Absolutely love this place! This is an incredible workout all while NOT getting injured! I’ve done all kinds of workout classes, CrossFit for years and as I’ve gotten older I’ve had a hard time finding something I love but that doesn’t injure me repeatedly. This is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. I adore the instructors and classes! Totally addicted!
