Hi there! I'm June, a fitness trainer, wellness coach, and nutrition advisor. I specialize in helping people over the age of 50 live healthy and active lives. I have a passion for helping people manage chronic pain through low-impact exercise, and I am also experienced in pre-surgery and post-rehab strength training. I also design personal programs for weight loss. Everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life, regardless of their age or ability. I first met June Murphy when my dad was discharged from a physical therapy program. He was in pain and needed support more than ever. Miss June is a wonderful human being and a great versatile trainer. Depending on one's overall conditions, she can tweak the routine on a whim.
