We had an evaluation and trial class scheduled for my daughter. During the call, it was confirmed that after the short evaluation, she could immediately join a trial class if there was one available for her level that day.

The evaluation only took a few minutes, and my daughter was ready to join the class starting at 5:33 p.m. There was a spot available for her. We also asked about doing a trial for my son — either at the same time or on another day. We were fine just doing my daughter’s trial first to see if she liked it.

However, the front desk told us that we had to schedule regular classes before doing the trial, which wasn’t mentioned earlier. After about 20 minutes of back and forth, we were told it was now too late for her to join the trial that day.

It was a disappointing experience since everything seemed confirmed in advance, and my daughter was ready and excited to try the class.

Our family has a pretty busy schedule, we had to change multiple inflight things for today to be able to make the trial class all together, and intentionally confirmed the possibility twice over the phone.

But for some reason it did not happen despite meeting all the conditions 🤷‍♂️

I highly recommend this place 1,000% 🥰
The front staff, Renee and Kanoe, have been absolutely outstanding. They are always so kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful, greeting everyone with a smile every single day.

Our coach, Carris, is phenomenal. She is personable, sweet, and dedicated to coaching my kids in the best way possible.

Having spent years in the customer service industry, I’ve noticed a decline in professional service since 2020. This place, however, is completely on point! I would 1000% recommend it here.

A huge thank you and kudos to Renee for always accommodating my last-minute schedule changes—your patience and kindness are so appreciated. Thank you to Kanoe for always being so sweet, and to Coach Carris for being the best at what you do.

I really love this place, staff are really reliable and kind! This atmosphere of this place is also amazing and welcoming to everyone. I am glad that this place is even exists because it is just so excellent. Coaches are always nice and friendly to the kids in weekly classes and camps. They care so much and they also are really responsible. That isn’t it though because even when I interact with people in the front desk to schedule make up classes, they always try to make sure they are scheduled at a good time by sacrificing other things which is well appreciated by me and many others. If you’re looking for a place with coaches that teach gymnastics/parkour in a really professional way, and a place with amazing reliable staff then this is the right place to sign up for. I highly recommend this to anyone since, again the staff are reliable and coaches teach them very properly. To anyone who is reading this, have an amazing rest of your day!

I signed my child up for what was advertised as a free trial at Tumble Tech. The registration page clearly showed $0, so we went. When we arrived, there was no actual class — my child was just asked to do a few simple movements for no more than 5 minutes. Later, I discovered they charged my card $50 without my knowledge or consent. This is misleading and unacceptable. Parents, please be cautious before signing up.

Brooke was absolutely amazing! We were visiting Tumble Tech from Florida, and it was my daughter Ava’s first week back to tumbling after an injury. With only two weeks to prepare for cheer tryouts, we needed to find somewhere in Texas to help her ease back in safely and confidently. Brooke was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging. She worked closely with Ava to rebuild her skills and tailor her training to the tryout routine. We’re so grateful for Brooke’s support and expertise—she made a huge difference in such a short time. We only wish we could work with her regularly!

I came on Tuesday, April 29 around 6:25 PM for my daughter’s trial class. The front desk staff told me to go inside the gym to the back left-hand side door but didn’t mention the class was canceled. I only found out after asking in the staff room, where no one seemed to know what was going on. One young man, possibly a coach, even yelled at me to “go to the front.” This was frustrating and upsetting. It’s not the first time the same front desk lady has shown a lack of care for new students or parents. Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior.

My girls were at Tumble Tech for almost 2 years and every so often there was an issue that would arise. All issues were addressed as they were happening, but unfortunately, we unregistered and decided to go elsewhere. Here are some issues that we had to deal with:
- Front desk booking makeup classes in Westlake instead of Cedar Park.
- Email correspondents not being clear and very confusing.
- Coaches pay more attention to kids that are in team.
- Some coaches are not organized, therefore some kids get more coach time during class than others.
- Girls mocking or making fun of others.

We recently sent our child to this camp, hoping it would be a positive experience. Unfortunately, things took a turn when our child was hurt by another camper. When we reached out to the camp for more details, they stated that they were unsure of what exactly happened and couldn't provide any clarity on the incident. While we understand that accidents can occur, the lack of transparency and communication was disappointing. It left us feeling uncertain about the camp's supervision and overall safety measures. Just think twice when you are sending your kid to this center

Appreciation for Coach Christopher W. and Feedback.

Dear Tumble Tech Administration,

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Coach Christopher W. for all the incredible work he’s done with the kids. My son absolutely loved his classes and learned so much from him. Christopher wasn’t just a coach—he was a true mentor, someone who knew how to connect with the kids, motivate them, and help them improve. He gave each child plenty of attention and always found a way to connect with them. In every class, he made sure to help each child individually, ensuring they learned and progressed. Thanks to him, parkour became not just a fun activity but an important part of my son’s life.

However, after Christopher left, the quality of the training declined a lot. We’ve tried working with other coaches, but none of them were able to build the same kind of connection with the kids or provide the level of teaching that Christopher did. As a result, my son stopped seeing any progress. After a few months of not learning anything new, he made the decision to stop going. I know several other parents had the same experience and chose to pull their kids from Tumble Tech as well.

My son misses parkour, but unfortunately, the training with other coaches hasn’t been nearly as inspiring or helpful as what he had with Coach Christopher. With him, he was learning new skills quickly, and Christopher always took the time to demonstrate tricks properly, multiple times if needed. We truly hope he comes back because he created an atmosphere where the kids were excited to learn and improve.

If Christopher rejoins the team, we’ll gladly return too!

We had a birthday party here and had a great experience! Just fyi - you don’t get exclusive use of the facility for the party. There will still be lessons and classes actively occurring in other areas of the gym. We have also attended the winter break camp for ages 4-10 from 9 am - 3 pm and had a very positive experience! Kids thoroughly enjoyed running and jumping around. They break the kids into groups by age (4s, 5-6, 7-8, etc.) I included a photo of the snack bar menu, available during camps as well!

Update. Kids are older and this place still is awesome. Still feels clean, kids can just go.

I recently made bookings with this company and encountered several issues that left us disappointed. First, their gym policies seemed questionable, especially with a waiver that appears to waive liability even for their own negligence. Additionally, you’re required to store a credit card on file, even if you’re only booking once, which felt unnecessary. To top it off, my group booked the “Saturday Night Live!” event, only to be informed at the last minute that we didn’t meet the age requirements—something that wasn’t clearly stated on their booking site.

Overall, we were quite dissatisfied with the experience and do not plan to return.

UPDATE: Owner was very considerate and kind about making things right. I could tell she actually cared and i appreciate that very much.

I’ve been coming for open gyms every Tuesday for quite awhile now and had no issues with my age (20) until tonight. Guy at the front desk told me I had to leave because I was over 17 even though I’ve been coming every Tuesday and had no problems. He also said he’s told me this before but never has anyone told me anything like that. Last Tuesday another coach was actually spotting me and saw my tattoos and asked how old I was, and continued spotting me & didn’t kick me out. Just seems a little rude to tell me I can’t tumble after driving all the way over here and never having any problems before.

Our kids have been enjoying but it’s starting to become a hassle to be a parent here. There is little to no parking. Today they remove another parking lot and the viewing area is many times over crowded and lobby many times feels cramped . It’s great for them they are popular but it seems too much right now.

This is an incredible space with lots of opportunity to learn. Our child was in the Toddler class and went through two different coaches during her 6 months there. There was very little coaching, much of the short class was spent stretching or "evaluating" which means one child gets to go at a time. Toddlers have so much energy and are there to actively participate. When the coach was not in the mood to teach anything, she would just lead them to the foam pit and have them all play in it. Only twice in two months did a coach take the time to help teach our child how to backwards summersault or a trampoline activity. The coach seemed there to collect a paycheck and was not interested in the children at all. Highly disappointed and our child asked to never return when she used to love gymnastics.

After being on the waitlist for four months, I noticed an available spot for the same timeframe I requested and reached out, but received no response. While I do bring my son here for camps, it’s disappointing when they don’t honor their waitlist. It appears to operate on a first-come, first-served basis, in person which is frustrating.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I encountered several concerning issues during my daughter's participation in the Parkour summer camp. On day 1 of 5 the initial check-in process was disorganized, and my daughter did not receive a warm welcome once she found her class. The teenagers/coaches in charge avoided engaging with the class and were too busy chit chatting amongst themselves or checking their phones. However, the most distressing incident occurred at the end of the day when I was unable to locate my child during pick up, and the supervising teenagers had no knowledge of her whereabouts. To my dismay, I eventually found her in considerable pain behind a large mat, complaining upon neck pain. The front desk staff was nowhere to be see. But on our drive home it was clear she needed medical attention and we drove to urgent care instead where X-rays fortunately revealed no fractures but confirmed severe strained neck. It took her about two weeks to recover and to gain full neck mobility back.

This incident is deeply troubling for several reasons. Firstly, the fact that my daughter's injury went unnoticed throughout the day raises serious concerns about the staff's lack of attentiveness and supervision. Secondly, the absence of any communication regarding her condition further underscores a lack of diligence on the part of the camp's organizers.

Unfortunately the paperwork you sign when you enrolls the kiddos makes it impossible to take any action. It is evident that the primary motivation behind these programs may be financial gain, as they hired inexperienced or apathetic teenagers, nor do they seem to have anyone overseeing any of them. Such inadequacies in supervision and care pose significant safety risks to our children.

They don't watch the kids are leaving the building. My daughter is just 5 yr old. I accept that Her coach told her, you are not scheduled for this time as she was supposed to come at 4.30. But she left the building in search of me as I told her that I will be at Nitro for my son to pick after class. She crossed the road all alone and nobody had noticed. They should set security cameras or any custodian to watch kids specially little ones. I was very concerned when some lady called me and handover my

Pros: We like the space and how much fun it can be for our kids.
Cons: staff members really unprofessional and childish. They were laughing at my 8 years old who could not understand their commands. They were screaming from across the area, assuming all kids can understand it and are familiar with rules. I felt terrible to see them laughing at my baby… seriously, these guys need training on how to deal with diversity and how to approach kids in multiple ways.

Very good I’d say, in terms of the quality of the classes and professionalism of the staff. The facility itself is nice.

I bring my child to this place at least 4 times a week, and easily the most frustrating thing is the fact that the drop off lane isn’t really a drop off lane. It’s really a parking lane for the inconsiderate parents who pretend they can’t read the “no parking” sign posted on the mailbox in the front of the “drop off lane”, and ignore all the emails from TT about specifically not parking in the drop off lane.

It’s a source of frustration that I tolerate for my child. My issue isn’t really with the business, it’s with the typical clientele that these types of businesses attract. People need to talk about this stuff more because it’s not acceptable behavior from adults.

(Most common question and answered here)Great for everyone 28 and under. Kids will do exlent here! The only options are trampoline (learn to do tricks on trampoline), parkour, and gymnastics. They do allow private classes for 18 and under. You can go there and each for free. You need to tell someone you'd like to join a class and they will ethier be space or not. If there's no space they will tell you when a person had dropped out, Wich usually takes about a month or more.

My son takes parkour classes (ninja training) at Tumble Tech and he absolutely loves it! He is 4 and 1/2 and the coaches are amazing with him. The coaches don't just let the kids run around and goof off. They are teaching very specific techniques for handling each obstacle and the kids are really learning safe and efficient ways to handle themselves. The coaches have expectations for the kids, but they are also incredibly positive and encouraging. When he struggles with an activity, they are right there to help and encourage him. They are also there to give him a high five when he successfully completes a challenge.

All of the coaches are great, but my son especially likes Coach Phil and Coach CJ. In the 6 months my son has been learning parkour at Tumble Tech, he has gained body control, strength and most importantly self-confidence. I highly recommend the Tumble Tech Parkour program.

If I could give negative stars I would, beware signing a wavier for this place. Staff wasn't watching my child on his first and only day at this place over Christmas break at their holiday camp. My child broke BOTH arms falling off a high course, staff said he fell three stairs. When I saw it, it was more like 12ft plus high, they didn't care, didn't care about any medical expenses at their neglect. I had other children as witnesses that are ten and older. Ruined our Christmas break and still is ruined up to this date. My child is still in two cast and can't do anything for himself. If the person who actually owns this place views this review, I hope you might have the guts to contact me about this. Be thankful you have a good wavier, because our lawyers were coming after you.

My children have taken something useful from each one of the coaches! Staff is pretty great too! My recommendation. .. Go quickly, you will be happy you did! Did I mention how well these coaches taught my children to tumble!
