Our family has really loved Tumbles. They really helped my daughter excel into walking and always have great activities for all ages! Now she is doing tumbles and climbing all over the place. We also had a great time booking a birthday party with them! They took care of so much! They are professional and kind and my children love this place. This place is awesome! We had never visited before as it’s relatively new but we decided to host my daughter’s 7th birthday party here. This was perfect! The staff is so engaging with the kids. The party was beyond my expectations and they made the process so stress free. Bonus points to this location and staff for being flexible when we had a last minute reschedule on the day of. They were so accommodating! My daughter loved it, her friends loved it, the parents LOVED it. Completely private party and I’m pretty sure the kids were tired after all that movement! Zip line, floor is lava, tug of war, etc. Highly recommend and extra shout out to Taylor for laughing at my mom jokes!

We attended the 11:00 AM trial class today and had a great experience. I wanted to share what we witnessed in response to the review below accusing Coach Aminah of harming a child — that claim is completely false.

We were present for the same class. The child in question was the only aggressor, repeatedly hitting and pushing other children throughout the class. The coaches were extremely patient and gave him multiple chances to correct his behavior. When he continued to hit, he was calmly helped off the trampoline and walked over to his parent by Coach Aminah. There was nothing aggressive about how she handled the situation — it was done appropriately and for the safety of the other children.

It’s disappointing to see the blame shifted onto others when the reality was very clear to those in the room. The Tumbles staff acted professionally and responsibly to protect the class and maintain a safe environment.

Highly disappointed in the experience we had with Tumbles. We had been attending for almost 7 months and we were very happy, other than the fact that the teachers do change quite frequently.

Our last visit did not go well. My 3 year old got into trouble multiple times for hitting, while the others involved in hitting/pushing him as well or growling at him did not.

I am highly frustrated with how Coach Amina handled the situation. She yanked my son by the arm off the trampoline and carried him mostly by his arm out of the workout area. My son has a red mark on his arm and is complaining about his arm hurting. I’m not saying that my son is perfect, but he is just a 3 year old boy. He is in trouble for hitting, even though he was also hit. We do not want retaliation hitting or hitting because someone growled at him or made a face at him. That is something we are working on, but it takes time- he is only 3. But under no circumstance should someone else be putting their hands on my child the way she did. There are much better ways to handle that situation/class.

I spoke with the office about this situation and ultimately ended up coming to the decision to cancel our membership. Unfortunately we can’t outright cancel. We can give our 30 day notice that we want to cancel, even though a staff member hurt my son. We were told we could finish out the rest of the month’s worth of classes. We will not be doing so, because I refuse to step foot in a location that harms a child.

This is a fun, safe and friendly place for children to go to. We are blessed with the staff and the original activities they plan for the kids. For this month they have a drop off option on Fridays for three hours and it’s only $25 per child. I dropped off two of my children and they had so much fun! I can’t recommend Tumbles Frisco enough.

My child is Autistic and Non-Verbal.

When I called to book an introduction session, the team was friendly, reassuring and informative. We decided to start with private sessions and transition him to a class session as he learns a typical class routine and is able to handle the group setting.

Our sessions here have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is friendly. They know exactly how to engage my child and reinforce concepts my kid is learning in OT. They actively encourage OTs to attend and/or give guidance from weekly sessions so that they can replicate concepts and to make sure they are carrying things from sessions which helps kids progress faster.

The team here all know how to redirect and engage. I was honestly blown away the first session and they continue to make classes fun and helpful. When my kiddo gets scared or seems upset they know exactly how to re-engage him, comfort and give him confidence. It’s nothing short of amazing.

Tumbles Frisco is a super fun place to bring your little ones! We hosted a 4th birthday party here for my daughter and her school friends and they had the best time! The birthday package is very comprehensive and reasonably priced. I was able to drop off all decorations and non perishable food items ahead of time to make the day of a lot smoother. I loved that the activities were all instructor-led which was so important for the age group of the party. Generally the program for the day included gym games (parachute, dodgeball), obstacle course, and zip line for the kiddos; I also added a bonus package for a mini glow in the dark dance party! The party ended with food and cake where the two coaches (shoutout to Coach Sam and Coach Jayden, you’re the best!) for the activities also helped with all the setup, serving, and clean up at the end making this entire experience stress-free and super enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Best place ever. My autistic non verbal 6 year old son had his first birthday party here and it was HEAVEN. the gym is neat and fun as well as secure for kids on the spectrum. my son had a blast and it was an appropriate play space for kids between age 1 and 12 for us. everyone had something to do. the staff was WONDERFUL. they were warm accommodating fun and pleasant. everyone was on top of it and they didn't miss a single mark. we're definitely going to be coming here A LOT and you shouldn't hesitate especially if you have a child with special needs. you will be very impressed and glad you trusted Tumbles! i was able to chat with other parents at the party knowing the staff was handling the kids who are enclosed in a fully visible play space. my son is a runner so this was a real treat for me not to have to chase him.

Sweta is the most AWESOME advice for Tumbles. She’s so genuinely passionate about kids AND everything that Tumbles stands for. Also, when we were just doing an initial visit to see how it would work out for us, she was fantastic at remembering to call us back and check on us if we had made a decision yet or if there were any remaining questions we had. This is super helpful for single moms like me that have so many things keeping us busy that we have to juggle and might forget.

My son is autistic and they were so patient and kind with my son he had so much fun with them I will definitely signing up for a monthly class, classes are small so the teachers can be one on one with a student if needed and allow the parents to assist with behavior also if needed.

Tumbles is Awesome! I scheduled my daughters 5th birthday party there recently and it was amazing. All of the instructors worked so well with the children who ranged between 3 and 8 years old. All of the staff that I dealt when obtaining information, and scheduling my party were super helpful. Each email was responded to quickly which I really appreciated. I cannot say enough great things about tumbles! To start, the staff are all so nice and I never have trouble getting questions answered quickly. They are so flexible with makes navigating my crazy schedule easier. The classes themselves are targeted for different abilities so I always feel like she is being challenged and if they notice she has mastered something, they find ways to step up the challenge. I love that she is not only learning new physical skills but also practicing social skills and learning to follow the routine of a class and listening to teachers. Outside of your schedule class, they also offer open okay hours where you can just play freely which is a sanity saver for this mom sometimes. I could go on and on but bottom line, it’s a great activity for your child of any age!

Great place to host a birthday party. Had my son’s 6th birthday party here and the booking was super easy and stress free. Communication was excellent and quick. The party hosts did a great job at keeping the kids entertained with a variety of movement and gym activities (obstacle courses, jumping, climbing, swinging, running, sliding etc).
