Abram is a topic notch coach since I have known him from Texas A&M. Years later, I’m grateful he reached out to me and got me back on my game since my powerlifting glory days and becoming even stronger in age than I was when I was younger. Great gym and great community. The young athletes here have a bright future and I’m for it!

Great POWERLIFTING gym, if you wanna get stronger on Squat Bench and deadlift would highly recommend. If you wanna be mr olympia i’d look somewhere else. Great PL equipment and great ppl at the gym.

The Owner of the gym tried calling me to confront my review. My original had 2 stars I gave you criticism take it. So I am lowering my review from 2 -> 1. I hope you learn from these things and grow from it thank you.

I am quite disappointed with my experience. The gym lacks proper air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable to work out, especially during the hotter months. I really liked the environment and it felt really nice to be there.

Another concern is how the owner responds to feedback. Constructive criticism is often met with unprofessional and childish remarks, which is not what I would expect from a business owner.

Overall, I would not recommend.

This gym has a very good community, however the owners are petty and came up with broken "rules" that weren't stated in the contract just because owner is insecure about a comment made on camera about him. Extremely unprofessional and pathetic business owners who included in a cleaning rule 6 months into contract that was never stated/updated amongst the members charging them 25 dollars if the weights were not picked up. The powerlifting community within this gym is something that is amazing ,however ran by a man child unable to accept criticism/judgement. My contract was in the end terminated due to breaking these "rules" ,however I will still post an honest review as if you are a powerlifter looking for specific equipment then going here might be a good idea just keep in mind who you are supporting as a business owner.

Went to a good amount of gyms around Texas and can’t find no better gym where the atmosphere feels like brotherhood. The vibes / energy is amazing. Great gym to see the greatest results
