You’re probably just trying to get in shape, like most of us. Our Total Body Fitness group exercise class has been helping people like you do just that since 2009!
You can work at your own pace, within a group of fun, mature adults. We’re not bodybuilders or Olympians here, but hardworking everyday folk who want to enjoy a good workout with good people.

This class, coach and co-warriors are the greatest. It is the highlight of my week. I am no athlete but Damon makes me feel like one. He makes me want to be stronger and try things that challenge me. The whole class support each other. Many of us need certain exercises modified depending on levels or individual issues. Damon has our limits in mind. But when he can push he will. Yes, he will! I truly wish I had discovered this class years before my first time.

What began as a kickstart to better health has become an 8+ year journey that has changed many facets of my life. First – coach Damon is exceptional at what he does. Regardless of your age or fitness level, he’s there to push you (mentally and physically) to help you unlock what you’re capable of. Class is a combination of fun (and always changing!) high-impact, weight, and cardio workouts with a dose of mindset training that transcends class. Damon provides individual attention to each person and he’s constantly on the move making sure you’re using proper form, getting the most out of your workout, and receiving modifications based on your fitness level or issues like a bad shoulder or sore back. Second – I don’t think you could ask for a more welcoming, diverse, fun group of people to workout with. This is the most warm and inclusive group of people I’ve ever worked out with and they have become not only my fitness community, but a friendship circle as well. If you’re looking to start a fitness journey or make a change to an existing one, you’ll find awesome things and great people waiting for you at Damon’s bootcamp.

Total Body Fitness changed my life. I have been attending for 10+ years, it is such an important part of my life. Coach Damon is the best….he pushes you to be your best you and makes class fun too.. The class offers a wide range of activities - from strength training to cardio workouts with a little bit of boxing thrown in. I love it.

Hands down, this Bootcamp changed my fitness life. It is lead by one of the best coaches/trainers out there. His energy is kind, infectious and meets you wherever you are. Do not be intimidated by the word “bootcamp”. If you have never worked out in your life, this class is still for you! Damon and his devoted class attendees will support you, encourage you and be your cheerleaders on whatever journey you are on. If you are fit and looking to take yourself to another level, you also need this class! Damon understands how to challenge your body to help you achieve your goals. The people who attend this class are non-judgmental, at various fitness levels, kind and freaking fun! Thank you for teaching me the tools I needed to begin a lifelong journey to health, well being and a great butt! Forever grateful to Damon and the gang! 🙏🏼🍑

I’ve been coming to Total Body on and off few years for that extra edge in my workout with the group. Everyone is encouraging including the instructor is motivating to be my best possible outcome. I love to workout in moving my body for optimal health. Don’t skip this class!!!! I promise a whole new world will open up

Damon as a coach is experienced, insightful, challenging, and fun. The boot camp allowed for a mix of experience and fitness levels and Damon considered each person and provided alternate moves as needed. There also is a camaraderie built up with the participants with much encouragement and support.
