Hi - Have been coming to megaformer studios for years from NYC to LA and everywhere in between. it is the best strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular workout you can get in 45 min and has been vital and essential to me maintaining my mobility after suffering major injuries in a military accident some 20 years ago. Gabrielle is especially great!

First class in a while! Shannon was my instructor—definitely kicked my butt (in a good way). Good flow, provided help when needed, positive energy, and good substitutions! Studio super clean, not too bright (helps you focus on yourself and get in the mood). Ya’ll gonna see me again ✌🏼
