Jen is an excellent yoga instructor and personal trainer. I have been working with her for over 6 months now and have seen my fitness improve significantly. I asked her to critque the workout routine I was doing when I go to the gym by myself and she adjusted the routine and explained why. I am over 60 so don't let your age stop you from thinking you can't benefit.

I can't recommend Mark and Kelly enough as a personal trainers and coaches! Both are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.
RPR: In addition to personal training, Mark offers Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) appointments. I was not familiar with RPR, but I can say that the resets have truly transformed my athletic performance.

I feel so comfortable being myself with Jen and her wonderful team. They are great at customizing workouts to your body and your needs. They make me feel strong and powerful whilst I'm getting a great sweat on!
They offer personal sessions and they have a great group training option on saturday mornings as well!
Side note: Check out their yoga studio because it's equally just as great. You can move how you need too and they give great alternatives if you need during poses.

Awesome locally-owned gym with trainers that will push you and help you stay on track and stay consistent with your progress. Fast but effective workouts for busy individuals! Fully recommend!
