Very fun and challenging workouts! Always leaving fully satisfied with the workout! Definitely recommend for anybody who doesn’t know anything about weights or doesn’t know any workouts to do in the gym. Also recommend to those that are working on their form for weights, he has helped me a lot with mine, I feel more confident when I go to a gym and try it solo!

I’ve been going to Tx Fcode for the last couple of months and it’s been an amazing ride! Berto is amazing to work with and with the cap at six individuals per each session, he is able to help make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I’ve already noticed such a huge difference in how I feel and how strong I have gotten and would highly recommend Tx Fitness Code to anyone who wants to get into a consistent routine and get healthy. Getting to the first class is the hardest part, but I promise it gets 100% easier after that.

Easily one of the best coach. I’ve had a coach that was not accountable and not reliable or would focus on heavy weights rather right posture. Alberto focuses on the correct foundation and correct technique. He is always available to answer any questions which is huge for me. He also gave me nutrition advise and that literally changes the entire game

Berto's classes strike the right balance between challenging and fun, plus the music is great. With the small class sizes (max 6), he is able to pay close attention to form and keep you safe. I've done both the Full Body and Lower Body & Abs classes and I'll definitely be back!

I’ve trained at Orangetheory, Sweat 440, and Hit Athletic. As a competitive athlete, I’m always looking for classes that push me, build strength, and improve agility. I found TX Fitness Code and immediately recognized Berto—he was one of my favorite Orangetheory coaches from years ago. His small group classes are exactly what I was looking for: smart, challenging programming with consistently high calorie burns (better than what I got at Sweat 440), and a personal touch you don’t get in bigger gyms. I was seeking to incorporate more strength training in my life. With FCode I was lucky enough to find not only more strength, but also an amazing body transformation with more muscle definition, knowledge, motivation, confidence, and fun. All this while improving my overall and cardiovascular health.

I have been training with Berto for a little over a year and I have definitely seen and felt my body transforming. Most recently, during a six week period, while doing personal training and the full body circuit training at FCode, I achieved body recomposition with above average results. In addition to achieving great results, Berto is always educating me on proper form, the reasons behind why exercises are performed in certain ways, modifications, and/or challenges. Berto is always answering my never ending questions on fitness while being super enthusiastic, encouraging, and passionate.

The Gym has the necessary equipment to achieve great workouts, including but not limited to barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Berto educates individuals on the nuances of using the gym equipment in order to maximize gains while avoiding injury.

After a little over a year, I am getting a ton of compliments on my body transformation and having my muscles more defined.

This is an excellent workout that incorporates weights and cardio. Two thirds of the class you focus on building muscle and the last third is cardio. Berto is an EXCELLENT coach. He truly pays attention to how you are performing the exercises and makes sure you are doing them correctly so you get the most benefit and don’t injure yourself.
The classes are small, only 6 people at a time which is great because you are getting almost a one on one coaching experience without the super high price tag.

If you are looking for a complete body workout and high quality coaching, this is the place!!!!!!

5 STARS isn't enough! My personal trainer has been an absolute game-changer for me after having my first baby.
