I'm writing this review because my daughter told me a story about her going into the women's locker room and a man walked in behind her. When she questioned him about him going into the women's locker room, he began arguing with her. She brought to the attention on the staff and it was dismissed. Thankfully, nothing happened to my daughter but I will share this with everybody I know. Tru Fit does not seem to care about the safety and privacy of women.

If you want to get your workout in Trufit Gym is the gym to go to clean plenty of equipment to use without having to wait and ladies there's even a separate workout section for us if you don't want to work out in front of men, I really enjoy going to this facility, and the staff is wonderful very polite and helpful.

For starters, this franchise means what they say relating to allowing our children in.

Unfortunately for me, being a loong term planet fitness member.
My daughter was denied entry into the building to use the restroom. Even with them knowing me.

It was my last straw. Signed up at trufit while my daughter used the well needed restroom,, the sign in get you rolling process was literally that easy. I'd say less then 3 mins if your ready to become a member.

Even finished my routine with easy for they have farrrr more plates !!

No,, I'm not in my best shape coming in the door at trufit. They give you a real body scan kinda you on a computer. Whether it's good,, or bad,, there's absolutely; No judgment.

This is definitely place.. even if you just want to do your own thing,, there's no judgment either.

I’m really disappointed with this gym. The front desk staff don’t seem to have any critical skills – every time I ask a question, the response is just “umm, I don’t know.” On top of that, the payment system is awful. It takes 3 days to process a payment, and then I’m hit with an extra $26 fee even though the money was in my account on time. The system doesn’t allow you to properly update your payment method within that window, so members get penalized for their flawed process. Very frustrating experience.

Just called right now to Iris's, very impatient. Very dismissive. I had a question of my next payment being $59.54 to be exact. Because I had to be told that EXACT total. When I was informed that my monthly payments would be $10 for a basic membership.

Unfortunately he wasn't. very helpful and have to go after work to talk to someone that might actually care about this business.

Now I'll be paying $14 every month. Its about the principal of being professional. And definitely read the fine prints.

Update: Just went in talk to the front desk the guy was very sweet, VERY HELPFUL. But the other managers were very "eh it says it in our fine print. Also we charge $14 dollars because you have a card on file. Plus taxes". Definitely definitely do not sign up at this location OR ANY TRUFIT. Very unprofessional. At the end of the day we should still treat people with kindness.

I am giving you my money for your business. Point blank period. Being rude and unprofessional definitely would never do business with them again. Can't wait for my contract to be over.

I’ve been taking classes with John Ortegon and he is absolutely fantastic! He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and makes every workout both fun and challenging.
