Coach Gabby is an amazing coach and a truly hardworking person. She is dedicated, supportive, and always makes sure the player feels confident. Her passion for training shows in every practice. She encourages on consistency of training, teaches great skills, and pushes the kids to do their best while still making soccer fun.
We are so grateful for her effort and patience to train my son. She is an excellent coach highly recommended!

Update:i did receive a call back letting us know they will be processing a refund. With that said the we actually enjoyed the sessions when we had time to go. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.
Yall be careful, canceled in July and they have removed $300 a month ($960)for 3 months and yet to give us our money back. May update if they ever give us our money back.

I’ve been taking my son (7 y/o) here for 1 on 1 lessons for the past month and we’ve seen a real improvement in his foot skills. We’ve been booking with Coach Conor and are impressed with how he teaches. He has really made the “how” and “why” of proper form/technique easy for our son to understand and emulate.

I did have a minor issue at the soccer facility, but I want to commend the general manager for how it was handled. He personally stepped in, investigated the situation thoroughly, and was very fair and impartial. He held everyone accountable and clearly laid out his expectations moving forward. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the way the situation was resolved. My son will continue to be there, and we’re looking forward to his experience and excitement as he participates.

TOCA Soccer Center Allen has been an incredible experience for my son’s soccer development! The coaches, especially Connor, Garret, and the rest of the team, are exceptional. Their focus on technique training has significantly improved my son’s skills, from ball control to game awareness. They create a positive, encouraging environment that motivates him to push harder and grow as a player. The personalized attention and structured drills have made a noticeable difference in his confidence and performance on the field. I highly recommend TOCA Soccer Center Allen to any parent looking to help their child excel in soccer!

We’ve really enjoyed the sessions our son has completed with TOCA. He started in the spring and his skills quickly improved. The coaches are knowledgeable, skillful and great at communicating to the players during training and to parents after training. We’ve seen our son’s confidence during games rise due to the training he has received.
Coach Antonio has been a tremendously positive influence on our son. We also have worked with coach Estelle and she has been so involved and invested in his development as well.

Clubs around will rob you of your money and barely improve your performance. TOCA, while expensive, actually improves your performance rapidly, especially for first touch and passing. Felt like a completely new player after joining. Trainers are so friendly and cooperative (especially Gavin and Garrett), and actually care about YOU and not the money they get. They even offer a full reimbursement if a session is sub-par for your expectations. Amazing place, would recommend for any player to try out their free session just to be left amazed. :)

We recently had my son's 6th birthday party here and had the BEST experience. The workers/coaches made everything so easy and were very polite and helpful with setting up and cleaning. They were friendly with the kids and extremely flexible with our wild bunch! Also, the price for a bday party is very affordable. The kids had a blast and we got lots of compliments from parents about the convenience and set-up. Already thinking about the next party! 10/10!!!!!!!

We visited this business to explore their services but decided not to move forward. Despite clearly telling them multiple times that we are not interested, they continue to harass us with unsolicited calls and text messages. This kind of aggressive and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. We expected better professionalism and respect for customer boundaries. If you're considering their services, be cautious about sharing your contact information.

Coach Conner is the man! He got my son ready for club soccer, we have noticed a huge difference when he is on the field- he scored maybe 2 goals last season, of the 25 his team has scored he has 8 of them and 13 direct assists. Well worth it!

The clinics don’t do much to develop your player besides teaching them to kick into a close goal. My child was also cancelled from class multiple times without being notified. And they lately changed the schedule and didn’t notify me that I would have to move my child to another time. Not impressed with the way this place has been run or with the development of my player. Not worth the money.

Never found a more unhelpful website. No prices on camps. You have to create an account. Creating an account is very confusing as it says 'contact information' which is typically parent info. But apparently thats supposed to be the child information, because it has it registered as me and not my child. No way to even sign in or change your account information from the web page. The only way to sign in is if you're registering for a class... which I can't do because it says I'm not a child. Dumb design and layout

In the beginning, the online/phone staff seemed great.
After the trial session, an avalanche of sales pitches instead of a standard 1:1 coaching and fees.
It was very off-putting. Front staff is unprofessional. They are hostile or hide from parents as they check-in.
I received a call with a different explanation of fees and memberships.
Fron staff upon return: They seem to have limited social skills. No eye contact, they always seem confused when you speak to them and unwilling to work. You can hear them often laughing and making fun of parents and kids walking by. These are not teens. The front desk staff are in their 20s and above.
I returned for a second lesson and different fees and memberships explained.
I paid and was charged an additional cost.
At the third lesson, things went smoothly as I limited my interactions with the front staff.
Upon exiting, I had to check in to schedule, and once again, misconduct, confusion, abrasiveness. They have no standard of work or process.
Instructor for private lessons is great, however. The ambience is relaxed with remote work option while your child takes a lesson.
I will not be returning, due to the lack of financial transparency and uncouth front desk staff.

The training here is way overpriced. You are better off finding someone who does individual sessions somewhere else. They charge higher than getting a session with an actual professional coach.
The customer service here is also terrible and they failed to communicate and set proper expectations.
They called me to offer a promotion which I questioned while I was on the call because we were already members. The rep assured me that we could do the promo, so I accepted. She called back 5 minutes later stating that they couldn’t honor the promo because I was already a member.
They also raised the rate without communicating this with me when the rate was discussed and agreed upon when we originally signed up.
I asked about canceling or suspending the account and they explained the difference; however, they failed to communicate that they charge a monthly fee when the account is temporarily suspended. They told me that someone would call me within a few days of suspending the account but that never happened. Then, I was surprised with a monthly fee on my card and when I called to ask about it, the rep said “oh, yeah… we charge a monthly fee if you temporarily suspend the account.”
I just terminated the membership due to all of these issues and I called to confirm that it did terminate. The rep who answered the call said she didn’t see it in her system and was unable to tell me when it will terminate.
The experience here has been the biggest headache and a total waste of time and money. This location is poorly ran and is in need of training for their staff.

I was considering signing up for a free trial and enrolling my son, but receiving a text from this company at 11:11 PM woke me up from my sleep. This is incredibly unprofessional and intrusive. Businesses should respect boundaries and not send promotional or enrollment texts at such an inappropriate hour. Because of this, I’ve decided not to sign up. If they can’t respect simple communication etiquette, I can’t trust them with my child’s experience.

My comment has absolutely nothing to do with the coach. It is entirely a condemnation of their management team! Around June or July last year, I tried a month of training for my daughter at the Allen location. Due to a busy schedule, we never went back. Months later, I discovered they had been automatically charging me every month. I was furious, called them, and demanded a refund. They admitted their mistake, promised to refund the money, delete our account, and stop the charges.
Weeks went by, and they did absolutely nothing—no refund, no action. I had to dispute the charges through my credit card. I thought it was over, but recently, while reviewing my credit card statement, I found out they started charging me again! I am beyond enraged! Tomorrow, I will call them again to confront them, dispute the charges with my credit card company, and, if necessary, change my card number entirely to prevent further unauthorized charges.
I will never return to Toca Allen. Never do business with them!

This facility is a complete joke. I tried scheduling my kids baseline session for 3 times now. I visited the facility in person. And then scheduled with the front desk for the first time. Trainer/Evaluator cancelled 2 days before stating unavailability. Note this time was scheduled with front desk after checking trainer availability. Second time scheduled again after checking with trainer availability. Trainer cancelled again stating last minute unavailability. Third time called the front desk and scheduled for Saturday after confirming trainers calendar. Today I receive another call stating trainer unavailability because of a league match going on. Didn't they know that there was a league match while checking trainer availability.
It is an extremely frustrating and bad experience trying to work with front desk and trainer 3 times to schedule this.
It appears that the facility is extremely uncoordinated, unprofessional and don't care about new business. If scheduling a baseline is going to be this difftand cumbersome, I am worried about how the overall experience is going to and the attention to kids training after I sign up.

TOCA Allen Tx Classes have been great for my son. The price seems very reasonable for the amount of classes. We really enjoyed our free session they offered us at the beginning to see if it was a good fit for our son. He’s been learning in the 7-8 age group all the basic skills. All the coaches are great with the children. My son has really enjoyed his classes and we just signed up again for the next session! We look forward to another great session of learning all about soccer and understanding the basic skills. My son is already asking to have his birthday at TOCA in January!

The junior indoor league is poorly run. Ages 8+ are playing in a U7 league. The rules change from week to week depending on what ref is assigned. Game times change at the last minute, teams no show without notice or you end up playing a team you were not supposed to play that week. The junior field is too tiny for U7 but I imagine they make more money renting out the large field for birthday parties. I do not recommend registering your child for an indoor league at the Allen facility.

We have rented at this facility many of times over the years - half field and full field. This morning we made a 1.5hr reservation for a half field and the nice gal working the desk booked us in and took payment. This rental is only for my husband to have a lesson with 2 kids so we only needed half a field. We drove in from where we live (45 minutes from Blue sky Allen). 10 minutes before arriving a different lady named Jane Nauman called my husband and said sorry per policy we can only rent the full field. She rudely told us to pay the remaining amount for a full field or else she will issue a refund. Well we don’t need the full field for TWO kids. So he told her no; the gal working the desk reserved a half field for us and we paid. And now while on the phone we have arrived at Blue sky Allen. We told her we don’t want a refund bc it took us 45 minutes to drive here (time and gas) and she basically said take the full field and pay the difference or she will issue a refund. Ultimately against her wanting, she allowed us to use the half field. This is a great display of horrible customer service and even worse way to treat a paying customer.

I was a spectator (not a parent or coach) at a little girls indoor soccer game this past weekend and was APPALLED at the way the Manager or whoever she was & the way she acted in front of the little girls who had just played their championship game and lost. Whomever she was it was the Second time I’ve seen here lose it!! She screams and waves her arms around and will not Back Off! She keeps going and going in front of Everyone!! The owners really need to do something about her!! If you don’t like the way a team, coaches or parents are acting be a mature adult and go over & Politely ask them to leave! Management needs to follow their own rules and treat people with respect no matter the circumstances!!!! And after she made several of the little girls cry with all her acting out in front of them, they left with their little heads hanging low and that woman didn’t even give them their medals that They earned!! Needless to say we heard all the parents say they will never go back, and they’re going to tell all their friends & neighbors to stay away from that place! Honestly don’t blame them! Also before I posted this review I did see other reviews & it definitely looks like other people have complained about her.

Terrible management, Jane kicked our team out because we were winning championships. Jane has a very shortsighted vision on how to run a business. Instead of making the leagues more competitive she kick good teams out to be mediocre. During the pandemic we stayed loyal to them paying almost $800 in fees and according to her because of a business perspective she cannot have a team winning the championship constantly. When asked she keeps blaming the other teams “teams do not want to play you guys” spoke with captain of other team and she confirmed she never talked to her. Improve your leagues so good talent can come and play in your place.

Referees are extremely unprofessional. People can actually get hurt playing and they think it’s funny. Absolutely disappointed a facility would allow this kind of behavior.

The facility is horribly run management doesn't care that they can't put leagues or teams together because it is run so incredibly bad. A person can go to any other Blue Sky in DFW and get on a team because they actually make an effort. Management doesn't care about any complaints or concerns of customers. They seem to be happy running a sub par established operation. Good luck on actually getting your money back when a team doesn't form. I'll go to any other Blue Sky I'm Dallas except this one.

There is is no reason a kids rec team should be put up against a club team and in addition you would hope the referee would at least know the rules of soccer... Stay away !

i been playing there for 3 months i don't understand why do not give nothing to the first place i mean the champion the winner that's why you are playing for games are hard but to the end you do not win nothing referes do not run they do not do a good job if you have to give the players a blue, yellow or red card do it do not be scared to them if you are playing dirty you ll go out thats it ..

Our son has been at this Bluesky location for about 5 years now almost year around and it has changed significantly. The place is pretty much controlled by one team - Alpha. The refs are very pro alpha teams. Our son recently told us he no longer wants to play soccer. Once we discussed it with him, he said it's because Alpha always cheats and they get away with it. I don't want my son to be apart of an organization that teaches our child that no longer how hard he works, the cheaters will always win and will get away with it. The change in management is for the worst. After 5 years of being here, we will no longer be playing at the Bluesky in Allen.

Nice facility - not a great program for beginners to soccer. Their program is better suited for advanced teams. We had a new team with beginner soccer players and we were in the wrong zip code as far as skills.
