While there may be gyms that suite your particularly lifting style and fitness journey better, I have found TSB to be a fantastic option. Yes, the gym can be a little tight, but they are clearly trying to pack as much versatility as possible into limited space. While I would love a little bit more air flow in the main space, stepping outside has been a fantastic option. I would highlight the customer service. I can see some of the other reviews have commented negatively on this. My experience so far has only been positive. Prior to visiting, the owners were responsive to my inquiries in a timely manner. Almost immediately they had my name down, as someone that works with a large volume of customers frequently, this is a great connection point. They also supported leaving some of my training specific equipment onsite which is a massive help. As alluded to, every interaction with the owners has been positive and friendly in nature. I moved to the area shortly before joining this gym and it has been a great way to build back my routine and feel at home.

I’ve been a member for about two months now, and I would never go back to a commercial gym again. The private gym environment here is unbeatable. Beth and Jacob are amazing — they genuinely care about the people who work out here and make every visit a welcoming experience. On top of that, it’s a Christian, faith-based gym, which is something I really appreciate. Being family-owned and operated makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Kyle, Austin, or Buda area looking for a great gym community. 10/10 Recommend !!

Every time I come to the gym I feel like a bad ass. The warehouse ambiance, music, the members, the owners, everything and everyone just makes it a fun place to workout at. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym, the atmosphere is fantastic and I can tell this establishment runs on community. The equipment is enough to get a fantastic workout in leaving only a little to be desired. The main selling point of this gym is the owners and members, I have yet to encounter any negativity from other members. Jacob and Beth go above and beyond with everything they do in this gym, from simply learning your name to offering to take graduation photos of me in their facility (for free) they are committed to making every member feel seen and valued. By far the best gym in Kyle. If you’re looking for a friendly gym community, clean and not overly crowded environment this is the place to go. Beth and Jacob have done an amazing job creating the best environment for new and veteran lifters. The gym space is equipped with everything you would need for a great session. And the rest/recovery area is the cherry on top. I absolutely love it here.

First of all this gym 🏋️‍♀️ has the most welcoming environment, excellent customer service 👏 and diverse environment 👍, the owner and his wife go above and beyond making you feel like family and like they give a shit. If you like lifting heavy weights they got them 💪 they offer multiple plans to cater to your needs, they have red light therapy and cold plunge which is awesome 👌, not to mention if you lack knowledge to a degree on how to use the equipment the gym owner has gone out of his way to help me break plateaus,truly a family environment so definitely check it out if you wanna be a part of a family instead of just another number.

They take you on a tour & offer a day pass if your interested In just trying out the facility.

My favorite gym I’ve been to so far!!!
Everyone (staff and members) have been the nicest and most helpful by far compared to other gyms I’ve been to. I always get nervous going to new gyms but everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me with anything and everything I needed. The atmosphere here is like a family and everyone is so genuine with each other-a complete Judgement Free Zone❤️ I cant wait to go back! I recently joined this gym after driving by and seeing their sign and I gotta say, I'm glad I walked in to check it out. Twisted Steel is the best gym in Kyle, hands down. Complimentary massage chairs to warm up or just to relax and recover after a hard workout, this is a fantastic touch to this place that I've never seen before at other gyms. The warehouse style gym has great equipment for both bodybuilding and powerlifting goals and has an outdoor area for a change of scenery while working out. The environment alone will push you to get in better shape. Can't wait to see what the future brings for these guys. If you're in the market for a new gym, give this one a shot you won't be disappointed.

I’m not too sure what the one star reviews are about. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my gym and I absolutely love it here. Not only are the owners incredibly welcoming and friendly but the people who come here are too. I’m only in town for a few months and it makes me a sad to have to leave it at some point, it’s really hard to find a good gym like this one! Definitely recommend it to everyone wether you’re just starting your fitness journey or if you’re just looking for a change.

All the bad reviews on here were left by the salty Texas State team who lied to the gym owners in order to scam him out of paying money. Imagine going to a terrible school like texas state and lying to a humble gym owner, like pick a struggle. The gyms energy and equipment are amazing. The community is awesome as well. I love the old school hardcore style of the gym, along with the hopes of new expansions and other resources. If I lived in the area, I would definitely sign up for a membership. 10/10 coming again soon!

It has the basic equipment you need for a workout. From day 1 of the gym opening staff would trash talk other gyms and state rumor provoking statements despite admittingly not knowing if a statement was anywhere true.I had shrugged that stuff off in the beginning, but it was evident that the negativity seeped into the environment of the gym. I understand that the owner is very young and learning, but situational people skills is something to be learned prior. I chose to cancel while on good terms with gym, but the energy was just unfortunately not something to want to be around. Members and people that have been there since day one of the gym opening shared with me they noticed these things as well.
