This is the worst TOCA center. They constantly neglect to inform teams of game time changes and generally send out the wrong game times. Like other reviews, Ive also been charged unnecessarily. Also..... are they going to credit players for the time they were unable to play while the field was being renovated or did everyone just pay extra for no reason? Overall, terribly ran.

I was charged $55 October 9th and October 30th despite playing one game during this time due to the field being unusable. An absolute robbery.

In terms of indoor facilities, this has a nice concession stand but that is about it. Ive been playing at numerous TOCA facilities for years & the big field at this facility is probably the worst. Additionally, the Referees barely move. Add the subscription service on top of that (monthly fee) and the fact that the season always ends a week after the initial month and it is no longer worth it to play here.

We have been going to TOCA for years and have always enjoyed the experience. The trainers and facilities have been great.

Unfortunately, TOCA leadership has changed their policies recently to be very challenging for kids that have full schedules and want to turn their membership “on and off” so they can do training during down soccer times (like summer or winter break). In the past, you could “pause” your membership but new policies require you to only “delay” for 30 (maybe 60 as well) days and will AUTO renew if you don’t call to continue to push out. AND…you have to trust they will not just auto renew without asking which I have recently learned they WILL do (almost $400 without notice) after I explicitly cancelled my membership 2 weeks ago.

If TOCA goes back to their old policies, we will likely come back but now, I just feel bad for their trainers and I expect them to lose business (unless they get a cut of the auto-charging, which I doubt).

If you give them a credit card, I would be very cautious and check your account.

The facility is big and clean. But, our trial class experience was very disappointing. We saw coach Kendra was biased towards couple of kids and giving most of her focus to one kid. Other couple kids were just neglected. Definitely not a healthy environment for growing kids.

TOCA Soccer Complex in Carrollton is truly a standout facility for any player, parent, or coach looking for an elite soccer environment.

The facilities are immaculate — spacious fields, clean restrooms, well-lit indoor turf, and a professional layout that supports both high-level training and casual play.

What really sets TOCA apart, though, is the quality of refereeing and staff. The referees are consistent, fair, and knowledgeable. You can tell they take their role seriously and help create a positive, competitive atmosphere. The entire team running the facility is welcoming, responsive, and clearly passionate about the sport.

Highly recommend for families, competitive players, and anyone who loves the game!

This location is awesome; friendly staff, organized, and clean. Has one large field for teens and adults, one small field for smaller kids, and a warm up area. Not too many locations have a warm up area for players, this was a nice touch for the players. I would recommend this location for indoor soccer.

We are very impressed and thankful to coach Ivan from Toca! My son was injured and could not play soccer for couple months. When we met coach Ivan he took our son's situatin to heart and he has been working with him ever since getting him back in shape, improving his shooting skills, accuracy, endurace, reaction speed and agility. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and we are definately recommending him if you are looking for fast and effective way of improving your child's soccer play.

Its a nice place, but monday and wednesday adult pickups are terrible when (Ozu and his crew) are playing. They’re just old heads trying to get each other injured and constantly complaining then things don’t go there way😂 its funny how they can ruin a game you love hopefully the management can do something about this. I know refs can only so much, but why deal with it?

Not worth it anymore. Playing my fourth season of men's over 30 recreational league, I am noticing a steady decline in quality and lackluster attitude from management. The turf is fraying and needs replacement. With league expansion, the late games are at 1045PM, which is a strain on players with families and jobs (so everyone). The facility does not supply any game balls, so when they get stuck in the nets, we lose time searching for a replacement. The officials--who ever says anything good about them?--are not just bad but unprofessional. One smelled of booze and didn't leave her patch of grass beside the score table. Another sported a #notaref T-shirt and couldn't remember he was holding a whistle. But my favorite is one who has entirely forgotten he is being (paid by the players in a rec league) to officiate. Instead, he acts like the star of his own show. Tonight, he squandered 10 minutes of game time ejecting 2 players for a minor scuffle after missing the inciting foul and a third for protesting. He then refused to start the second half until the players stopped talking to him, so the other team just walked off the field, which I applauded. It's a shame because it was a nice competitive game. Instead, I spent an hour commuting to Carrolton and stayed up past midnight to play 10 minutes of what should have been a 40-minute soccer game. Please just find a professional that can keep the game running! If these problems aren't addressed, my team will be looking for a new league next season.

Great soccer school, coaches look young but don’t let that fool you they have experience and are very talented. They can have big classes sometimes but they will pull more coaches to the field to have small groups. Don’t think they will just make your kid play and waste time, coaches make the kids do drills that will help them learn to touch the ball and play better.

This is a great group of coaches Toca Carrollton have.

I thought that the games were well organized. There should be consistency with the rules explained to refs. We had one ref who said if the ball hit the netting it was in bounds still and another who said it was out of bounds. The refs also need to have their red, yellow, and blue cards on hand at all times. We had a game where there should’ve been cards. The refs also need to be very consistent and watching the games. Sometime they would miss when the other team stepped in the circle to shoot a goal and would call it a fair goal.

Nice clean accessible facility. Trainer’s are great with my daughter. Have helped improve her skills tremendously. Also TOCA is very affordable.
Edit review 11/22 although my previous comment is true this location is terrible when it comes to payments. I have been double charged multiple time and recently overcharged. I called the facility to straighten this issue out and talked to Jenn. Someone who seems to be very uninterested in assisting me and who also was the person who overcharged me. I asked to speak to a manager she said no manager was available, she couldn’t tell me when this issue would be resolved or when I would be contacted with a follow up phone call. Very nonchalant and I felt like she didn’t care to assist me with the problem she created!

If you want to play great, but don't plan do defend yourself without being permanently band from even walking in. No arbitration, no justification, no review board. Lisa Brandt and her team at TOCA Soccer in Carrollton are not only doing a great job but an even bigger job then they realize. My teams come down from Denton to enjoy the great facility, amenities, and experience that they provide for so many communities. The soccer community is still developing in our area and a lot of kids are left with out a place to play or a coach to play for. COBRA FC USA is dedicated to promoting a more inclusive environment for our kids to play and develope and TOCA has become a real rock in our foundation. My favorite part is the way they have allowed for so many communities to come together and that offers so many valuable experiences. COBRA FC USA will always be in support of Lisa and her team. The experience we have had as players and coaches over 4 seasons now is invaluable to us where we come from. As long as you guys are here,
our kids always have a place to play and we will continue providing quality opportunities to these kids.Thank you guys so very much for everything!!

Love Always,

- Coach Joshua Meadows, COBRA FC USA

Have been playing here for several seasons. New ownership installed huge doors that block the view of the field. Teams regularly place more players than allowed on the field and age of kids on opposing teams vary greatly creating a huge disadvantage and discouragement for the younger players. Website is difficult to use. Indoor kids league prices went from ~$90 to $350 per season. Currently looking for a new indoor league!

TOCA thinks they are FIFA. Extremely incompetent ridiculous front desk staff .
They failed to add the name of a player in the roster for 5 games and next game they said the player never played in the league because toca missed to add his name in the roster and took the player off the field mid game . Causing an 8 year old to be heartbroken and in tears.. what are they !? FIFA!!!?

New ownership is only focused on money and not the people. The best thing about this facility is/was, Lisa, the manager. She is amazing, but Toca overshadows how great she is.

This place is the most money hungry greedy place you can sign up your kids for sports. We have been playing here for more than 6 seasons and even after requesting multiple times they still schedule games on holidays and don't take your requests into consideration. Both teams today had to forfeit even though we told them at the beginning of the season we won't have enough players. Gave them plenty of time to reschedule our game in advance. They have done this many times. They have terrible service and show all they care about is money by continuing to schedule games no matter what.

I wanted to really like this place, but ultimately I'm disappointed.
The facility looks nice and could be a great place for leagues. Unfortunately our age group was dominated by one Academy level team and they ran up the score on the rec teams.
If you are looking for Select or Academy level kids games this is your place. We were told if was both so shame on us for not doing our research.
The refs typically did a good job and after a certain point stopped keeping score and this helped. This weekend it changed.
An Uncle or Cousin for the Gators team complained to the owner when the ref stopped keeping score and she ran over and quickly added another 8 goals to their score. Keep in mind there was only 4 minutes left and the game was already conceded.
So what was the point? Guess the Dad or Uncle wanted to re-live his childhood and run up the score on 8 year olds, LOL.
Owner had to make a choice here: pander to the Academy team, which from what the other employees said plays every season or do the right thing, don't keep score and win some new customers.
Really sad.
