My wife and I have trained with Yvette for years. She is great! Always makes sure we are working out using the right techniques and form. Very knowledgeable and encouraging. We’re very happy we chose her as our fitness trainer.!

V Principle Fitness "s founder, Yvette Sepulveda is an excellent trainer. Training with Yvette for the last 3+ years has allowed me to pursue more ambitious physical activities than I had previously engaged in or than I thought I'd be able to engage in as I age, (now 68). Yvette has tailored our training to the particulars of my body and the activities I am interested in. highly recommend. *****

IF you choose to work out with Yvette at V Principle Fitness you won't be disappointed. She pays close attention to both what you need and as well as what you want and gives you a little of both. Having had back surgery, I often have special needs from one workout to the next - and Yvette skillfully works with the body that shows up.

Yvette is great! She always keeps my 2 x week workouts interesting and different and of course customized to my needs. She is competent, professional, and personable. I can't think of a better combination.

I have worked with Yvette for more than 2 years and she is the best trainer I have ever worked with. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion with a specialization in Health Fitness Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently holds a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise. I am in my seventies and worried about getting injured. She is not “one size fits all” and carefully chooses the exercises that fit my specific needs. I have seen major changes in my strength, endurance and flexibility.

I trained with Yvette for multiple years. She is a fantastic asset and can accommodate every clients' need including strength training, injury prevention, injury recovery, and even just healthy body maintenance through exercise. She is also very personable and I've seen her work with all ages and all body types while training with her, I'd highly recommend her friends and family.
