I was in the area and dropped in for an evening workout. The owner was friendly and easy to talk to. Immediately felt comfortable in a new environment and had a great workout. If I lived here I would absolutely join.

Brilliant programming, incredible instructors, friendly fun people in every class slot. I cannot say enough good things about TXK Elite. I’ve enjoyed this CrossFit gym more than any other I’ve been to due to the evidence based programming. You can go every day they are open without risk or overuse injury. Coaches are attentive to everyone and provide helpful modifications and cueing to keep you safe and motivation to get you to the next level. I was honestly afraid to get back into CrossFit after a few years off but Siera and the team gave me such a good experience on my first class that it was like I never left. The classes are geared toward beginners and veterans alike. I have been struggling to get back into a regular fitness routine but after the first class here, I can’t wait to go back to the next one. It’s so fun and I’ve seen quick results. As a physical therapist, I can be a tough critic with exercise instruction and programming. But at TXK Elite I have actually learned things to incorporate into my practice and have received coaching that’s helped me move to the next level even after years of lifting. Thank you so much Siera and this whole team and every one of you amazing members! TXK Elite has done so much to make my life full. And my body is feeling better than it has in years. Visited this gym today , I come to town on business travel and was looking for a local CrossFit gym near my hotel in the Texarkana area. Very happy I found Twin City CrossFit. I will definitely be coming here when I’m not home and away from my home town CrossFit gym. The coaching is good , the group was welcoming and fun to workout with. The facility is clean , professional, and set up well. If you are curious about CrossFit and have never tried it. Give these Guys a chance.
