I highly recommend Coach Shawn Vascocu. My children enjoy coming and working out. No matter what age or fitness level he will work with you. He has professional boxers to beginners and treats them the same. The price is affordable and the life lessons learned are priceless. Thank you for teaching my children and allowing us to become family.
