I've been working with Kevin for 2.5 years now the proof is in the photos. Kevin is a solid guy who loves what he does. He knowledgeable and if he doesn't have an answer he puts in the work and time to research the correct response needed. His rates are fair and is willing to work with all scheduling needs. Kevin is an amazing trainer and more knowledgeable than anyone else I've ever used. He is patient and takes the time understand his client's goals and makes certain to align their workouts to maximize the effectiveness of each session. Beyond just the physical, Kevin is a great trainer for the mind as it relates to health. Oftentimes mental fortitude is overlooked when considering a training guru and Kevin takes time to make sure to inspire and motivate in that area as well. It is very easy to get discouraged in this journey and it is key to have someone in your corner helping to push you while knowing that they always have your best interests at heart. Kevin exemplifies those qualities in every way. I could not recommend Kevin more to help you along your health journey no matter where you are at in your current path. Train with confidence.
