I am about to hit my 2 year anniversary with TLS and I can't say enough good things about them. This location and the one on Lamar are my go to studios. This studio has the HIIT classes with the versa climbers (it's low impact & did you know it's Lebron James's go to workout machine?) and I absolutely love how it whipped me into shape (cardio and strength training in one). If you want to lose fat but still gain muscles- the HIIT classes are amazing. Shout out to the amazing trainers at this studio- April, Leticia, Meg & Morgan!β€οΈ

TLSx has become one of my absolute favorite places to train. The coaches and class programming are truly the standout: professional, knowledgeable, and always intentional with transitions (special shout-out to April, Letitia, Meg and Deb). Theyβre excellent at offering modifications if youβre dealing with an injury, and they consistently help correct form in a way that feels supportive rather than intimidating. The music is always on point, too, which makes the workouts even better.
I also really appreciate the many convenient locations, the consistently clean studios, and the super responsive customer service. Itβs clear the team cares about delivering a great experience end to end.
A special shout-out to the Arboretum location: the VersaClimbers and availability of early-morning classes have been a total game-changer for me. Being able to combine Megaformer + VersaClimber sessions has helped me get significantly stronger and fitter.
Highly recommend TLSx to anyone looking for a top-tier workout experience.

TLS ATX is the hands-down best Lagree studio in Austin, and the best workout anywhere. TLS has excellent instructors, well-maintained studios and convenient locations with good parking. Iβve been going to the 5:30am Mega Versa HIIT classes with Letitia and I love them! The vibes are edgy, the machines are high-quality and feel new, and the music is spot on. Great way to start my day :)
The versa climbers really get my heart rate up if Iβm putting in the effort and the workout is so good. And the moves on the mega former are really well-rounded in targeting core, glutes/legs, and upper body. I love how strong I feel during and after workouts!
I usually lift weights but I think Iβll switch over to lagree more consistently now to get strong and toned without the bulk

I love TLS! Reformer Pilates is great for my body & all of the instructors are really helpful and encouraging. Iβve come back to reformer Pilates after a shoulder injury. The instructors are super helpful about showing me modifications that help me to make sure I donβt injure myself again. Thanks TLS!

I have been going to this studio for a little over one week (6 classes). So far I have been very impressed with all the instructors they are very approachable, knowledgeable, and watch for proper form and alignment. They are more than happy to show you modifications which I appreciate since I lost some flexibility due to prior back surgeries. Meg has been especially great with this and has personally showed me appropriate modifications on an adjacent machine. The classes are intense and I get shaky every time but feel so great afterwards!

I started TLS ATX because I was having some back issues and needed a challenging workout to build muscle without running and high impact. The workouts have been amazing- as in HARD and I can feel the places that I needed to build strength in every workout. It's a little confusing to start out because the machine is like none other you have ever tried, but it is worth it. It puts your body in positions to isolate muscle groups and the instructors prompt you constantly to keep your form correct. So glad I was told about this- it's worth it

I've gone for a couple of weeks and really enjoy the studio! The Lagree classes are challenging! I thought I was strong from doing Crossfit and other strength training workouts, but Lagree uses low, controlled movements that challenge different muscles than the explosive exercises I was used to. The instructors are all kind and knowledgeable, and the owner has been very enthusiastic and informative on the phone. Somewhat similar to solidcore and other pilates/reformer-based classes, but the classes that utilize the Megaformer and Versaclimber are what make TLS unique. Highly recommend.

I recently joined TLS after leaving another Austin pilates studio and it's been a great experience! The studios are clean, the music is motivating, and the teachers are great. Given my longer experience at another studio, I came into TLS with a lot of knowledge about form and proper technique, so I do think new clients would benefit from asking questions. Some of the teachers are really good about providing feedback in real time, but others continue teaching.

I moved to Austin a few months ago and started looking for a Lagree studio to re-start my fitness routine. I've tried a couple of the local studios and have to say that The Lagree Studio has the most challenging workout. I love that they're Lagree purists (there are no weird movements outside of the mega former), the instructors have a keen eye for form and will adjust you as needed (if it's ok with you), and they have some fantastic packages for those of us that like variety, but also want to take class several times a week. The workout is challenging, energizing, and it will change your body. I'm beyond pleased with my experience here and specifically enjoy taking class with April, Crystal, and Meg!

I have been going to TLS on and off since I moved to Austin in 2017. Out of all the studios I've been to in the area, they provide the best service and quality training. The amazing workout aside, I've been so impressed by how great Valentina and her instructors have responded to COVID, even before it was mandated they took cleanliness and safety seriously. Knowing that I can step into the studio and enjoy a bit of normalcy during this chaos has been a real lifesaver over the past year. The machines are far apart, they take your temperature at the door, all of the instructors wear masks, and each machine is wiped down and sprayed down between each class. Love my TLS fam!

They have always had poor communication ever since I joined in 2018, but my recent experience was the last straw. I have been going to Lagree since 2017 and I became a member in 2018. I worked out here loyally during my entire pregnancy. I suspended my account without a doctors note in March 2021 for two months when I had a baby. All I did was send a text and a couple of days later someone texted me back saying that was great. So flash back to now all of the sudden they have changed their rules and require a doctors note. So, I got a doctors note two day later stating that I have a sprained ankle and a fractured bone and I can return on November first, but it just happened to be the day they charged my account for the Month of September (which I had tried to suspend two days earlier.) the card they have on file is no longer valid and needed to be updated in their system so it didnβt go through. They said I had to pay for the month of September and then they could suspend my account for two months, and I could get that month back when I came back. Itβs frustrating because they could have just canceled it on Tuesday, but their policy must have mysteriously changed in the last 5 months and they didnβt let anyone know about it, or they just wanted to make it difficult. Iβm really not sure which. The whole thing just really blew my mind, and itβs really not worth what they are asking you to pay. The instructors are wonderful, but ownership and communication is just terrible. You can find other places that are much better.

After struggling with plantar fasciitis for months on end I needed something low impact but strenuous enough to get my heart rate up and get mymuscles moving. Boy does Lagree do that. Every time I step foot in the studio I am greeted by name, warmly with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Every time I walk out Iβm dripping in sweat feeling completely accomplished and my muscles fatigued. It feels amazing! My knees and feet thank me for it! Every instructor is so accommodating and friendly as well. I always look forward to getting my butt kicked at Lagree!!!

I absolutely love The Lagree Studio, I am a software engineer, and I sit for many hours each week, after a long week my back feels beat up and sad. But after a class with the mega I am whipped back into shape. It makes me feel strong and ready for each coming week! Highly recommend!!!

WOW! This workout is definitely a FULL body sculpting, that will not only make you stronger, but make you feel amazing. I started February 2018 after a injury from a c-section complication, OTF was not safe for me to continue. A friend suggested I try a low to no-impact class, to stay active. After my first week, I was hooked and have been doing 4-5 classes a week since!! I can not recommend this class enough, the coaches are phenomenal and the results are insane! Try a class out for your self, I have never had results so fast from a workout regimen.

I got injured (herniated disc of L4/5 ) from OTF explosive movements and from running I ended up in the hospital and in months of rehab to gain strength balance and balance . had lost mobility and was getting out of shape. This workout is sweat dripping intense yet meditative. I am getting stronger and love the body changes too strong core glutes and legs create more shape (for the vain side of me)π

I'm a believer. Twitch is the kind of workout that took me 6, SIX, classes before I could tell if I liked it or not. My body and mind was so confused as to whether it was awesome or evil. Results started being felt in my clothes at class 3 but at class six was when the magic came together and I really was able to find the activation and twitch. I now look forward to each and every class. The staff and trainers are all amazing and FRIENDLY. Having been an athlete my whole life I can see how Ky is building on a long term training program...he is not joking when he says he is training us for January, in July. Love, love, love it!

I can't express how at peace and excited I am that I finally found a fitness studio that has met my needs.
This workout is all muscle and so low impact that it's actually so much harder than box jumps and kettle bell swings! Three weeks in I could see definite muscle tone improvement and a leaner figure. I've never been so *impressed* with a fitness method before.
Let me add that I am a terrible morning person. Waking up is difficult and I set 6 alarms and hit snooze on them all every.single.morning...Since my first class this workout has really been disciplining me in ways that I did not expect. My family and friends are shocked that I now wake up precisely at 6am 3-4x weekly for my class.
The trainers are all awesome. I have trained with Megan, Brooke, Ky, Ashley, and Jenille. I love em all! You also get a lot of attention from them. I've never had more than 8 twitchers join in a class and it gives the trainers the chance to correct you and encourage you.
Since joining the Lagree Studio I sleep better and wake refreshed. I have more energy and I feel strong mentally and physically. Twitch Fitness by Lagree is an elite studio that will shape you into a champion.
