On a 1st impression the lady that helped us was overly fake which I guess is better than being rude but when you can still tell that she thinks she's better than you or that you are bothering her then it still has the same effect. Hopefully the coaches will be good

The coaches are amazing and help tremendously! There seems to be a lack of Communication from the administration to the parents. There’s been countless times we have showed up for gymnastics not knowing they’re closed and would get an email an hour AFTER the scheduled lesson stating they’re closed. If you’re not constantly watching their Facebook page you’ll be left out of the loop, even then the notice is very short. The facility and staff is amazing, but they need some serious improvement on the communication aspect of things.

This place as next to zero organization with their finances. They over charged me one month and could never get it corrected because of their cheap system and lack of knowledge of how to work it. When Covid caused shut downs to performances I got an email asking if we would like a refund or for it to go toward our account. I responded and said refund. It was over some time that I finally reached out because I hadn’t received anything. I then get told by the owner, Em, that they don’t do refunds and if I persist to contact her I needed to direct my communication to her lawyer. What a dishonest organization! It would cost me more money to fight for my money in the legal system than for her just to have been honest and have integrity, so I dropped it. But I just wanted to warn other parents of my experience. There are many more gymnastics locations that do a much better job teaching and have way more organizational skills. Photos below for proof.

We are so grateful to have found UG! From our first phone call to our first session today we were shown nothing but kindness. Front office staff are friendly and welcoming. Pricing is affordable and our 4 year old LOVED her coach. She can't wait to come back!

Our daughter is 3 and can be a handful, the teachers a patient and do a good job keeping the kids in line even on the "rough" days. I can see the agility improvement since she has started here.
