TK has worked as our personal trainer for over two years. He is a proficient and skilled trainer.
We chose TK to be our personal trainer after watching him unselfishly work with anyone in the gym, correcting technique and preventing injury.
TK has worked one on one with us to developed fitness plans and designed individual workout regimens. He has helped us achieve spectacular results with various goals.
TKs interpersonal skills, fitness knowledge, abilities, and diligent work ethic made him the best trainer for us. He truly cares about his clients, and he has the skills to develop plans that will truly help.

My husband and I have been going to TK since October of last year and we love it. TK makes sure that our form is correct and that our workouts are impactful. The workouts are designed to build both strength and endurance. He also offers a lot of encouragement and has taken us further than I thought we could go. We are stronger and heathier now at age 49 then we were in high school. I would highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone looking to improve their health.

My wife and I train with TK and I never thought I would say I enjoy working out!
Since I have been with TK , my cholesterol is now in the safe zone and I no longer have to take medicine. Not to mention my day to day life is just plain better! I have more energy and just generally feel better about myself. Most importantly, TK has given us the tools and the "know-how" that we can train on our own and continue this healthy lifestyle

I have been training with T.K. for more than 10 years. He is a consummate professional with a vast knowledge of human musculature and of nutrition. He trains in a way that challenges you and all of your muscles, while taking great care not to allow injury. I have worked with several personal trainers over the years, and none have been as effective as T.K.

I have been using TK as a personal trainer for over a year. He is by far the best trainer I have every used. His attention to technique makes a huge difference. He watches my technique and body position very closely and suggests what would appear to be small adjustments. These adjustments such as leg position, grip on the bar, back or arm position during the exercise have completely eliminated injury and strains. At the same time my results are 100% better than any previous trainer. I highly suggest TK.
