Shoutout to Diana, Rosy, Paola, and Priscilla—these ladies work incredibly hard holding it down in the daycare at Trooper. They take care of the kids so the parents can get their workouts in without worry, and that alone is a huge service to the whole gym community. What they do might go unnoticed sometimes, but it’s vital—they show up, they give their best, and they make it possible for others to focus on their health. Much respect.

No sauna, no massage chairs, only one stair master in the woman's only section works, and half the treadmills are broken 🙄 we pay so much in fees and yet they cant keep the equipment up and running? And the site says there is a sauna but there isnt

Tru fit is a scam they give you the run around and if being in the military isn't reason enough to cancel they still charge you for being 2 days past the "30" period super annoying so he has to pay another month for even though he will be out of state. They give you a number to call and cancel but yet still have to write an email to cancel!! Get it together and fti he paid 167 plus needs to pay another 27 for not being in state and not using the facility at all

TruFit has honestly been stepping up a lot lately, and I really appreciate that but this one issue keeps happening, and it’s really frustrating.

Why is there a man worker working out in the girls room?! Men shouldn’t be going into the women’s room at all, and I know sometimes male trainers are assigned to that area, but that’s not okay either. There are plenty of female trainers who could handle the women’s room instead. It’s honestly unacceptable some of us go to TruFit specifically because we feel more comfortable working out without men around. That’s the whole purpose of having a “girls room.”

It would really mean a lot if this could be addressed, because it makes a big difference in making members feel safe and respected while they’re working out.

Who ever is managing this location needs to step it up. It’s the 3rd week that none of the women’s dressing rooms have light. How hard can it be to change out the lightbulbs. It’s ridiculous. The women’s area is always filthy as well. Over the last year it has deteriorated drastically. I’ve been at this location for many years and it’s getting really bad.

Just about half of the Running Machines are not working and take a long time to fix when they are down. I have brought this issue time and time again and it never changes. Some weight machines need repair and last along time down. The gym is sort of clean but needs work. Of the 7 televisions that are displayed only 2 work. This gym needs major improvements. I come here cuz it's close to my house and traffic is horrible to go anywhere else.

This gym sucks. Machines are always broken. There’s only one to two stair masters working. It’s not well kept . Always dirty. There’s been gum on the same machine for over a year. No paper towels. They gotta get their stuff together here. It’s ridiculous.
