The staff was friendly and welcoming when I initially inquired about membership options. However, I was not informed of all the associated fees prior to signing the contract, which left me feeling misled. Additionally, the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult. I was not allowed to cancel my membership in person at the gym, and there is no accessible corporate contact number to assist with the process.

If you are considering a workout, I highly recommend Truefit. The staff is very nice and helpful. My daughter works out with a personal trainer; a shout-out to Justice! My daughter loves how she motivates her. I have noticed a difference in my daughter's physical appearance and her boost in confidence.

Dyami & Luis are the kindest men who always take the time to greet me & make me feel welcomed! They each encourage me every time I come in & bring such a positive vibe to the beginning and the end of each workout. Jase is also a phenomenal trainer! This gym is probably the best trufit I’ve seen in texas. I’ve been to other trufits around the west and central texas and this one is definitely a trufit that takes care of its customers and is relatively clean. The staff is great especially the front desk and if you’re looking to buy their products, I recommend having the front desk girl Kaylyn help you make a good choice on preworkout supplements and energy drinks. I was glad to get a pump here I was legit tweaking

Wish it was like the ones in Lubbock. The sauna is always broken, with no warning. The men’s locker room smells of urine all the time. Even after the remodel. It just doesn’t quite add up and based on how many options there are here I’m surprised this place has survived but it’s def time for us to move on

Very clean, spacious, and plenty of machines/weight stations. Amazing staff, as well. Locker room is great, individual showers, toilets, a separate washroom. Absolutely worth every penny. Probably the best gym in town for serious lifters. If cardio is your thing, it probably doesn't make a difference where you walk on a treadmill for an hour after work; but if you're after a great place to lift, this is it.
