctor and I will say that's TKfit fitness program is a good first step on your path to physical fitness. Awesome energy that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Tried to do an appointment first time they NEVER answered then on another page they respond to me giving me an appointment. The location they have on FB page is not that one, called and messaged for information no one answer. The trainer did not answer either. I had to wait more than 36 minutes in the car for someone to answer but they never did. Poor communication and horrible customer service. I messaged 2 of the pages and trainer, no one answer to give me information about the updated location.

I absolutely love this gym and for being a diabetic type 1 I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels classes are pretty intense but I go at my pace my trainer erica is amazing always supportive and I absolutely feel better and most confident! I actually enjoy the gym the 30 min workout fits my busy lifestyle and I’m able to get in get out and get on with my day! As I get home to cook dinner for teens and husband! I don’t have to spend hours and hours at the gym! As for my physical stand point I feel stronger and have this energy I didn’t know existed! I am in my 4 th week of the 6 week challenge and have absolutely 100% recommend this to everyone !

Where did my journey begin with TKFit? I recently moved back to the El Paso area and I remember telling myself that I wanted to do something in the line of CrossFit. I saw an ad on Facebook about a challenge at TKfit. To too it off the west side location is really close to my job. Therefore, I decided to start. I didn't know what to expect, but overall I am happy with the workouts and how far I have come. I went from only running to working out four time a week. The trainers are amazing. Some may not like to be in group sessions, but everyone's there for the same reason-to be healthier. I am definitely recommending this gym!

I am on week 4 of my 6 week challenge and it has been a really amazing experience. I have lost weight that I couldn't by myself after lots of tries after having my baby. All the trainers at the gym are amazing and very well prepared, they motivated you and make you give the best of you. I never imagine that I would want to change my eating and exercise habits in order to see the results that I am seeing in myself; I lose weigh, strenghten my muscles, train my brain to don't give up, recover my energy, and learn a lot of how to take care of my body with healthy lifestyles choices. I strongly recommend this bootcamp, it works if you commit yourself to do your part, they will do their best as well in order to make you be succesful with your goals.

Wow! Amazing 30-min HIIT workouts with certified personal trainers, meal plan accompanied by weekly grocery lists...how much more convenient can you get?! This program is definitely for anyone with the motivation to become more fit, live a healthier lifestyle, and have a better diet! I’ll be honest...I was skeptical about the meal plan. The diet regimen of any exercise program has always been the thorn in my side. However, after actually putting the meal plan to action, I found the food to be super tasty and the results are evident and real! I’ve been doing this now for 4 weeks. I was a bit skeptical when I first joined the challenge. I go to an other gym about 2-3 times a week but I mostly weight train. Well I’m 4 weeks in to the TK fit challenge and i have to say my life has changed, not only have I seen results on the scale and my clothes but I feel better than ever. The combination of the workouts, meal plans and supplement recommendations have been awesome. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to change their lifestyle and get back into shape!!Anyone from beginner to seasoned gym rats will benefit from this program. 5 out 5 stars definitely!!

Joining TKFit has been one of the best decisions I've made. Trainer Kai makes it a point to meet and get to know every person that walks through his doors. He and the trainers get to know you as a person with goals, they're extremely motivating and push you beyond the limits you think you have. I've exposed my taste buds to new flavors and variety of foods that I hadn't had or wouldn't think of trying. The six week challenge has been a real challenge. Only 3 weeks down and my body is changing for the better. I am slo eating healthier. I make better food choices and the workouts are never the same. I really like this place. Their protein shakes are pretty awesome too.

Don't be duped into the 6-week challenge. Looking back, I should've realized that 20 lbs in 6-weeks is pretty impossible or extremely difficult unless you overhaul your entire life. Off the bat, not free. $300 deposit for what they trainer Kai says was their investment in us. However, their investment was pretty much nonexistent. Basically you are paying for the classes. First, he claims personalized meal plans. Nope, basically some generic recipes that he got off Pinterst or something. It just includes healthy recipes as if we didn't know that. Be ready to be in a constant calorie deficit.
As for the actual classes, I actually enjoyed them. They were the perfect length(30 minutes), and pretty intense. I did go to the required 4 classes per week, and I was feeling stronger as time went on. It was nice to be able to do something different then the normal gym workout. Each class was different and kept you on your toes. Is it worth the overpriced membership, no.
There are a couple of requirements that were part of the program, and one of them was a weekly weigh-in. Since I was on the West-side, they were on Monday. However, working in healthcare, my scheduled varied. When I spoke to Trainer Kai in advance asking if I could come in on Tuesday instead for one of the weeks. It was a hard no. No compromising, nothing. No care of other peoples' schedule. It was his ticket in and claim that I didn't meet the requirements, and he got my money. Even when I asked if I can stop by and have another trainer to just take my measurements, and we can discuss the results later. Nope! Apparently, his trainers are so incompetent that they can't write down the results for him. There was no compromise at all. You would think if he wants us to be successful, he's willing to work with us. I was trying to work with him so I can continue with the program, but after I saw that. I quickly realized he was looking for any excuse to say that I didn't meet the requirements. At one point, he actually wanted me to drive 30 minutes to East side just for a check-in that takes 10 minutes. That's how manipulative he was. After that, I got disheartened and I saw that he was not intersted in my success. I stopped going to the classes about 4 weeks in, and where was the support that he claimed he was going to give? NOPE AGAIN. Did not hear from him ever again. Never reached out to me. What's in it for him? He got my money.
Overall, I should've known better. It takes months for people to lose that much weight, and its not something that can be done immediately. There's lifestyle, mental and physical changes that needs to occur, and for some people 6 weeks is not long enough. It is a gradual process that takes time. There are people that claimed they were able to lose the 20lbs, but get ready to overhaul your entire life in 6 weeks.

During my pregnancy I gained a significant amount of weight and was not very active. After I had my son I became depressed over all the weight I gained, which made me lose my confidence, my self-esteem was very low, and I felt like all the excessive weight I was carrying was slowing me down physically and mentally. It was hard for me to get out of my apt and be in the public eye because I was embarrassed of who I had become. I went into TKFit for a body analysis and was shocked by the results. I knew at that moment I needed to get back into shape in order to be healthy and to be around long enough to see my son grow up. I decided to give the 6 week challenge a try. From the first time I spoke to trainer Kai he was determined to help me become the best me possible. I finished the 6week challenge and my overall experience was great and life changing. Trainer Kai and all the trainers at tkfit westside location are very motivating, they come up with creative and fun workouts that target every part of your body, inspire you to stay focused and give it their all to help you reach your challenge goal of losing 20 lbs. The trainers at TKFit always have a positive attitude, are very welcoming and understand the struggles of getting back into shape. They also do not just stand around and watch you do the workouts, they jump right into the workout with you and push you when you feel like giving up as well as guide you on how to do each exercise correctly. TKFit has a family-oriented environment and the trainers take extreme pride in training each member. The gym was always clean and organized and equipment was well taken care of. Even the members loved working together to finish the 30-minute workout as a team. The best part of the challenge is seeing results every week. My energy level is also up, I gained more confidence in myself, I believe in myself, I’ve learned some great tools on how to eat healthy and stay fit, all thanks to TKfit and the trainers. Even though my journey is done at TKfit, they inspired me to keep believing in myself and to continue working on my transformation one day at a time. I definitely recommend the 6week challenge because if I could lose the 20lbs in 6weeks, then you can lose the 20lbs or even more in 6weeks. Trust in the trainers at TKfit because they know their stuff and are determined to help you reach your goals. THANK YOU TKFIT FOR ALL YOUR HARDWORK AND NEVER GIVING UP ON ME OR ANY OTHER MEMBER!!!!

I have a renewed lease on life and I have TKFit to thank for giving this to me. I'm a regular member now and I know I will continue to improve and I will continue to succeed with them by my side!! Gym Review: The gym workouts have 4 stations, each with a cardio and strength move – the workouts are fun and never the same, keeping you from getting bored. The trainers and people who go there are nice and friendly, and they push you past what you think you can handle which is where the change happens. The equipment is nice and there is a large variety of things used which keep the workouts fun and challenging. I wish they had a few extra classes and I would love locker rooms and showers too – I might go to the morning classes if they had showers. Overall though the gym is great – it’s much more fun that trodding away on a treadmill and they combine your strength and cardio in one so you don’t have to go lift either. If you can afford a membership and have the drive to commit to going to the gym regularly, I highly recommend this gym!
6 Week Challenge: I don’t recommend the challenge unless you have a TON of weight to lose or $299 to lose, because the challenge is not free unless you do all the requirements. But first things first, let me explain the challenge. The idea is that you get a six week “free” gym membership coupled with a meal plan, in exchange for losing 20 pounds, going to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week, doing a bunch of marketing for the gym on your facebook page (checking in at every workout, changing your profile and cover photo to one the gym provides, etc), allowing them to post before and after photos of you, etc; however, there is a deposit of $299 (which if you can’t pay off all at once you will pay interest on your credit card, just saying), and if you fail to lose 20 pounds or do any of the other requirements, you lose your money. There are pros and cons to this. Pros: It introduced me to a new type of workout that I actually enjoy and I needed a kick in the butt to get started on my weight loss journey and this program helped. Cons: $299 is a lot of money, losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks is challenging (Google losing 3 pounds a week, which would be 18 pounds in 6 weeks – it’s a large calorie deficit), and there is no guarantee from the gym that their program will help you lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks (if you do their requirements and follow the meal plan but still don’t lose 20 pounds, I guess that is your fault). I have been doing the required 4 workouts a week, and also going to the gym an additional 6 times per week, and reducing my calories by following the meal plan, and still am only losing about 2 pounds a week (not enough for 20 pounds). So, all in all, would I do the challenge again? No, it was an expensive learning experience as I don’t believe I’ll make the 20 pounds, but I am glad I was introduced to the gym, as I like the workouts. If you want to try the gym out on a trial basis and not get a membership, I would recommend getting a Groupon over the challenge.

I did the 6 weeks challenge and i lost 24.8 pounds!! It was an adventure and life changing for me. The recipes are delicious and you learn portion control while enjoying every serving. The meal plans are always different and you even get a grocery list so you don’t have to worry if you’re missing anything. Trainer Kai is dedicated to guide you and give you advice wether you are struggling with the exercises or questions on the recipes/ supplements. The exercises are always different! There is not a day you repeat one from the previous day and in only 30minutes, you really workout your entire body. Within the first week, you start feeling with more energy and for myself, on my 2nd week i didnt struggle going up to my apartment on the 3rd floor. I can keep going but you need to try out TK FIt! I love the trainers, they push you but also help make sure oh don’t get injured. Kinda like the best of both worlds, you met people with like minded goals in a class setting but also get personalized attention. I feel very comfortable here. Obviously you get results but for me this has been so much more. I’ve made friendships and have started to change my lifestyle to a healthier one. Everyone knows me by name and to be honest that is what gets me going on the days I’m not motivated.

I am currently in the 4th week of the 6 week challenge and I am absolutely loving the experience. I have lost 9 lbs already, lots of body fat and have gained muscle mass! I feel stronger every day. Most importantly, however, I feel a lot happier and confident in my own body. The workouts are intense and short which allow me to fit it my schedule (especially in the mornings) and once it’s done I feel energized, happy, and ready to take on the day...I find I am more productive at work throughout the day, as I feel light, more mobile, and energized...and did I mentio happy? Being part of the TKFit family has been a great journey for me. It actually showed me that I am capable of so much more than what I give myself credit for. I have never been a huge fan of going to gyms, but the environment at TKFit is so fun and accommodating, that I actually look forward to my next work outs. Some of the exercises were challenging and tiring, yes, but the only way to see some changes in yourself is to actually push limits and boundaries. I love the fact that the work outs are only for 30 minutes. All the trainers I’ve had the honor of working out with were all fantastic. I also loved the meal plans and food recipes as well. I'm 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge. So far, I love the classes and the atmosphere. I've been impressed since day 1 with the diversity in each workout, and the trainers' 'can-do' attitudes. The trainers take the time to learn each members' name, and genuinely care about the success of each person. I'm still deciding on whether or not the meal plan is for me/sustainable. The grocery list and calendar planning out each meal is helpful, but it'll be interesting figuring out what to do once the 6 weeks are over. I have been following the meal plan, and have only lost 2 pounds total. I'm not sure that this is working for me so far as far as weight loss goes; however, I know that this meal plan has worked for other challengers. I would also say that this plan is expensive when you add in the cost of all the food/protein powder, so just make sure you're serious.

I was reflecting this New Year’s Eve about my resolutions and I was reminded that this isn’t my first time trying to lose weight. What I’m learning at TK Fit is that it’s not all about the weight, not about the inches, and not about the individual workout. One Sunday morning I saw the challenge invite and decided to show up and see what it TKFit had to offer. Got to meet trainer Kai and a couple of other people that were interested on the 6 week challenge too.
At this point in my life I weighed the heaviest and felt the most unfit I’ve been in my life. At some point I just let go on taking care of myself.
Trainer Kai brought in positivism in a way that made me believe in myself and jumped into the challenge.
Within the week i felt so much better, with energy.
It is more than just a gym with workouts. It is a way to change bad habits and replace them with good ones.
The diet that goes along the program is personally a greater challenge but i see it as way to become more conscious about what I eat and what we bring to our home as a grocery list.
I look forward to continue with this life choice to live better taking care of myself to be an even better husband, son, brother, and nurse.

Truly a great place to get a good workout. Every sessions has different exercises and I have yet to repeat a single exercise. The trainers are excellent and always push you to do your best during each session. If you can not perform a certain exercise due to an injury or any other reason they will gladly modify it for you so that you still get a good sweat going. This place is amazing, they provide you with grocery list and menus, and recipes. All the food is delicious. The trainers are amazing that make sure you are doing the correct form when you workout. From day one there is a non-stop motivation from the TK Family. Every trainer is amazing and can help you pull through or modify the exercise accordingly. I have a bad knee and they always make sure I get the workout done without adding strain to it. Also, the food in our healthy meal plan is absolutely delicious!

Of all the gyms that I have attended, TKFit is the most challenging but motivating place I have experienced. The trainers I have worked with are all helpful and willing to answer any question you may have. With the 6 week challenge, meal plans are included and access to a success manual to help keep you on track! Several different times are available for sessions so it really fits any and all schedules! I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get healthy! I lost 25 pounds, but gained a fit family that cheers me on everyday!

TkFit / TkFit West Review: Tomorrow is the last day of the “free” 6-week challenge.
When I self-assess any gym/studio/center, there are a couple things I pay attention to. The trainers, people, program, equipment, and the facilities. This review may be a little bias because this program has helped me get to a better place, and I lost 44 pounds.. That being my physical health, nutritional health, and mental health.
Over the 6 weeks, I have met lots of individuals, some that has graduated from the 6-week challenge and signed up to go full time, other fellow 6-week challenges, and the normal members. Every person is friendly, encouraging, and there to sweat their butt off too.
During my time I had the opportunity to workout with four different certified trainers. Trainer Kai, Rebecca, Elsa, and Jackie. These trainers generally follow the same formula, but each with their own twist. Each workout is unique from what we did the day before and the flair each trainer adds to the workout is perfect to challenge each and every person.
TkFit is a 30 minute group session, and has scheduled workouts for Monday through Saturday. There is a time that will probably fit 95% of anyone’s schedule. At the TkFit West location, I have worked out with 2 other people or 30 other people, and there is enough stations to do your exercises without jumping on each other’s shoes. The session is broken up into 4 parts. A warm-up (3-5 min.). The workout, which is broken down into four different stations, two exercises per station, and each exercise is done twice (18-ish minutes). The “fifth” station is like a final burn-out (5-ish min.). You could be doing sprints, up-down, an ab session, jacks, etc... The session ends with a cool down (3-5-ish min.).
This is the equipment that we have used during the sessions: Kettle Bells (up to 45lb.), bumbbells (up to 15lb.), Sand Bags (not sure the weight), TRX, Bolso Balls, Slam balls, Barbells (up to 60lb.), ab wheels, Stability Balls, Jump Rope, Suspension Bands, Plyometric Boxes, and im probably missing a couple things. The point here is that there is enough equipment to work out every muscle that you can think of. If you are nervous that the weights may be too light, don’t be. These workouts are very cardio based. You will not be sitting still while using these weights, and there are a couple creative ways to challenge yourself a little more. I am an ex-collegiate offensive linemen (football), my arms and shoulders were shaking during the workouts.
During the 6-week challenge, Trainer Kai provided the challengers with a full meal plan, recipe book, and a nutrition guide. This did push my skills in the kitchen a little, but there is a huge support group with any questions or concerns. The home-made meals are all extremely tasty, actually surprised myself with some of the menu items. Who knew I would like, mushrooms, squash, and zucchini? I would say the meals is a pure example of clean eating.
My only criticism is to do with the facilities (TkFIT West). The AC in the workout area does work, but everywhere else it doesn’t. That actually may be by design, but when I need to change and get ready for work, I’d like to be in a more comfortable climate to help stop myself from sweating. There is no shower, so I have to use a hand towel and some soap over the sink to do a quick wash. I’d also like to see the general areas and the bathroom cleaned more often. I noticed too many locations, that haven’t been touched in a while. The workout area appears clean and in order, but the other areas needs some TLC.

Tk Fit is a great place where you can exercise without feeling judged. The trainers are awesome and they actually care about each and everyone of the people who attend the gym. They make sure that you are doing the exercises the right way so you don't hurt yourself and also help you with modifications to the workout in case you have an injury of some sort that prevents you from doing a certain exercise. It's very fun to workout because it's always a different routine, it's never repetitive, you are always doing something new and every day is a different challenge, a challenge that you'll look forward to. The gym is very well equipped, and properly ventilated. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to loose weight, get back in shape, or simply looking to maintain weight and stay in shape.

I am one of the 6 week challengers here at this location and from what I can tell you this place will certainly change your life. Prior to this I was heating unhealthy and I was happy with the way I ate but after detoxing, working out, and now on my way to achieving the 20 pound goal I can say it's worth it. I'm more energized now than ever and I feel as if I need physical activity daily. Kai, and all the trainers are great trainers and they will push you to do your best but will also be mindful of your own personal health when it comes to preexisting injuries. Overall I can say that this place truly did change my life.
Update: After 6 weeks I made a complete turn around of my life and I lost 24 pounds in 6 weeks! After these results I made the investment to go ahead and become a member of the TK Fit Family. To get to what I am is a major accomplishment and I never would have done it without Kai and the other fantastic trainers of TK Fit.

I discovered TKFit Boot camp while spending the winter in El Paso. It has absolutely changed my life. I had given up on ever losing weight or getting fit after trying many programs, diets, and gyms. This is the best 30 minutes a day I have ever spent on myself. I have lost 30 pounds and gone down four sizes in three months without extreme dieting. I have gained muscle and confidence. The whole studio is carpeted in a two inch physical therapy mat so i can do exercises here that i haven't been able to do for decades due to knee and ankle problems. The trainers all have national and/or international certification and focus on education, positive motivation and safety. It's a fun, fast thirty minute workout that changes daily. I haven't done the same routine twice in three months so it's never boring. The trainers modify the exercises according to each person and everyoe works at their own level. It's really an amazing experience to have the group support AND the personal trainer giving individual attention.

Fantastic !! the expression says it all TKFIT its a life changer, mentally it teaches you to not look back but strive for that extra effort everytime. 5 stars to TKFit, Trainer Kai, and all the trainers and staff that I had the privilege of working out with during my 6 week challenge! To anyone reading this who thinks "I can't do it" or "I'm too out of shape"or "I won't fit in" ---please don't let those negative thoughts and fears deter you from this opportunity. I have NEVER worked out on a program even remotely close to this and I was able to do it being someone who was over 60lbs overweight with zero strenuous physical activity since high school (over 20 years ago) when I started the program. The trainers helped me with modifications for any exercises I couldn't do and the other members were always supportive and willing to help when I was lost. I never felt out of place or that anyone was judging me. The hardest part was taking the plunge, conquering my fear and signing up. So glad I did it!

I have found my new gym!! I love everything about it from the trainers to the exercises to the meal plans. The meal plans are delicious and realistic, you are not starving yourself and you can make the meals for the whole family. I completed my challenge and I lost a total of 20.6 lbs!!! I recommend this gym to anyone who is motivated to make a change in their life!!
