I highly recommend Travis with TFR to help you reach your fitness goals! I started training with Travis at the beginning of this year. I was looking to get back into a fitness routine and take my health more seriously after having 2 kids and falling into unhealthy habits. I was not entirely sure what to expect but gave his women's group class a try & stuck with it. Travis always shows up ready to motivate & encourage. I’ve been training with Travis for over a year now and he is the best trainer I have had and I’ve been to several! I have a hard time staying motivated and he’s great about keeping me motivated and making sure I get all my days in. The workouts are different every single time so it keeps it from getting monotonous and keeps it fun! I started working out with Travis in April after a year and a half sabbatical of recovering from surgeries. I was having a hard time getting back into the routine of the gym until I hired Travis to do the thinking for me. I absolutely love his workouts. They are challenging but anyone can do them. He keeps it interesting by changing it up everyday. I do 2 days a week of private workouts and then 2 days a week of group workouts and I really enjoy going now! Training with Travis with TFR has been a game changer for me - the training is awesome, but the accountability is what makes all the difference for me. He encourages you to do your best, pushes you like a good coach/trainer would, and helps you achieve your goals. I started with the one-on-one training and then transferred to the group training - both of which were awesome. I have been delighted with my workouts with Travis. I find them challenging every time. About a month after I started working with
Travis, I broke my wrist and had surgery. 2
Weeks later I was back in the gym with a short cast and Travis was more than willing to

Training for the past 3.5 months. Incresed from 2 to 3 sessions/week. Travis excellent trainer in fully equiped gym. Able to motivate and push you far beyond your limits without being abrasive or yelling. Patient but insist you finish your workout. Workout varied each session so body challenged each session. Provided meal plan to increase results. While I've lost just 6 pounds, the other benefits far outweight the pounds on scale. After 1st month all lab work work returned in normal range. Blood pressure normalized and decreased meds 2nd month. By 3rd month month more toned and dropped jean size from 6 to 4. Highly recommend without reservations.

Training with Travis never gets boring. He lives and breathes his job and that’s what you want in a trainer- someone who actually practices what they preach. Each morning he performs the exercises that he has planned for his clients that day. He has a deep understanding of each muscle group and what type of activity is necessary to sculpt and strengthen. Travis also allows time for warm up so that you’re not sore the next day and more importantly, so you don’t overwork or strain during the session. His Saturday morning bootcamps are a full body workout with a great group of people who encourage each other. The diet plan he follows is simple: more calories burned than what you put in. He encourages using an app to track your food and it works! I’m only 6 months in and feel so strong - I have definition in my arms, legs and back. Overall, he is an absolute delight to work with - super friendly and flexible - especially if you have to move your schedule around due to work travel.
