Free weights, weight plates, consistently placed anywhere but where they should be. Paper roll dispensers consistently empty. Men’s restroom is hit or miss, trash cans overflowing, usually smells like a barn.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 6 years, I felt like I needed a little more of a challenging routine on my cardio. I took Jaime Alvarez’s class and OMG it was a very intense workout. From there I was hooked and wanted to take more classes with him. He is a vey fun coach, he keeps up with everyone gets to know them. I always look forward going to his classes.

if I could give a half star I would. this place started out ok 5 years ago. insaw dedicated workers cleaning, keeping gym organized, workers walking around checking on clients while they worked out, etc. now, Always dirty especially mens bathrooms, vents, and trash cans. No paper towels in gym replaced frequently for cleaning machines. Recently broken bath stalls and then almost 2 weeks with No kids Club available. , constant turnover in managers and workers. The other day I saw a man asked to leave gym cause he was playing his music without headphones even though it wasn’t loud; not yet they’ll let people work out with proper shoe tire such as working out and slides, crocs, or open toe sandals. This place has their priorities backwards. Seemslike the only time the place is clean is whenever the regional manager is around. only lasts for a day or two. Sadly, I’m sure as soon as this post makes it to the “higher ups” things will change - just for the short term. In meantime I’ll look for another gym membership else where like Fitness Connection is the front runner!!
