I have had chronic pain for almost 30 years and after working with my chiropractor, physical therapist, multiple doctors, massage therapist, and acupuncturist I was finally cleared to work with a personal trainer!

At first, I tried working with personal trainers at other large facilities (the one that starts with a “L”) and they made me worse. They did not account for my chronic pain and how my body is unique in how it moves, its limitations with EDS and hypermobility, and my other chronic illnesses. I could not walk more than 1 mile maximum per day only a few times a week so was mainly homebound.

I was referred to Unstoppable Training and am forever grateful to Ashley and Jesse for everything they have done to help me recover as well as work with my body to get healthier and stronger! They took the time to understand my life from a holistic level – diet, pain/limitations, sleep, stressors, movement measurement, and much more. They get that pain can be caused by many factors and they partnered with me to improve them! Ashley asks very thoughtful, educated, and considerate questions to my physical therapist and chiropractors so we can all figure out what the best next steps are. Ashley curates and continuously partnered with me and my health team to update our workouts so they’re effective and take Load & Capacity into account.

Trying to make this review short is hard – I’m very grateful for all the education, helpful insight, and genuine kindness Ashley and Jesse have shown me throughout this recovery journey. I have thrown many “curveballs” at them with my complex health issues and they have helped me go from 1 mile walks to hiking 5 miles on a trail!!! I *never* thought I’d be able to do that ever again!

HIGHLY recommend Unstoppable Training if you’re experiencing any pain and your current treatments aren’t making much progress. Ashley and Jesse truly care about helping you meet your goals from a holistic health perspective. They also do remote sessions which is a nice bonus if you can’t leave your house!

Grandma of 13 grandkids, 6 girls, 7 boys and 68 this year. I was feeling lost and tired. I felt old, everything hurt ALL THE TIME!

Sitting at the end of the day or even after breakfast because my back hurt so bad. Not being able to clean for too long. Stopped gardening, I just couldn't do it anymore, getting up and down hurt and took too much out of me. When I saw these girls on facebook, one of the videos really touched me. No I didn't reach out that day, I do wish I would have. It was weeks later after babysitting my new grandbaby and his brother after my son picked them up; the emotion I felt was thank you lord they're gone. I felt extremely guilty and still do for feeling like that. I remembered the post I saw and Coach mentioned not having to feel stuck or wanting to play with your grandchildren! That was me! I don’t want to feel like I can't do things with them. I should be able to play and go on walks with them.
I reached out and they are such sweet hearted young ladies, that alone made me feel welcome and not crazy for showing up at some gym. Who my age is going into places like this? Now I know people my age do go, and this isn’t just a gym!
They told me what to expect and even what to wear to our first meeting, I never been to anything like this. I was skinny all my life until after kids. My daughter went with me and we talked and talked. They have a very unique process they take you through. Very detailed, and made me feel so comfortable. I loved the questions. They made me realize things I never even thought about that connected to why I hurt. Coach did an assessment on me, very slow and she's so intelligent, shes heaven sent. I was told before I came in that if they couldn’t help me or we weren't a good fit they would find me someone who could. To be honest I'm very blessed we were a fit. They feel like family now. I am now a one on one client and come here three times a week. They talk to me and check in on me even when I’m not at there. I get homework, I told these girls this old lady has not done homework in ages. It’s not paperwork, it's my exercises through an ap on my ipad. I do them on my own now and it has helped.

My back pain is no longer holding me back. I went to the park with my girls. Held our new one and kept up with the walkers! I even took them to the backyard to do a little gardening and watering. The older one told me “Nana this is the best day” she said that! I’m not an old Nana anymore! I am keeping up. Understanding pain has played a big part and begging able to talk things through puts my mind at ease, I know when I leave I always feel better. My family sees a difference in my spirit. I owe this to Unstoppable Training. They have truly changed my life! It’s been a slow process and lots of work. I feel comfortable in my mobility now and Coach Ashley explains everything to me. I'm going to be a coach one day I told her, I'm just tugging at her legs. I'm too busy now for that.

Best investment I’ve ever made. Wish I knew about this sooner. Although there is no better time than the present.

I started with the trainers to help me alleviate pain I have had for years. Years!
Those two are absolutely fantastic. Taking the time to establish where I was strength wise and to show progress. They worked me through several irritations of exercises to pinpoint what muscles weren’t working.

Once we had that we started working on them. Making changes in my life to reduce stress and their training I can say for the first time I have no pain. At all. I feel so much better every single day and stronger too.

We have regular check ins to establish new goals as I progress. Take Load & Capacity seriously. It changes your life in a great way once you pay attention.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. I started training with Ashley just after the pandemic began. I'm not young anymore (40's) and I have a long history of both acute and repetitive use injuries that have put me through several rounds of physical therapy. Despite all of the physical therapy, I was still dealing with a significant amount of pain. Worse, I was afraid to exercise because I didn't want to re-injure myself.

My goal for training was to build balanced strength that would allow me to physically move through life unrestricted by pain or fear of injury. Over the last 2.5 years, Ashley has helped me reach and exceed that goal. The first milestone was when the low-back pain, that had plagued me for years due to my desk job, disappeared. Then my posture improved, no more slumped shoulders. When small injuries occurred in life, we worked through them and I was usually back to 100% within a week or 2.

Then I moved out of state. I was worried about finding another trainer, but thankfully I was able to continue our sessions via Zoom. Then came another milestone; stamina. I can stand through a concert and not be miserably tired/sore. I helped my daughter move out of her apartment and lapped both she and her partner going up and down the stairs. My son tires out long before me on outings.

About 2 weeks ago, I stepped wrong off an unmarked curb and managed to break my foot. As it rolled forward, the strength and stability in my other leg actually kept me from face planting on the asphalt (YAY). I'm currently on week 3 of a CAM boot, knee scooter, and no weight bearing allowed for that foot. Now I'm especially thankful for the work that Ashley and I put in on strengthening my legs. I truly wouldn't be able to get around nearly as well as I do right now had this happened 3 years ago.

Even though I can't do my normal work-outs, Ashley still checks in on me. We talk before doctor appointments about the kinds of questions I should ask so that she can support my recovery. I'm hoping we can get back to our sessions again soon. Signing up with Ashley has been the nicest gift I've ever given myself.

These ladies are sweet and they truly have our best interests at heart. I’m a remote client. Everything we do is on my laptop. I wake up and meet my coach in the loft. I have it set up with what I need, which it’s not a lot; and that’s the nice part. She explains and demonstrates what we are doing each day and watches me to assure I’m doing it correctly. She will tell me what adjustments I need to make when I am doing something incorrectly or not feeling what I should be. I am a retired teacher and this has given me an extra boost in life. I’ve started taking longer walks with my dog, and walking up my stairs is so much easier. I am fully pain-free in both of my knees going on 2 full weeks now. Went back for my physical last Tuesday and my Dr. asked me what I was doing, and to keep it up! Last visit he told me he was going to need to put me on medication if things didn’t change. I left with no medication. I enjoy working with these ladies, they check in on me and encourage me to keep going. I’m getting stronger and feeling like I did when I was in my 30’s don’t look it, that vanity is not what I am wanting either. Age is nothing but a number! These ladies are the real thing. I have never seen my mother like this. I’m not talking about physical appearance either. My mother got to a very unhealthy lifestyle; I’ve been begging her to make change, because I feared losing her. These ladies spoke to her and met her where she was. Our whole family is so happy seeing our mother so excited and for the 1st time in her life stick with it. I bought her all the things for her home gym and she’d used each thing for a week or less and that was the end of that. I worried about my mother and made it clear to her; but she wasn’t hearing me. Now when we all call her she tells us “hey im working out with my coach i’ll call you later” or “i'm on my walk right now” she's beat her record of 1 week and is on her 7th week with no stop in sight. She even got sick and drank her water and did what she needed to get back to her sessions. She lives in Dallas and is doing it online. She loves when she comes down and can do her sessions in person! Now i'm thinking she loves coming more now, for the gym and the girls than us lol I’m not complaining I’m happy for her. These ladies are God Send. She’s out working her husband and her confidence is even higher now 🙈 I love seeing my mother so excited and driven! Thank you. Would 100% recommend, because the people are awesome. This is not just physical fitness training; this is WHOLE self, personal growth.

I have arthritis in my spine and one hip. This summer I could barely walk out to the mailbox without severe and lingering pain. I felt like I would never be able to work out like I used to. 6 weeks into sessions here, and I walked 2 miles when I took my kiddo trick or treating on Halloween - PAIN FREE. And I have no words adequate to describe the joy that brought me.

All it took was me showing up and at least trying. Even when I couldn’t move much. Just kept going back. And BAM. *victory dance* Zero hip pain. I can sleep. I can walk. I can dance.

This is by far one of the best gyms you can go to. Ashley (your personal trainer) is fantastic! She has new exercises for you every day and she does a great job of helping you with your form on all the exercises. Jessica works in operations and makes the process of signing up easy. The girls have done an amazing job making the my family feel welcomed (regardless of the level we are at). If you eat what’s on the program they provide and do the work you will lose the weight. I recently completed the 42 day challenge at Fit Body Boot Camp in Leander and I loved every moment. There were certainly struggles but all the coaches are super supportive and motivating. Fadi the owner is always checking in to make sure we are staying on course and feeling okay.

The workouts are hard but you feel yourself stronger just after the first week. They offer good modifications and feedback to ensure you are working all the parts of your body.

I just finished the six week challenge at Fit Body Boot Camp. It was a great experience from the minute I walked in the door and meet coach Fadi. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. I am a firefighter here in the local area and was coming off significant injury I got off the job. I was unable to work or work-out for almost 5 months. Needless to say its hard to not gain weight and get out of shape when you are unable to do anything for that long. In that time I gained nearly 30 pounds and was feeling tired and unmotivated everyday. I found the six week challenge on facebook and decided to give it a try. The first thing I did was meet with Fadi and we talked about what I was looking to get out of my fitness. We took all of my measurements and set my goals. He is very informative and knowledgable. I decide I wanted to do it and I paid the $497 that Fadi said would get back if I follow his plan and reach the goal he set. He set me up for success with a workout plan and more importantly a nutrition plan with everything I needed to eat and how much also a recipe book to do my meal prep for the week. He is accessible whenever I need help or had questions. I checked in with him once a week and we talked about what if anything I needed to change. I would work-out three times a week with the great and friendly instruction from Brian and Brooke. It was a fun and challenging experience. I started my six weeks at 230.2 pounds and 21.1 percent body fat. I also had 48.5 pounds of pure fat when I started. I am happy to say with the help of everyone at Fit Body Boot Camp I meet my goals and feel great. At the end I weighed in at 213.2 pounds and dropped to 14.8 percent body fat, even better I actually lost 17 pounds of pure fat. This six week challenge was a great experience and is real. As I stated before I did reach my goal and I did receive my $497 back. I would highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone who wants a great place to work out and great people to help you reach your goals and be there every step of the way.

I have NEVER been able to stick to a workout routine for over 2-3 weeks, prior to finding FBBC. The workouts are quick, intense, and different every class. This was an amazing 6 week experience for me. I found the marketing link on Facebook and to be honest I was quite skeptical in the beginning. But Coach Fadi was patient walking me through the details of the program. I don't see the need to withhold review of my experience thus far.
Fadi is great. The programs he's developed are sophisticated and will require a commitment that is greater than the half hour on the gym floor. This is what I've been looking for to help me reshape some of the centers in my life and to prioritize health and fitness higher on the list.
I walked in with an expectation (try as I may not to) of a hard sell of an expensive service.
I felt zero pressure .
A half hour meeting ended up taking much longer because coach Fadi listened to details of my injuries, etc... (And even some lame excuses) that had prevented me from commiting to a healthy lifestyle.
I'm getting older. I've been busted up.
I felt I needed a new approach and rather than go bench press at the gym (worthless to me) I wanted to investigate better options.
I could not have been luckier.
I walked into a beautiful gym with top notch equipment in great condition. The place was spotless. The air was clean. It didn't smell funny.
I met a man (Fadi) who seemed to be genuinely concerned with the health and fitness of others. It took only a few minutes for me to realize he really does.
I listened and became aware of many things I didn't know but seemed they should have been a component of the "common sense" I claim to possess.
Even better... With his (as far as I can tell unique to FBBC Leander) 6 week challenge being offered FREE... You have nothing to lose.
Except fat.
Except excuses.
Except a poor self image, except unhealthy habits. Except all the disappointment that comes with fad dieting.
I'll update at the end of six weeks.
You'll probably see my pictures before and after the transformation because he's very proud of the work he's done with people, and rightly so.
It's a worthwhile endeavor.
In fact... What better undertaking can we make than to improve our minds and bodies so that we are at our best... To help others do the same in our lives and businesses?

I Joined in January 2019 as a New Year resolution to lose weight. I enrolled in a 6 week challenge and lost 21 lbs by end of 6 weeks. I was part of the 6 weeks challenge at Leander FIT BODY BOOT CAMP and I WON the challenge by losing 24 pounds and 15 pounds of were from pure body FAT. I am halfway through the Fit Body challenge at 3 out of the 6 total weeks and I have already signed up for a year after the challenge is completed. This review is coming from someone who works 6 days a week and spends most of his time sitting whether it be teaching or driving 5 hours every day. Someone who also has asthma and found out that my posture needed correcting by strengthening my lower back. I went into the challenge with a mindset of nothing but giving my all and always focus on form over quantity. With my high level of focus matched with the plan Fadi gave and the workouts Brian put together, I can happily say that I am down 18lbs of body fat in 3 weeks. 80% is in the kitchen and 20% is in the exercise. Outside of my own focus, the Fit Body family that works out alongside you are there to inspire you as you are to them no matter their shape or size. They are there for the same reasons you are and it’s absolutely amazing to get/give high fives or words of encouragement to help push you. If you want it, you can earn it! You just have to work for it and stay focused! I’m only 2 lbs away from beating the challenge and I still have 3 more weeks left. My eyes are already set on losing 30! Always looking forward to my workouts at FBBC Leander!

The gym is super clean, the workouts are intense and short, the members are nice and the trainers are motivating! Fadi did a great job with this facility and with building his business. If you want results with 30 minute workouts that always change this is for you. If anything is over 30 minutes I always find excuses to make to not go. So glad I found this gym!

I’ve been going to FBBC in Leander for about a month now and it has been amazing! The traininers are there to help you get the most out of your workout. The group environment is positive and hard working and everyone is able to work at their own pace. The circuts always leave me feeling like I worked out hard and never fail to make me sore the next day. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Over the last years I have been going to traditional gyms and recently decided to give a try with a new type of training at Fit Body boot camp Leander and, I am really happy I did it! This facility is very clean and organized. Fadi Marawi honored my membership, from another city, so that I could continue attending HIIT classes while on vacation. He is very personable and friendly.
The classes are only 30 minutes. The coach for 12 p.m. class was amazing. The exercises were different each day. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location.

I love this gym, especially the personalized nutrition attention you can get. I love, love, love the gym floor (like a gymnastics mat), which is easy on my joints, and allows me to do the high intensity moves that are more difficult on a harder surface. I don't know of another gym that offers what you can get here as far as full-scope health, with great, varying (tough!) workouts that only last 30 min!
