I’ve had such a great experience at TruFit! Manager Bryan does an amazing job keeping the gym clean, organized, and safe, you can really tell he cares about the members and the environment we work out in. Been coming to this gym for a min, came this am to find the gym wasn’t open which was a little inconvenient however since the new front desk started shes been opening at 5am sharp! Decent gym, plenty of room and machines. However, seems like a repeat issue here with opening on time. Get there at 4:55am waited till 5:20am before I left. As did everyone else. Us early birds dont have the time to wait and drive to another location not to mention I had already taken pre workout just to drive all the way home. Judging from precious reviews its on going issue.

Love the Gym and the people here! Shoutout to my mans (king) Julian! (Lol) Great location, awesome staff and plenty of friendly people to make friends with here. My only gripes are lack of 24/7 hours of operation+early close hours on Friday-Sunday, but also the lack of security to patrol the area late night. Just the other night the cleaners had to call law enforcement because someone was trying to get in but ran off when police arrived. Big concern for our community and staff, so I hope to see some positive changes for our locals and cleaners. Aside from hours of operation, I would really like to see the steam room renovated, perhaps all tiles, similar to the design at the Louisiana Athletic Club in Pineville, LA. I’ll upgrade my rating to a 5 Star when my primary concerns for hours and safety are addressed. Not sure who can inquire about security patrol for the area though. Otherwise, I’m pretty much fine with everything else, But, I would love to see a Suggestion Box or anything we members can provide feedback here locally while at the gym rather than just online reviews. I’m glad to be a member here and look forward to my time here in my new community! Thank you!

This TruFit might not have all the extras like a ton of massage chairs or fancy tanning beds, but it makes up for it with how clean it stays and the vibe overall. Every time I come in, the place is picked up, machines are wiped down, and the weights are actually where they’re supposed to be. That alone sets it apart.

The people working here are cool and keep things running smooth without being over the top. It’s just a solid, no-drama gym where you can get in, get your workout, and not feel like you’re in a zoo.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at TruFit has been unacceptable. The staff here are consistently rude, inattentive, and act like they couldn’t care less about the members. On multiple occasions, I’ve walked in to see employees literally sleeping on the job or completely disengaged while people wait for assistance.

When you do ask for help, you’re met with eye rolls, attitude, or are flat-out ignored. It’s clear customer service is not a priority here. This gym seems more interested in collecting dues than actually maintaining a professional, respectful environment for paying members.

This location compared to my old one is NIGHT AND DAY! so much cleaner, things are put back where they belong. The most important thing is that they always have spray and paper towels to clean down equipment. I almost canceled my membership but decided to try this location and I’m glad I did.

I’ve been a member of this gym for some time, and while there are definitely some positive aspects, the customer service experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

The gentleman who works weekday mornings is always welcoming, professional, and a great example of how staff should treat members—he’s honestly the highlight of the front desk team. However, the overall front desk experience, particularly with the female staff, has been consistently unpleasant. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy are off-putting.

Today, I brought my brother-in-law to the gym for the first time, and instead of being welcomed, he was met with a cold and hostile attitude that made him feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This type of interaction discourages people from even wanting to step foot in the facility.

I’ve also witnessed front desk employees asleep on duty and staff glued to their phones and get irritated when asked for help.

This gym has great potential, but there needs to be a serious review of staff professionalism and training. A simple personality and customer service assessment before hiring could go a long way.
