Tyler’s experience as athlete and in turn as a trainer really sets him apart! The perfect mentor for a young athlete or someone looking to get back into shape. I’ve been on Tyler’s strength program now for 2 months and can’t say enough good about it thru out the journey I have gained 12 pounds of solid muscle and learned more workouts then I could have asked for coming from 5A high school workouts to Tyler’s program is a world of difference in the progression and knowledge I’ve obtained I recommend it to all people young old male or female it is an all around fantastic program that speaks for itself when you do it and see your own progress

Tyler has trained my daughter for several months now. In this time he has worked on her strength and speed which has helped her on the court, as well as on the track. He pushes her at every workout to do her best and she responds to that. Tyler is top notch at what he does. He pays attention to detail and knows how to teach technique to help her excel in track. He’s very good at breaking it down and showing her how to do it. We look forward to working with Tyler for the remainder of my daughters high school career.

I've always been inconsistent when it comes to working out because I get bored or unmotivated easily. This all changed when I started training with Tyler! I'm an ex D1 soccer player, and he programmed my workouts with an athletic twist to better suit my preferences. You can tell that he's extremely passionate and knowledgeable about anatomy and exercise physiology with the way he cultivates the workouts. He also has a remarkable ability to motivate you and it's clear that he genuinely cares about his clients. Don't get me wrong, his workouts are very challenging, but it is so worth it. 10/10 recommend!!!

In January, I dropped into Tyler’s Breakfast Club and have been hooked ever since. The Breakfast Club is the perfect mix of everything you would want when you walk into a gym—strength training, cardio, fun, and best of all community! No matter your skill level, Tyler’s class has something for you. The people and the vibe are incredibly welcoming and it makes you want to keep coming back. No doubt, if you drop in, you’ll want to come back for more. Tyler’s class motivates you to be better every time you walk into the gym.
