Keke is hands-down the BEST instructor at TLSx. Her early-morning classes are my absolute favorite way to start the day. The music is always on point, the energy is so lively, and she’s hilarious, which makes even the toughest workouts fly by.
She’s incredibly encouraging, gives great cues, and somehow remembers everyone’s name, which makes the class feel really welcoming and personal. I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and glad I showed up (even at 5:30am!).
I HIGHLY recommend taking Keke’s class—but book early because her slots, especially the 5:30am ones, often end up with a waitlist. Five stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I normally take the regular Pilates class but I’ve been needing more cardio. I did the half Pilates+half Climb and it’s the perfect amount of strength training and cardio!

I cannot stress ENOUGH about how much I loved my experience here! I’m a powerlifter so I’m not used to a lot of cardio. Jasmine made it to where I didn’t even realize! If you’re looking for a stellar Pilates studio, I highly recommend this one! I’ve taken their Megaformer class and the Versa class taught by Miss Jasmine several times. She’s the best fitness instructor I’ve witnessed as I’ve taken a range of fitness classes at different fitness gyms over the years. My favorite thing about Miss Jasmine’s instruction and the classes offered at HIP is… it’s always a challenge. Miss Jasmine’s upbeat personality, voice, and song selection will motivate and encourage you to push through the difficultly. Even if it’s your first time and you’re unfamiliar with the instructions, she’s able to cater to you and the experienced members simultaneously. You will get it and you’ll return to her class with more confidence and endurance each time! 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First initial impression, I thought this was a workout only geared towards females. Boy was I wrong! Talk about a butt kicker. I'm used to lifting heavy weights. This was completely different for me. The intentional controlled movements was just the change my body needed. HIP fitness is great for functionality.

I've been taking classes at Hip for 3+ years and it's become a like second home. The instructors are helpful in correcting my form when i needed it. They also demonstrate the moves either on the machine or on the floor (if all the machines are taken). I've also started doing the climb/mega combo class, and its the BEST workout ever. You get 30 minutes of pure fun cardio on the versa climber, and 30 minutes on the megaformer. It's all low impact but you will feel the burn and have an amazing workout. I highly recommend HIP Fitness, it's the best studio in town.

First time here I purchased 4 sessions for $40 from the mind body app. This app is also used to book the sessions at this location. I liked this HIP Pilates class because if you’re newer to Pilates you can actually do the class. Other places I’ve gone it’s so hard I can not keep up or do half of the moves. I also tried the versa climber class/reformer class. That is an awesome class! I burned 100+ calories every 8 minutes. Definitely coming back. Jess is a great instructor! She kindly gives correction when needed, especially for a newcomer like me! This location is clean and well-maintained.

I did not like Jessica’s class at all. She was not helpful at all. She was very rude. She was mad and irritated when I had no idea what “moonwalker” or “catfish” was. She had a very condescending when she asked, “you don’t know what that is?” It was as if it pained her to show us the correct moves and did not correct our posture either. I was lost throughout the entire class and looked around to copy what others did as the instructor, Jessica” walked around the class the whole time. Do not recommend. I won’t be going to HIP fitness ever again!

Found this pilates class through Classpass. As someone who has never tried pilates, the machines were truly a unique experience and allowed great muscle isolation. Antwan, the instructor, was great about being enthusiastic, pushing your limits, and also making sure your form was correct. Would recommend!

BEST WORKOUT EVER!
I started with their 2 weeks unlimited pass and I was hooked! You will shake all over but it will be worth it. It helps you sculpt and tone very fast. I have been attending classes regularly to HIP fitness for about 18 months now and I recommend it to all my friends! Therefore, I thought it was about time I write a review. Reasons why I love this studio:
1. The equipment is by far the best and highest quality Pilates equipment in Houston I think. HIP does a great job maintaining it.
2. The instructors all do a great job assisting the class and providing great instructions.
3. I am ALWAYS challenged and sore the next day. Really a great work out.
4. The music - The music is always good no matter who is teaching class.
