I recently had the privilege of working with an incredible fitness coach over the past 12 weeks, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for the experience. In four weeks I am stronger and leaner. I lost 8.4 pounds and feel so much better. Her nutrition plan is simple and although I found some days challenging to stick to the plan, it was worth it. She also gives you excellent workouts using equipment you already have. The app she uses is awesome and she is very responsive when you have a question.

Nikky is the bomb! Never have I had somebody so dedicated to my goals- I’d say as much or more than I am. She’s an incredible coach- she’s always available to answer questions about our workout and meal plan, share some knowledge about body building and the competition scene, or just pump out some extra words of motivation. No cookie-cutter meal plans, every week is different and I actually enjoy the food. Nikky requires weekly check-ins that actually matter and make a difference (she changes the plan according to how I am progressing). I truly could not have asked for a better welcome into the bodybuilding competition community or just to have met such a wonderful human being. Nicolette Burns @ Transform Fitness is without an doubt a G.O.A.T. ( Greatest of all Time) in the Fitness, Training, and Nutrition arena. I make this statement not based on subjective emotions but based on experience, education, and being a client of hers for more than 1 year. The data is clear she is a champ due to the fact that she has competed for 20 years. Arnold Schwarzenegger once stated," mastery does not occur until one has reached at least 10,000 hours of labor in a craft". If an average prep is 3 to 4 months. That means in time alone Nicolette has 132, 116 hours in competition prep alone. I believe she would be classified as a Guru. She also has a nursing and Nutrition degree which she incorporates this knowledge in all her training plans. Nicolette has assisted in transforming my Physique from slightly above average to a 2021 Mens Physique Professional within the OCB ( Organization of Competitive Bodies) She taught me the value of confidence and stage presence. Overall, Nico assisted in boosting my overall confidence. She guided me every step of the way from, posing, Nutrition, workout, board short selection, and even haircut recommendations. I literally would not be where I am at if it was not for Nicolette and Ryan Burns. I am grateful to the family. I highly recommend Nicolette to any Women or Men that wants to take there Fitness and Competition prep to a greater level. Last point just in 2021 alone Nicolette has assisted 5 top Athletes including myself attain there Pro cards. If you want to be your best you must train with the best.

I canNOT say enough good things about Nicollette and the Transform Fitness team! But let me begin by saying Nicollette KNOWS HER STUFF! I paid for her training app, and was skeptical about not having one on one training, but it did NOT disappoint! Great videos, great communication, fast responses, it logs everything I need to keep on track. Her nutrition plans were spot on! She knew exactly when to adjust them from my pictures and even checked in with me to make sure I was feeling good. She has a tribe of amazing other clients who were quick to cheer me on as I prepped for my first fitness competition... which I did in just 4 short months! She used her extensive knowledge of the body and nutrition, along with her own personal experience, and trains from the passion in her heart. No trainer like her! If you want to change your life, this is where to do it. I started in the end of April of 2020, being states away Nikky helped me drop over 65 pounds as of November 1st. The plans she gives you work along with not feeling tired or “hangry”. Over all with her workouts and the meal plans I’ve felt better than I have my whole life. She communicated every step of the way, helped me find exactly what I needed to do to gain muscle and drop massive amounts of pounds. I first joined Transform Fitness in March 2019 after tearing my ACL and Dr's recommended surgery. The Dr told me if I strengthened my muscles around the knee it would help recovery. After meeting Nikky, I felt confident she would guide me in strengthening the muscles around my knee without hurting it further. She was so good that I almost didn't have the surgery, but thought it would be best for long term. After surgery, even with PT 2-3 times a week recovery was very slow. About 3 months after surgery, I went back to Transform Fitness. Nikky was able guide me to gain confidence in using my knee. Knowing I had a professional trainer, who genuinely cares for each person she trains, has transformed my body both physically and mentally. The group is encouraging and holding each other accountable creates fun atmosphere. I stongly recommend Transform Fitness to anyone who wants to improve their lifestyle and add positive influence.
