This place is awesome! I can't express enough how happy I with Koko FitClub, especially this location. I have had other gym memberships where I walk in and have no idea what to do, but here, the cardio and strength training programs walk you through everything. It makes things so much easier! I've lost almost 50 pounds and I attribute much of that to this place. Moreover, the owners and staff are so friendly and treat you like family, and are always offering fun things to do.

Great place to work out, people are very friendly, place is clean, workouts are appropriately challenging. I love not having to figure everything out, the exercises and how to do them without hurting myself are all given to me so I can focus on what I want - getting FIT!

Program is designed to take 45min to 1 hour per visit, and they encourage you to come at least twice per week - or 12 times per month as you really get going. I've only been doing it a short time and already it's become my favorite workout experience.

If you want to go deep, you can really dive into your online stats. They track your health and provide fitness and eating tips such that there's no reason not to feel informed. You can check out your next exercises ahead of time online to save time learning them at the gym too.

Great staff and Owners. The automated trainer interface keeps track of all my past workouts and guides me through my current workout. It clearly displays to me what weight and how many reps. Also, with the automated trainer I can have the ultimate flexibility in my schedule. bill k

Cancelled my membership in November and they keep charging my credit card. Called multiple times and keep telling me that the β€œowner will call back” and never received any phone call. Watch out! Very inconvenient when you are moving and trying to discontinue the service.

Koko is a perfect fit for me, and most likely, anyone! It takes your age, weight, and fitness level into account and comes up with a program designed for you. The employees are friendly and professional. It is a very efficient workout done in an optimum amount of time. I have done Curves and gyms, but Koko is the best!

It is such an effective system that pairs cardio with strength training. It really works! In regards to the strength training, their smart training machines guide your pace, number of reps and amount of weight you lift in a manner that is sure to produce strength gains. For me, Koko FitClub has been an effective and easy to use gym that has allowed me to not only begin working out again, but also see noticeable changes since I began using their equipment only a couple months ago. A great work out experience and great people. Koko provides "smart training" that takes all of the guess work out of working out and also provides motivational tools, such as a fantastic web site that automatically tracks your progress. Combine all of this with the wonderful staff at Koko Alamo Heights and you've got a winning combination. My wife and I go every day and love it.

I absolutely love this gym! I work nearby and have really enjoyed being able to get my workout in right before or right after work each day. The concept is great. A customized strength workout is computer generated each session so it keeps me from getting bored. Cardio sessions are quick and as intense as you want them to be. I am more consistent with this program than I have ever been at any other gym because of the ease and convenience. Highly recommend this gym to everyone but especially busy working moms!

Never enjoyed exercising so much! Koko creates a plan just for me based on my BMI, strength, and personal fitness goals. The technology blows my mind in that it does all the thinking for me. I do a strength work out and cardio and I am in and out in 45 min! The owner Leslie has put her heart and soul into this club; it defiantly feels like a second family here! The KoKo experience is tailored made to meet my individual goals. The biggest problem I have always had with gyms is having the time to workout and getting a program that fits my personal goals. I came to Koko wanting to lose weight, but at the same time gain strength. In 3 months, I have done both. I have lost 20 pounds and I have had a 30 percent strength gain. Above this the people at Koko Fit Club are awesome people - I have met new friends and I enjoy encouraging them to achieving their goals as well. My energy level is awesome and I can't wait until the next workout!
