I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Twin Bridges CrossFit. The coaches are helpful and make sure you understand the movements before starting a workout. They also give good options if something needs to be modified, which has made it easy to stick with the program.
The atmosphere is positive without being overwhelming, and everyone has been friendly and supportive. The workouts are well-structured and challenging in a good way. If you’re looking for a place to improve your fitness in a comfortable and encouraging setting, I’d definitely recommend Twin Bridges.

Great people. Very focused on teaching you the correct way to do the movements and meeting you where you are. This isn't one of those boxes where they throw you to the wolves and risk all the injuries. Classes were fun and they are starting a 6am class in September!

Twin Bridges CrossFit offers a clean and positive space for working out and challenging your limits. I was visiting the Waco area and attended a free class. The space was open, clean and had big fans for ventilation. They sent me a personal and welcoming text message encouraging me to attend. (Because we all know that good intentions don't always pay off) The instructor was engaging and the community of participants were kind and welcoming. Next time I am in town , I will attend a class again. Thanks everyone!!!

Twin Bridges is great! I’ve only made it to a few classes so far, but they are top-notch. The classes themselves are efficient and incredibly effective. The gym wasn't doing it for me, so I stopped in at Twin Bridges CrossFit looking for something more structured but that also fit into my work schedule. I chatted with Coach Edward, signed up and started right away. After just the first three workouts, I started to notice that my physical energy and mental alertness were on a new level.
This is a journey well worth the effort. Just after the first couple of weeks, I feel so much healthier. There's no more uncertainty about what exercise I should be doing or what I should be eating. The classes are small, the coaches are super, and the people are all really supportive and fun.

If you’re hesitant on beginning don’t be! This has probably been the absolutely most inviting gym I have ever been to in my life. All of the coaching staff is amazing, fellow CrossFit peers are inviting, and all together it is the most encouraged I have ever felt. I love how they tailor to your level whether you are a beginner or further along is the journey, but regardless the coaches always ensure you are doing your workouts in the safest most effective manner.

As a mom of 2 young boys I wanted to try something new to get back shape. Going to the regular gym was boring as I felt lost on what exercises to do. CrossFit is new to me but I am loving coming to Twin Bridges CrossFit because the coaches are awesome people, they know how to make sure you are doing the movements properly and safe. Absolutely love!! Just started after not having a workout plan for a long time. I had no idea what to expect and felt so skeptical. TBCF changed everything for me! It’s the most welcoming environment where truly everyone wants to help you learn. They make any modification you need and show you how to improve over time, instead of getting hurt or discouraged with it all at once. It’s the first time in my life I can genuinely say I had fun while working out!
If you’re unsure or scared because you’re new, don’t be! TBCF will take you wherever you’re at! Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Come join! Don’t be scared of what you think CrossFit might be. I’m 1 month in and everyone is very welcoming and supportive. I find myself frustrated when I know I cannot make it to class. Twin Bridges has been a life changer for me and my family! One of the things I love most about this gym is the skill level of the coaches and the diligent approach to warming up to prevent injury or unnecessary soreness. I have worked with other gyms and have not been coached as well on technique which left me very sore and on the verge of injury.
Another big thing for me is how clean the gym is. The team at Twin Bridges keeps the gym always clean and disinfected. It makes for a great workout experience and I know I’m not taking a bunch of germs home to my family.
So thankful for Coach Edward and the rest of the team for helping me meet my fitness goals!

I love this gym. I would definitely recommend it. Initially I was concerned with my lack of experience with CrossFit and lifting weights but all of the instructors are very knowledgeable. I joined TBCF in January of 2023, I had no idea what to expect and I was so nervous! Looking back now joining TBCF was the best thing I could’ve done for both my mental and physical health. I joined TBCF almost two years ago and it became my home away from home. I chose to go to school in Texas while my family lives in North Carolina. Iv waited three months to post an honest review. New to CrossFit or any type of lifting, I jumped in knowing I had close to nothing of strength. From day one no matter which class time I attended I felt welcomed and pushed to my individual limits, with no judgements!! Each coach continued to correct my form, footing, gripping, balance and weight to what I could handle. I enjoy being held accountable for my time and pushed towards that new level.
Three months in and I definitely see a difference in my strength and abilities.

I joined TBCF about 5 weeks ago and now I cannot imagine life without it! The wholistic approach from the coaches not only promotes physical health, but mental health as well. While CrossFit can sound scary, if you’re just willing to show up, do your best, and eat right outside of the gym you will start seeing results. The coaches are very trained at what they do and TBCF utilizes the level method which allows members to do what they feel they are capable and prevent injury. Been a member since Jan 2023. The workouts are designed with a full warmup of all muscles and movements to be used during the workout and all the coaches have been very good at monitoring and making corrections to the athlete's form and movements to ensure an injury-free workout. The workouts are designed to be challenging no matter what level and part of the mindset for the athlete is to assess your performance against yourself and not the person next to you. Be consistent and be patient...improvements will come in time!

Great gym for many reasons. The Level Method in combination with dedicated coaches allow the workouts to be easily catered towards every individual athlete. Themes focus on consistency and long-term health and fitness, not a finish line. Workouts are focused and goal oriented, but always fun with a family-like atmosphere. CrossFit can be very intimidating, but I would recommend giving Twin Bridges CrossFit a try. You will discover a place that is very welcoming and guaranteed to make you healthier for the long-run.

As a person who is always nervous for meeting new people, and going to a new place, Twin Bridges CrossFit is completely different from previous gyms I have been too. The first day that I went the energy of the environment was amazing, and the coaches and members were very welcoming and didn’t make me feel like I was the new person. Before I came to Twin Bridges, the thought of doing group workout classes terrified me. I was so scared that people were going to judge all the things that I was not capable of doing. That couldn’t be further from the truth!! Twin Bridges CrossFit is the best gym and is guaranteed to give you a workout that is fit to your level while still pushing you to get a good workout! Growing up, I’ve always been an athlete. I played just about every sport, and I thought I was in the best shape of my life! But it turns out that wasn’t the case. I had my first experience with CrossFit in my college years in College Station; then I moved back home & got back into it a few years later..however I didn’t stick with it. Now, here I am a few more years later & at 29 years old, I feel AMAZING! My goal was to be in better shape so I could run around with my son; after going to TBCF consistently for 7 months now & I’ve gotten better each month & I have no problem keeping up with my little dude! If you’re on the fence, just do it. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Every face I’ve seen since I’ve been here has been so encouraging and welcoming. I had never tried CrossFit before and I have to admit that I was a little bit intimidated (after all I’m a woman over 50 years old with little weightlifting experience). But, I wanted to try CrossFit. I was bored with my workouts and needed something different and challenging. I started less than a year ago at Twin Bridges CrossFit and have been thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. I have gotten stronger and healthier than I have ever been before. I got my bloodwork done a couple weeks ago and my cholesterol and A1C were both down considerably and within normal ranges. Twin Bridges CrossFit has been a wonderful experience for me. Needless to say, I’m hooked. I look forward to working out every time I step into the gym. Edward and his coaches are very knowledgeable, informative, personable, and supportive. The members of Twin Bridges CrossFit are some of the best folks you’ll ever meet. The coaches and members are always encouraging and eager to get to know you and make you the best version of yourself. Being somewhat new to working out I was very apprehensive on joining a CrossFit gym but having a membership at the local gym and no one to hold you accountable to go was very difficult to find the motivation to go workout alone. I went to my first CrossFit workout 2 weeks ago and felt instantly at home, everyone is so friendly, supportive and motivating. Such an amazing CrossFit gym!! Honestly the best one I have ever been to since moving to Waco for college. Coach Ed genuinely cares about all his athletes. He motivates his athletes so well and pushes them to reach new goals! You may think CrossFit is impossible or insane but with all the motivation from the coaches and other people in your class, you feel like you can achieve any WOD. The people in your class will cheer you on, even if you’re the last one to finish. Never have I felt more comfortable in a gym than twin bridges. If you are thinking about joining a CrossFit gym, definitely give Twin Bridges a try! Each coach is trained and knowledgeable on the sport! Beginners are so welcomed!!

Stopped in for two workouts while I was visiting the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a solid CrossFit gym. Great location, great owner, great coaches, and great community. I've been to ~5 places over the past year or two and this is probably the top one. Easily the cleanest gym I've ever been to. All of the equipment is top notch and the space is large. The coaching in both classes was solid with an emphasis on form and quality over quantity (don't get me wrong on the quantity, they pushed me pretty hard). Classes were well attended and the members very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

I was skeptical of joining Twin Bridges because CrossFit wasn’t for me in my mind. After several conversations I was persuaded to try it. To my surprise it wasn’t anything like I had imagined. It’s a small group of people with similar goals with a coach to help you get there. It’s like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. After a bit of time I talked my wife into trying who was just as skeptical as me (if not more). We now enjoy working out together. There's no hyperbole when describing this place. It is AWESOME! I have visited boxes all over the U.S. and this is one of the best. Our trainer, Leslie, was knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, the vibe is really cool as everyone welcomed me and treated me warmly like a member. The WOD was a beast! A must visit or join if you're in Waco.
