I really really love this place. The classes feel like you have a 1 on 1 trainer. But here’s the thing… they seem more like physical therapist trainers. They are so knowledgeable and just seem truly happy to be able to support you and help get you stronger. There is always good music and just overall positive vibes. I walked into the gym, never having held a barbell before. Before T4TG , I was so intimidated and worried that I was going to hurt myself and just kind of didn’t know what I was doing. Well, I can say that I still kind of don’t know what I’m doing…BUT I feel super supported by everyone in the last couple of months that has helped me get more familiar with equipment, lifting weights, and even running around on the turf. This place is the real deal :-) highly recommend!! 🫢

This is COVID! Man have these guys thought that through. Extremely well thought out AND carried out protocols.

Then there is the establishment in general. Friendly, staff knows your name. Highly knowledgeable and intentional staff. The classes are top notch, the understanding of functional workouts and their impact on overall living, is what keeps us coming in.

Worked out across the country in some pretty good places under some talented leadership. This place tops them all.

I enjoy the personalized coaching. Every trainer has their own style so no two workouts are the same, and I feel this delivers the best results.

It's a perfect mix of strength and flexibility training. I feel like I'm getting stronger and more agile while building more whole body stability and resistance to injury. Plus everyone is super friendly and has an amazing propensity for remembering everyone's name!

I first visited these guys 9 years ago and they're still a bunch of all-stars! Every trainer there will eventually know your name which is a way different and better vibe than any gym I've gone to. They are super knowledgeable about body mechanics.

The instructors (Coaches) are world class. They push us. They teach us. I leave the gym feeling better than ever before with any gym membership. T4TG is more than a gym; it's a classroom and a community rolled into one. I can bring everything I learn here with me forever, and that feels awesome.

The staff is fun and up beat and they always call me by name. Each class is a full body work out concentrated into about 50 minutes. Over the last 2 years it has really strengthened my core. A lot of my knee and ankle problems have improved a lot. I feel strong and confident. Also a great stress reliever. The location is also very convenient. Easy to get there. Easy in/out. Chris and Ruthanne are the best!

My son started working out here twice a week to augment his swim work outs. He loves it! He says it's challenging but never boring and even fun. I feel like he’s getting a more focused and intense workout with less of a chance to be injured because of the work out design and supervision. Highly recommended!

Emilio has worked with our daughter, Emma for over a year now. He keeps the training fun and intense and always interesting, which is what you want so your body doesn't go into autopilot while you are training. And Emilio will create workouts around what Emma needs to strengthen for her main sport, swimming. If she want's more core, core work is the focus. If she needs more explosiveness, power is the focus.
The group sizes are small and Emma feels like she gets individualized support and feedback to her training and she's always excited for the days she gets to train at T4TG!
Thanks T4TG crew, especially Emilio, for bringing your best efforts to your work! <3

I love the personal touch I get every time I walk into Train 4 the Game. Everyone who works there knows who I am and any issue areas I'm working on. They each challenge me in different ways and are supportive of my progress and help me overcome my obstacles in getting fit. Every time I walk in the door I'm challenged and never get bored - - I don't believe I've done the same workout twice. My pain is going away and I'm seeing results. Train 4 the Game is by far my favorite gym I've ever attended.

Amazing Gym! Really much more than that. Because of the smaller membership size than other gyms the trainers know your name and to some extent any injuries you are working through. I love the functional training and the location is very convenient.

Workouts are tailored to the individual---you actually take time to listen first and then develop a program. The staff are true experts at what they do. In addition, the staff are super positive and engaging. There is a real sense of team even when they are hammering you. :)

I've learned more about how my body functions on a daily basis and how I should have been training all these years to live a more pain free life while lengthening my muscle and increasing my endurance. The coaches are incredible. If you're in Austin and bored or always injured, this is your next stop.

On a Custom Trial right now. So far I have been blown away by three things (more... but, you know...) 1) Amazing access to classes and their technology in scheduling, 2) Obviously world class coaches in both credentials and capability. 3) Insanely friendly and supportive.. everybody introduces themselves and frankly do a better job of name retention than I do.So far - - very, very impressed - - 4) While I am sore in a good way.... My back issue already feels better than it has in months. (I had to sneak in 4)

I have been looking for a gym like this for a long time! If you want customized approach, experienced staff and a pro-athlete atmosphere T4TG is for you. You cannot really call this place a gym, it's more of an athletic department.

Best part - it fits a current or ex-athlete and also someone serious about rehabilitating an injury, getting stronger and more mobile.
