Love tread. Itβs a great work out for all types. The instructors are really helpful by making sure your form is correct as well as motivating you to continue the work out. Thereβs also a recovery room you can go after class to recover from the work out. Get ready to sweat and see results. You will love it.

Have been going to TREAD for years. There have been changes along the way but the HIIT workout is one of the best in Dallas. They have recently added a Recovery room which is stacked with air relax compressions, massage chairs (with a TV), and vibrating hyperspheres! Super helpful to ease soreness and allow you to continue working out at a high level.

Awesome studio! All the instructors are great at putting together effective and challenging workouts. Music playlists are motivating. If you like Barryβs Bootcamp, youβll love Tread too! This is definitely one of my go to studios in Dallas!

Absolutely Love TREAD Fitness!
My introduction to TREAD Fitness was a Facebook Ad about their 6 week challenge. I ended up joining the challenge and loving it!! While it certainly wasn't easy, I knew that Elizabeth and the other instructors had my back, and wanted me to succeed!
TREAD Fitness is such a positive and encouraging space. I think getting into shape is a mental battle as well as physical, and TREAD Fitness helps to equip you for both!

Iβve tried just about every fitness studio in Dallas. TreadFitness is the first one to have an owner who not only remembers my name, but also my fitness goals. Tread has the absolute best HIIT workout in the city. And this is not an uppity place. Itβs real people with real fitness goals who want to make a change in their life. I highly recommend it.

As a person who regularly does workout classes, there are much better alternatives in the area. My first class was with Elizabeth the trainer/owner and had about 10 people. By the time we got to the final "floor" portion, half of the class was immobile and the other half was performing the exercise with improper form and just asking for an injury. The instructor was literally sitting on her bench at this time and seemed disinterested at best instead of correcting people's form or reading the class and realizing that repeated intervals for an hour with no rest is not the best workout method.
Elizabeth was neither warm nor encouraging and gave literally no rest in the 60 min class which consisted of hill runs (up to 12% incline), tabata sprints, burpees, jump squats, other plyometrics, clean and press, etc.
We decided to give this studio a second chance with a different instructor. We signed up with David listed as the instructor but much to our dismay when we showed up it was Elizabeth instructing. There were 4 people in our class which involved hill runs (up to 12% incline), calisthenics/plyometrics, TRX burnout, tabata treadmill sprints, TRX ab burnout. Again there was 0 rest built-in between workout portions, and during the tabata rest period she was encouraging us to continue activity. Again by the end of this class people were resting during the active period and there was severe form deterioration on the exercises.
To conclude, I'm all for hard workout classes but there are much better alternatives that will provide a safer and more encouraging environment. I apologize to the other instructors if their classes are better taught than Elizabeth's but we will not be returning to this studio.

Tread Fitness is hands down the best group workout class to burn insane amount of calories in 1 hour! I like that it's a mixture of weights and cardio which helps increase my endurance level. They have the best trainers in Dallas - Dre and Chris who really motivate you to push past your personal best every time.

The most energizing, motivating, uplifting instructors and workouts eveeer! The high intensity interval training workouts are always so challenging that make me feel amazing every time. It's like a big family there as the coaches/instructors are so welcoming and there for you. I cannot get enough of Tread workouts and the Tread community!
