We love it here SO much. We have done the boys sport class and the toddler and rec gymnastics classes for our kids. The staff are all so genuinely kind and talented. My kids learned proper technique and learned at a pretty fast pace too because of the method of coaching. They keep it challenging while also keeping it fun and enjoyable for the kids. They have a darling preschool class and give the kids coloring pages and worksheets after each class. We also love the summer camps, preschool camp and open gym.

We love US Gold. We’ve been going almost a year and both my children get upset if we miss! They have many gifted coaches who all teach good technique and keep them challenged, while having fun. Over the years I’ve found it difficult to find a gym where the kids could actually grow and progress in the sport, while still keeping the commitment level recreational versus competitive. This place really does a great job of balancing both. That said, should my children ever express interest in competitive gymnastics I would 100% stay with US Gold. You can tell by watching the older kids that the coaches are structured and firm- but also caring and encouraging. And I have to mention Michelle at the front desk- she is exceptionally kind and organized and she keeps the place in pristine condition (I love that it smells of cleaning product when you walk in!) Only downside of the place is the parking situation that gets pretty tight certain times of day. Still, well worth that inconvenience for such a great experience.

My daughter has been attending since the beginning of summer and has progressed from beginner to intermediate. We enjoy the gym very much and my daughters skills keep progressing every week. I would recommend this program to a friend.

We love US Gold. The coaches are wonderful and very nice! The prices are great and the facility is always vert clean. I appreciate and my daughter enjoys all the other extra activities they offer outside of regular class.

Our daughter attended US Gold Gymnastics for a little over a year. She had the best experience at each level. The staff and coaches are very skilled and friendly! We would most definitely recommend this place!

I went to US Gold since I was around 1 and a half years old. Still there were things I did not like. First of all we did the same thing every time. I never got to try what I actually wanted to. Second, I decided to focus on tumbling so I moved the Trinity All Stars. Thats when I learned I had been taught the wrong technique! I was very angry and I had to completly re-learn my back handspring. So when I went to trinity I got my round off back tuck and my round of backhandspring back tuck. Overall its okay.

This place smells so clean, they’re awesome for gymnastics but as far as tumbling for cheer goes I would go elsewhere. Friendly staff and again wonderful place for gymnastics just not cheer tumbling.

They have top notch, loving coaches that are all highly qualified and have a true love of the sport that they pass along to their students.
